The Taxman Is Aware...

...of something.

Check this out.

Note that this instruction does not say any of the methods used are illegal or unlawful. You'd imagine that if you were telling your staff why people are refusing (conditionally) to pay various taxes you would at least explain why they could not refuse to pay.

Force is all they have. Force does not equal right. Force is not authority. Force is not proof. Force is simply...force.

They refer in the training instruction to "obscure" laws. The Bills of Exchange Act has been in place since 1832 (with a revision in 1882) and, I can confirm, they use legislation that goes back hundreds of years, so why pick out one "obscure" piece of legislation?

Could it be that it suits them to do so?

Also, they refer to laws emerging from the Nuremberg Trials as obscure? Those laws that clearly state that providing funds for an invading army is abhorrent, illegal and unlawful? For this reason alone all taxes should be withheld, and it can be done morally, legally and lawfully.

This short instruction raises more questions than it answers.

Have a shufty and let me know what you think stands out. There are a few anomalies.

Oh, and just in case Mr Taxman is wondering WHY we think they (the government) are out of control, this might just explain things.

Angry yet?

Then do something.

CR.

PS-Tip of the beret to the poster on TPUC who trawled the HMRC site and found the instruction.

  1. I wonder if the tax man is aware of their blowing £85,000 quid in MF Global payments?

  2. Stunning find to the TPUC bod and kudos to bringing it to your audience Ranty old man.

The KILLER line is this right at the bottom.

"On no account should debtors be given details of any of the internal contact points."

They are terrified of Pandora's box being opened or 'personalities' being identified... or both.

  3. Excellent, fascinating spot.

The most telling part for me is the reference to "obscure legislation".

Not because they label it as 'obscure'.

...but because they seem to accept that the 'legislation' is, in fact... ummm... legislation.

  4. Firstly, JCS (Justices Clerks Society) are forced to issue Guidance on the Management of Proceedings – OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO FMOTL and now HMRC issue DMBM512750

If TPTB hadn’t chosen to covertly trash the British Constitution none of this would have been necessary. They will reap that which they have sown.

    Grumps.

  5. They are preparing for battle and these points from their information page say it all:

...you should immediately refer all the correspondence for advice to:

    * (This text has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)

...On no account should debtors be given details of any of the internal contact points.

They think they are untouchable - they are trying to make themselves untouchable. They want to take our money by force without any recourse. They are utter scum and deserve all they are going to get from people who have had it up to here with their lies, corruption and threats.

A coalition of Common Law/Freeman/Lawful Rebellion organisations needs to be formed and pronto. A class action needs to be taken out in a Court of the People, policed by the people.

    Let battle commence.

  6. Yes, nicely discovered. Reading it reminded me of an incident that may be a small part of the same story. I wrote it up here http://grumpologist.blogspot.co.uk/2012/03/another-unexpected-reference-to-common.html

  7. The following post isn't about tax but it's relevant regarding the circumventing of our Common Law jurisdiction:

They care not a jot about democracy and the Rule of Law. The 'elite' and their lackeys need removing - permanently.

  8. And who are these people that work for the tax service? Are they not people like you and I? Are they not forced to pay tax? Will they not end up with a shit pension? The people are their own worst enemy.

This is the system assessing the new threat to it getting ready to put out more legislation to protect itself. I wonder how soon before instant sentences are handed out for freeman attempts in court? The truth can only be oppressed and it will. It's merely conditioning of the public again to obey and not think.

Tax is needed in order to give banks money in order to make more money. It's needed to give elites their income. It's needed to wage wars to plunder resources and force the conquered into banking controlled, debt slavery to make more money.

The elites will never relinquish their power. They've been on a free ride since the beginning and they won't let things change. They'll kill 99% of the population first. This is how fucked up things really are. They are trying to make it impossible for people to break away their chains of bondage.

p.s. I have to always input two sets of words in order to post. This has nothing to do with being a robot but there to piss people off and who'll eventually give up posting.

  9. Just blogged and linked. Incredible. Worth reiterating The Talking Clock's point that they do not say the 'obscure legislation' is invalid.

  10. 1. It doesn't state that the methods are illegal (or rather, simply nonsensical) because that is not the purpose of the document.

    2. The Bills of Exchange Act 1882 is pretty obscure. As I'm almost certain you've been told before, the Act doesn't mean what FOTL adherents think it means.

    3. This document is part of an effort to manage a problem. That problem is officials being baffled by receiving letters and whatnot that don't make any sense.

  11. "Where the correspondence clearly meets the above criteria, you should immediately refer all the correspondence for advice"
    ...
They're making a list and checking it twice....they're going to find out who's naughty or nice.
