I'll step aside and let you mathemagicians calculate the costs, but it looks remarkably like a "break even" situation to me.
Still, it keeps eight people (and a dog) gainfully employed, right?
So it's all worth it then.

Wowzaaaa...that pile would keep me in magic cheroots for 6 months...wouldnt do much for my atten...oooo look shiny thing.
They can't legalise it. It just would not do to have millions of people gaining consciousness! The whole system would fall apart.
Or put another way thousands upon thousands of hemp oil cancer cures.
