Freeman Wins In Court

This is a great success story.

Watch as Freeman Keith wins his fight and the judge abandons the court.

In Keiths own words:

"The key is simply know who you are, stay in honour and stand your ground peacefully. I was in "court" because I parked mine or my wife's conveyance on my Sovereign land (i.e.) lawn. No ticket, straight to a court summons issued on a fictitious entity. On and for the record this file was filled with goodies and they waited until the entire case docket was done before they called a name that sounded familiar as in an account that I am administer for. Unfortunately for the court, there were over 20 people there in support of me and most of them were Sovereigns as well...Included in the room were 3 other Peace Officers from WFS and myself, a sworn to the people Peace Officer and duly witnessed and Notarized as such....Hope this is helpful...Case dismissed with cause and prejudice, note the judge bowing before he abandoned the court. This video was recorded in Common Law jurisdiction and authorized by myself as such. Copyright September 1st, 2010 Keith of the Thompson Clan, All rights reserved."

Tip of the beret to Jonah for finding the clip and posting the link.

  3. Even on a good connection watching YouTube can sometimes be a pain - their servers are too slow, and Flash Player is a resource hogging piece of crap...

I usually save (with Download Helper in Firefox), anything that looks promising, and watch it later with VLC player.

Once you've selected the appropriate link and clicked "Save", you can close the window and do something else whilst waiting.

    I'll give that a try.

  5. Brilliant. The more there are of these videos on YouTube, the more people will realise just what's needed to be done until the whole house of cards comes crumbling down like Babel.

The sooner people realise that civil law is not common law and statutes and legislation are not being used in accordance to bolster Common Law, then the law of the sea will be removed to the sea and forever purged from this land.

The more I understand the more excited I get regarding the corruption of civil law within our lives and the control 'people believe' it has over them.
I try to tell as many people about this. Some are very confused and some show great interest. More importantly the message's getting out.

    Nice one Cap'n

  6. P.S.

At 2:12 what's satisfying to see is the judge bowing as he knows that he is the servant of the sovereign man in court - brilliant.

It's like standing in front of a card shark who does his best to trick you with his '3 ladies' game. However you keep spotting the Queen and he finally admits that he's beaten, can't con you any longer and thus admits defeat knowing you know you are in control and always will be.

  7. Off topic, but @ microdave. Try it in HTML5. Sometimes YouTube works better that way.

  8. CR,

This has to be the umpteenth post I've replied to you and yet no recognition from yourself whatsover!

Are you offended in what I have said? If so I will not darken your doorstep whatsoever. My life is built on respect and should you choose to not respect that then we have no need to converse regardless.

Acknowledgment is the simplest form of respect.

  9. H,

It would be difficult for you to offend me. We share so many similar views.

The answer is far more banal.

I have been in wall to wall meetings all week and the most I can manage is a quick skim of the comments before heading off to the Land of Nod. My average work day here is 16-18 hours. It is a punishing schedule.

My plan was to catch up over the weekend.

    It is here, finally!

Please accept my apologies. No offence was intended to you, or to anyone else.

  10. @ Angry Exile - thanks for the tip, however I use Firefox which doesn't support HTML5. I've just done a little searching and found this post which explains things well:

    http://lifehacker.com/5488607/can-i-play-html5-youtube-videos-in-firefox-right-now

I really not bothered enough to want to install a Google plugin to IE, even though I have IE Tab.

In any case, with my method I can make use of VLC's much greater range of playback options. The screen shot is handy, and the latest versions now have a record function, which will make a copy of anything you've got playing. VLC isn't perfect - every version I've tried has problems, but considering what it will do, and the fact that it's free, I put up with it....

I often want to save the clips I watch, so downloading to watch later has this covered.

  13. Hi Keith,

Thanks very much for swinging by!

It is fantastic to not only see a Freeman in action, but winning as well. Congratulations!!

I suspect I will have my turn in court soon. Our tax people didn't like me asking awkward questions so I think we are headed to court.

I am ready for them though.

    Stay well,

  14. Thanks for being ranty...much like myself...lol... I love your style. I wish people would get just how easy this is, just be who you are, a sovereign and that no man or woman has authority over another...unless you give them that feigned master to slave status...There are years of research packed into that 2 and a half minute dismantling and that was my first appearance as a sovereign in a court...think they'll have me back?...lol..hey, they picked the fight, I just brought a bigger bat is all...peace upon you and all who travel your pages, keith
