No, I am not talking about the bearded women.
Look at this report.
Just lately, with thanks to The Scary Clown I have become convinced that I am an anarchist. Not the violent kind, mind you. Click on Obo's link titled "look around you" and read the attached document.
The Greeks are getting more and more violent. This is not my idea of rebellion. There are better ways to achieve the same result.
Look:
"Greek security forces have warned of a wave of violence reminiscent of the terror that stalked Italy in the seventies after urban guerillas threatened last week to turn the country into a "war zone".
"Greece has entered a new phase of political violence by anarchist-oriented organisations that are more murderous, dangerous, capable and nihilistic than ever before," said Athanasios Drougos, a defence and counter-terrorism analyst in Athens.
"For the first time we are seeing a nexus of terrorist and criminal activity," he said. "These groups don't care about collateral damage, innocent bystanders being killed in the process. They are very extreme."
And:
"Tourists should learn that Greece is no longer a safe haven of capitalism," its declaration said.
"We intend to turn it into a war zone of revolutionary activity with arson, sabotage, violent demonstrations, bombings and assassinations, and not a country that is a destination for holidays and pleasure."
In an accompanying picture, the group displayed an arsenal that included AK 47 assault rifles, semi-automatic pistols and brass knuckledusters.
"Our guns are full and they are ready to speak," it said. "We are at war with your democracy."
I am at war with our "democracy". As a typical Brit, I took extreme action. I used pen and paper. Conceivably, I am the only one in harms way. My way is slower, but just as certain to bring the results I want.
All the Greeks will end up doing is counting their dead. The last word goes to the Sect of the Revolutionaries:
"We don't do politics, we do guerilla warfare," its members announced in the proclamation placed on the boy's grave within hours of their first attack, on a police station, in February 2009. Two weeks later they sprayed the offices of a private television station with bullets. Three months after that, they claimed their first victim, Nectarios Savvas, a police officer protecting a state witness. Six people have died in separate attacks this year"
Not good.
Not good at all.

Quite right. Armed resistance against the state is pure suicide. What - in fact, ALL - we have is teeming, limitless numbers and the option of peaceful non-compliance.
I had planned to retire to Greece one day...
You'll be okay then mate.
It's tourists they don't like....

"tourists should be vigilant."
Tourists should go somewhere else more like!
Do you blame them CR?
Greece has been brewing nicely over the last decade or so to explode like this. Look at the corruption within their government and many institutions? They've not just had their currency and economy obliterated by the NWO but they've also been on the front line of trying to stop immigration from the middle east into their lands. This has further increased tensions.
Greece is the cradle of the Western civilization and it saddens me to see it in this current state of demise, yet it was bound to happen eventually.
Greece is a picture of things to come in the UK and all over Europe, unless politicians realise that their inability to listen and follow what their public MASTERS demand of them is creating all of this.
Again, it is the police who are protecting the politicians. Remove the police and the politicians will fall. Once the politicians fall so to will the banking system and society will fall into anarchy and rebuild itself again, even better with constitutions put in place by the people for the people. It will also ultimately smash the NWO and their control.
There are people who say that physical violence solves nothing. Well maybe it doesn't but it gets people's attention. If you're a politician or some other high ranking bureaucrat and the thought becomes very real that there's an organisation baying for your head, then you do start to think.
Personally, I'd like to see the police grow a pair, listen to the people (whom they are as well) and let them storm the parliaments, banks and financial instituations, grab the politicians, bankers and financiers and hang every one of the bastards. Then they can set about enforcing their laws for their society made for and by the people.
People are really living in la la land if they think that the NWO is going to be defeated peacefully. They are too close to their master plan of world control. Do you think they'll give it up without a fight?
I also realise I'm an anarchist and like a comment on Obnoxios' blog, we have constantly had anarchy portrayed to us as negative society. Far from it, it means NO government control over a people whom elect them, to serve them and not the other way around.
A safe society is an armed society. You really don't f*ck about with a man pointing a desert eagle at your head do you?
It's my experience, H, that people in the Med are hot-blooded.
They seem to over-react to the smallest of things. This action seems over the top to me.
No, I don't blame them but there are many ways to defur a feline. Admittedly, if I'd shot a taxman I would have gotten their attention sooner but I would (rightfully) be behind bars. I prefer to defeat them using their own rules. It will be a slow victory but it will taste the same.
The NWO cheerleaders are patient bastards. They can (and have) spread their crap over a couple of centuries. For them, it is enough to take a couple of steps per generation, then leave all their dough to their kids with detailed instructions on what to do next.
Anarchy, as you say, can be fantastically liberating. Mention it to Big Eddie down the pub and his first thought is to point at the Greeks and say "There's yer fucking anarchy, mate!". Far too many people have no idea how much joy zero government would bring. And quite how much more money would stay where it belonged: in their pockets. Services would still be delivered, just...differently.
I agree with your other point: Greece is what we will morph into soon. It will be a bloodbath. We have a slow fuse but once it gets going, it gets messy.
