There is much chatter about referendums lately.
On Friday, King David announced that there would never be an in/out choice for the people of Britain. Today, he has softened that decree by offering what amounts to a non-binding promise of a referendum "sometime in the future". Even if he and his cronies draft and execute legislation stating that a referendum will be held in the next parliament, that future parliament could be led by Labour (shudder) and they can reject it. Remember that no parliament is bound by its predecessors.
I am a simple man. Being simple means that I ask myself those basic questions that many people gloss over, or ignore entirely. Where the EU is concerned, it is the question of our entry back in 1973, following that nasty piece of legislation called the European Communities Act 1972. An Act is essentially a contract, enforced by parliament on its sovereign people, whether they agree with it or not. In any contract, full disclosure is paramount. We were not told exactly what ECA 1972 meant, nor what ramifications it held for all of us.
Had we known the damage it would do to our sovereignty, would we have said "Yes" in that referendum 40 years ago? We were told that it was to enable us to trade better within what was then known as the European Economic Community. Looking back, it did all sorts of harm.
The very instant Mrs Windsor placed her moniker on that vile Act, she did three things: she committed treason, she violated her Coronation Oath, and she abdicated the throne. She swore never to permit a foreign power to have any legal influence over her or her government or her people. By giving Assent to ECA 1972 she ended the monarchy, and in doing so, she caused a ripple effect right across our system of government.
She acted unlawfully, and by her actions, made all government agents unlawful. The government, and please remember that the government is NOT the 650 MPs, it is the Cabinet Members, all of whom swear an oath to the monarch. So do judges, policemen/women, the army and the air force, and a whole host of other individuals who perform as agents of the government. Those oaths are rendered meaningless because the monarch has violated hers.
Our friend Sackerson is adamant that we never joined the EU in the first place. I agree wholeheartedly.
What does it all mean in a practical sense?
This is disturbing, but true: every single piece of legislation given Assent by Mrs Windsor is null and void. Not just since 1973 either. All legislation since her coronation is just as null and void. Every single police officer is rendered powerless. Every single magistrate, Justice of the Peace, Sheriff, or high court judge is rendered powerless. Every court in the land is both illegal and unlawful. Worse still, every killer, rapist, thief, or con-man ever arrested, gaoled or fined have a cast-iron reason to be released, reimbursed and apologised to for wrongful arrest and/or imprisonment since 1972. That's a lot of nasty people back on the streets.
That is the reality. That is the sheer scale of damage done by that traitor Heath, his acolytes and a badly advised monarch.
No wonder they gloss over that all important, basic question.
And before you ask, no, I do not know how to fix it. All I do know is that I will stay my course. I will do everything I can to get that foul ECA 1972 repealed so that we can begin to restore our sovereignty, and make the judiciary act the way they should, with the correct safeguards in place for Britons. The first step is to leave the EU. We never joined it legitimately, so leaving is really as simple as saying "We are leaving". No mess, no fuss.
The United Kingdom is a corporation. The CEO (Mrs Windsor) has broken the law, and so have all her Executive Officers.
That has to be fixed.

ReplyDeleteOur membership of the EU is illegal. Plain and simple.
Illegality is not a problem to dictators. Ask Assad.
ReplyDeleteIn that case, the UK government shouldn't have a problem in just telling the EU to foxtrot oscar.
ReplyDeleteCR, my friend, you are of course right once more. But the truth is that we are simply going round and round in circles, repeating old truths, albeit with often new variations and additions as and when more info comes to light. I see it on so many sites; the sense of frustration is overwhelming. But it just continues to get worse. Like many, I imagine, I go through my usual roster of sites on a daily basis; a truly depressing enough experience to be sure. Today's 'theme' has been the forthcoming 'smart meters' with which they will escalate their invasion of our privacy.
ReplyDeleteI hear talk of the 'great awakening', but in the real world I see little evidence for it; the usual suspects talking about the usual mindless drivel and voting for the usual crooks, liars and thieves.
So, my question, to the world at large (myself included) is: when are we going to get our arses into gear and DO something other than grumble, complain, gnash our teeth, and drink more to simply blot out the pain for one more day?
Though I don't know how the revolution will come about (if at all), I LONG for the day when we kick the arses of these lying, thieveing, self-serving puppets of the NWO out of parliament once and for all, and replace the system with one that truly represents the wishes and best interests of the British people. Will it ever happen? I'm not holding my breath.
In other news the light bulbs are beginning to glow...

German police officers escort an anti- cronie capitalism protest march with some 20,000 people in Frankfurt, Germany, Saturday, May 19, 2012. Protesters peacefully filled the city center of continental Europe’s biggest financial hub in their protest against the dominance of banks and what they perceive to be untamed cronie capitalism, Frankfurt police spokesman Ruediger Regis said. The protest group calling itself Blockupy has called for blocking the access to the European Central Bank, which is located in Frankfurt’s business district.
Summerisle's post is telling, there is a lot of chatter, a lot of discontent yet they keep pushing, toughing it out, accelerating control measures (the new laws) and in particular focusing on the internet (no doubt a source of much consternation). People who take an interest are angry; those that have sidestepped the partisan politics see things more clearly. Others still see in shades of red and blue, hoping for a resolution that will never come.
ReplyDeleteYou cannot trust any of them; Cameron (who I gave the benefit of the doubt to last time round, I know, fool me once...), is not on our side. None of them are...
People are being pushed, and maybe even in Blightly we may say enough.
We shouldn't need upheaval to have representative, honest, financially prudent and appropriately sized governance, that puts this nation first.
That said, there does seem to be a feel of 'end game' to the whole mess. It won't be pretty.
Unfortunately, the game has not moved on. We have to sit out iDave until it collapses around late August to October, then there might be some movement.
ReplyDeleteFound this on the net somewhere, you might like it.....
ReplyDeleteOne good man described it thus:-
To be governed is to be watched, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, regulated, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, checked, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right nor the wisdom nor the virtue to do so. To be governed is to be at every operation, at every transaction noted, registered, counted, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assessed, licensed, authorized, admonished, prevented, forbidden, reformed, corrected, punished. It is, under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be placed under contribution, drilled, fleeced, exploited, monopolized, extorted from, squeezed, hoaxed, robbed; then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, vilified, harassed, hunted down, abused, clubbed, disarmed, bound, choked, imprisoned, judged, condemned, shot, deported, sacrificed, sold, betrayed; and to crown all, mocked, ridiculed

Summerise asks:
ReplyDelete"when are we going to get our arses into gear and DO something other than grumble, complain, gnash our teeth, and drink more to simply blot out the pain for one more day?"
This is a question many people ask, a question I no longer ask purely for the reason that it's a pointless question. You don't 'ask' when people are going to get off their arses, you just do it and lead by example.
And this is where the problem therein lies; far too many people are not prepared to 'do something about it' purely for the simple reason that in doing so, one would have to make an action so great, that it would make them an enemy of the state, a social pariah and a wanted man. That man would be hated by millions, even though he's (/she's) done something to free them from their prison.
If any of you truly believe that you can use the system to change the system for the better then you may as well pop down to the hospital for a full frontal lobotomy.
The only way that you will ever change the system for the better is to completely destroy it, so that it never takes shape in any form whatsoever, ever, ever again. And it means 'removing' (however you want to define that) the very people responsible for its creation and those who benefit from it the most. It would mean falling even deeper down the rabbit hole, discovering truths that have been played out as hatred and lies to certain 'groups and peoples' throughout history and completely changing your outlook on the world as it is today.
Are you prepared to do that? That's the question.
Are you prepared to take a course of action that would result in you becoming enemy no 1 of the state and the people?
It would mean taking the necessary action that Boudica took against the Romans, Wallace and Joan of Arc both took against the Crown and England (separate ages of course). And they all met horrific fates.
To be a revolutionary means completely removing yourself from what you know to be society. It means fighting for what you believe in and getting shit on by those who you are trying to help. It means sacrificing almost (if not) everything in your life in order to see out your goal.
Are you prepared to do this, for this is what's needed to be done? Of course, I don't expect an answer, for that would be incriminating evidence once the thought police come to take you away, arresting you for a crime you haven't yet committed. However, I do suggest you ponder on what I've written, simply because, the system needs to be destroyed and in order to even attempt it's obliteration, you have to be prepared to accept incredible personal sacrifice in due process.

if one fails to practice, ones free will, big brother will litarally, take residence,in every aspect of our lives.
An unseen hand is needed now as we are on the precipice of global disaster when the system falls and soon it will war will used to unite and slaughter our fellow man just watch and when it happens then know this is the day of the lord?
ReplyDelete"...when the system falls..."
ReplyDeleteThe system has grown from strength to strength since its inception. The monarchy, banking, corporations, MSM, judiciary, policing, armed forces, government, educational establishments.....all part of the system. When war comes (already here for millions of brown people) it will be as but one of the many pre planned agendas of the system. The people are intricately entwined within the system. Many would be like remote controlled cars who have just had their batteries removed when the system fails. But it won't.
There will be no Lord to come and save us because the Lord gave us all freewill. People get fucked over because they allow it to happen. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results every time. Voting springs to mind...
Mankind's future hell will be man created, man built, man staffed and man defended. It's understandable why our controllers have such contempt for humanity. Oh how so easily controlled man is.

What the ****??!!
ReplyDeleteAt 09:30 this morning 2 police cars and 4 policemen from Merseyside Police arrested British Constitution Group Chairman Roger Hayes at his Wirral home and drove away. The first his family heard of him was at 18:30 this evening via a telephone call from a Warder in Liverpool prison, to say that Roger had been tried and sentenced to prison. At no time were the family or any other members of the public informed of his arrest, and it is understood that he was tried in a secret court without a Jury.

We have all heard of summary justice – and while details have yet to emerge – it is incredible that in what is supposed to be a democracy someone can be arrested at 09;30 and by 18;30 the same day be imprisoned (sentence unknown at this time). It is understood that such an example of summary justice can be witnessed somewhere like North Korea – but in England?
Is this the nadir to which our country has sunk?

Summerisle, we need to Starve the Beast.
ReplyDeleteIt's lawful, it will save us money and, if we all do it, we can bring the stinking Medusa down. A 10% drop in corporate and government revenues will topple some of the former (or at least, scale them back) and will force the latter to cut spending.
In order to exist, they need our money. Ergo, if they don't get our money, they'll die, or have to reform.
So don't give them any, if you can possibly avoid doing so.
Think about it.
I live in Hong Kong. Over the weekend 400,000 people took to the streets in defiance of the police and the new chief executive. There's always something on the anniversary of the handover, but this year it's the second biggest protest since a failed attempt to change the laws regarding crimes against the state in 2003. The government were trying to bring them into line with China. The changes got shelved indefinitely and an attempt to resurect them in 2007 collapsed much the same way. This time, no two people were protesting against the same thing and if anything it's left the government more shaken than protests with a clear agenda. Protests here tend to be peaceful, but can be so huge they get quick results as the folks in power run for cover.
ReplyDeleteSomething is kicking off in much of the world, but the UK is slow on the uptake, probably because things there have been reasonably good and fairly settled for so long, added to which the current manufactured crisis is keeping people distracted. Folks will wake up as they come to realise that they having nothing left to lose, so long as those who are awake keep on shouting. You're used to the British taking a leading role in the world when it comes to civil liberties and the rule of law, but it's been too long. Don't lose patience now; history says the Brits will kick off and when they do the momentum will be huge.
