Lawful Rebellion-Last Piece Of The Puzzle

For those of you considering this powerful method of dealing with a traitorous monarch and an unlawful state, there is one more thing you need to do.

As a reminder, this is step one:

Step two: Scroll down the same page at the link and send Affidavit No 2.

Step three is the moment you transfer your allegiance to the Barons Committee and the details on how that is done is detailed below. (This was new to me and I completed my letter and sent it off yesterday morning).

Send a letter, exactly as worded below, to a member of the Barons Committee.

"Magna Carta 1215, article 61

OATH TO THE LORDS

I, Captain Ranty, of Ranty Barracks, Aberdeenshire [near postcode], in full knowledge of treason being committed in parliament by delivering the sovereign peoples of this common law land into the hands of foreign powers; in understanding of some wrongs done by the present holder of the Office of Sovereign, from whom I now transfer my allegiance, do willingly and wholeheartedly enter into lawful rebellion, and I solemnly swear upon my oath to obey the Lords in accordance with article 61 of the Magna Carta until such times as redress of these present wrongs is achieved.
Sworn and subscribed on this the X day of X, in the year of our Lord two thousand and eleven.

My autograph

________________________"

I sent mine to Lord Ashbourne, House of Lords, London SW1A OPW, but you can send yours to any of the following:

The Duke of Rutland, Viscount Masserene and Ferrard, Lord Hamilton of Dalzell or Lord Ashbourne.

I suggest you send it special delivery to ensure it gets to where it is going.

Until this is done, you are not afforded the protection of the Barons Committee so it is imperative that you do so once queenie has had the opportunity to ignore your two affidavits.

I'd like to thank FMOTL member Musashi for this valued guidance. As he says, once the transfer of allegiance is complete, you are untouchable in law. Then, and only then, can you begin to distress and distrain the government in all possible ways.

CR.

  1. This is off-subject but may be important. There may be something significant in a new finding that came out this week, about the world's financial meltdown. A report from the US Pentagon has come out following an investigation and it shows that the financial meltdown may have been done intentionally, on purpose and have a lot of politicians' and unnamed mysterious worldly behind the scenes powerful peoples' involvement, like Soros just to name one. There could have been political reasons, national and international, behind why the financial crisis was stealthily executed - and it doesn't bode well, their intentions.

  4. Have you checked out if all the Barons are alive ?

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/obituaries/1533351/Lord-Hamilton-of-Dalzell.html

    6th Nov 2006

The 4th Lord Hamilton of Dalzell, who has died aged 68, was a hereditary peer with the motto Quis occursabit (Who Will Oppose?) and a strong opponent of the Blair government's alterations to the make-up of the House of Lords.

Searching the internet about the other doesn't return much and even less about their Barons Committee

  5. nice one Captain have been missing a piece of info on this and this one fits the bill.
Following a dead baron seems preferable to following the cemetary of west monster even if they are nominally alive!

  6. Anon,

There were 88 Lords who kicked off Lawful Rebellion.

Even if all but one of them has died, the motion stands.

Regarding queenies response: there was none. Which paved the way for Lawful Rebellion.

Silly fucker should have opposed the Quorum. She didn't. (No surprise there). Which allows me to fuck with the govt to my hearts content.

And I will. And more. Until she gets a grip.

  9. Captain,

A comprehensive list of who on earth each member of the Baron's Committee is comprised of seems lacking on every FOTL/LR website I've looked at.

If you (or any of your readers) have one, I'd gladly publicise it.

Also, the Lizzy did send a reply (also in the same doc above):
"I am commanded by The Queen to reply to your letter of 23rd March and the accompanying petition to Her Majesty about the Treaty of Nice.

"The Queen continues to give this issue her closest attention. She is well aware of the strength of feeling which European Treaties, such as the Treaty of Nice, cause. As a constitutional sovereign, Her Majesty is advised by her Government who support this Treaty. As I am sure you know, the Treaty of Nice cannot enter force until it has been ratified by all Member States and in the United Kingdom this entails the necessary legislation being passed by Parliament."
