Dealing With The Police
The AntiTerrorist produced this video last year. I'm not sure if I posted it, but there is no harm in putting it up again.
Listen and learn.
If you follow his advice (which is for entertainment purposes only) you will not come to any harm.
If you don't assert your rights at every opportunity, every time you interact with the police, you need to beef up. Find out what your unalienable rights are. Never, ever, swap them for the flimsy benefits the coppers offer in return.
We should have been taught this stuff at school. It should be second nature to us.
CR, I have a little confession to make. I have "stolen" and adapted part of your NOUICOR (the fee schedule bit) to wave under the nose of any policeman/woman who happens to interrupt me in my lawful business.
I also added a bit telling them to make sure they are properly insured and that "Self bonding is no bonding and is Fraud" as per your post a month or two ago.
I would have asked your permission in private and sent you a copy for your permission and comments but I can't find an email address on your site. You have my permission to boot me in the arse if there is one.
I am currently trying to work on a similar A4 size sheet to do with EU statutes and treason, but I'm not quite so well versed in that. I'm currently dipping into Albert Burgess's site (acasefortreason.org.uk). Also, condensing every (relevant) thing onto a single sheet in nice big letters is proving difficult.
I was talking to an off duty police officer in a social context recently in the south of england. They said they have a monthly quota of detections ie speeding stops, no seat belt stops etc and if they don't achieve them there are questions from their seniors. Who sets the detections? The Home Office. Astonishngly drink driving stops don't count as a detection. WTF

If anyone stops to think for a second, the Police are employed by the state, the prosecutors are employed by the state, the judges are employed by the state and all lawyers swear allegiance to the court which is of course the state.
If we the human beings do not consent the many forms of the state cannot act upon us and it all starts with NOT TALKING TO THE POLICE!
Which is why your first question to the court is: Am I entitled to a fair hearing?"
The judge/mag/JP will say "Of course!"
Then you need to ask how that will happen.
If the prosecutor works for the state, the judge works for the state, and every other employee in the court works for the state, just how the hell will that "fair hearing" come about?
Even your own lawyer (should you choose to use one, I never will), if asked (using sodium pentathol) will tell you that his/her first duty is to the Law Society.
In a court-room, despite what you may hear or think, you are on your own.
The cleverest thing you can do is avoid going in one at all. With the odds stacked in their favour, what hope is there of a win?
CR Wasn't aware that CMD had said Rozzer targets abolished. Dug further and found a copper blog which confirms "the old central government targets are very much alive, re-branded, re-named and just as divisive as ever."!
Surely there must be intensive training in bald faced lying as pre-requisite before taking political office. Is that the media training they all have?!

That is a great video. We have a version of the 5th Amendment. We call it the "Right to remain silent".
