Campaign To Restore Sovereignty

My good friend Drabzz has written a letter. His letter has gone to the Prime Minister, David: of the Cameron family.

I ask you all to do the same. I ask you all to print the letter below, date it, sign it, put it in an envelope, mail it, and give our brand new PM a post bag the likes of which he will never see again.

There is no bravery required. You do not have to take to the streets. No danger will befall you. All you need is a pen, some paper, an envelope, a stamp, and a desire to save your country.

Ask him, just as our friend Drabzz has, to examine the legitimacy of parliament. Ask him to confirm, or deny, the contents of your letter.

Ask him for our nation to be restored to us.

Ask him, before it is too late.

The Prime Minister
The Rt Hon David Cameron MP
10 Downing Street
London SW1A 2AA

Dear Mr Cameron,

It appears that you are acting under the Constitutional Reform Act of 2005, assuming that you, as a Prime Minister, hold the 'prerogative power.'

Are you aware of the meaning of the 'PREROGATIVE POWER'? The 'prerogative power' is given to the monarch by the PEOPLE, under the Bill of Rights of 1689 and Magna Carta. The monarch agrees to protect our laws and customs under the Coronation Oath and the Constitution. Failure do so is TREASON against the people. We are protected from GESTAPO type (executive) law by the 'prerogative'. This is our ancient law. Therefore, why has the monarch signed FIVE illegal treaties taking us into a criminalised organisation - the EU- which is completely against our Constitution?

Under your oath of allegiance, the laws in the Bill of Rights of 1689 make clear this country CANNOT be ruled by ANY foreign power: “No foreign Prince, person, Prelate, State, or Potentate, hath or ought to have any Jurisdiction, Power, Superiority, Pre-eminence, or Authority Ecclesiastical or Spiritual within this Realm.”

This means Parliament may not allow any part of the aforementioned oath to be breached, side-stepped or ignored. This Bill of Rights precludes and effectively forbids Parliament from passing any bill like the 1972 ECA, the Treaty of Rome or any other European legislation which gives them any say at all in the governance of England. It also precludes Parliament from passing any laws contrary to the spirit of this Bill of Rights.

They also added two codicils at the end of the Bill of Rights “Any amendments to the bill after the 23 October 1689 shall be void and not lawful, and this bill is for all time”.

Have you taken constitutional legal advice on this very serious action of entry into the EU? If so from whom have you sought such advice?

Are you aware that this is a serious crime against the People of Britain? It is TREASON.

Yours sincerely,

A Patriot.

Oh, and ask all your friends, and their friends, and their friends, to do the same thing.

Let me know when you have done this small thing. When you have done so we will have achieved a big thing.

We will have rescued our country.

Not many people can say that.

CR.

  1. I wrote a letter to HM the Queen just prior to Brown signing the Lisbon treaty, quoting the bit about "foreign princes", and treason. Her Majesty didn't feel the need to reply. No doubt Mr Cameron will have the same degree of respect for such an important matter, ie none at all. Not wishing to sound negative, but I don't think they care, any more than a farmer cares what his cows think.

  2. I'm not going to put it here because I'm onside with what is written in the post but there is a constitutional case they can make and then it comes down to which tribunal it is in front of.

It seems to me that right is on our side but it is irrelevant in the context of who is pushing our case. If it is Cameron or any other of the politicos in Westminster, it won't be pushed or else it will be railroaded down some quiet sidetrack.

Westminster has a vested interest in being part of the EU. The people do not.

  3. I'm going to start an email campaign along the same lines. With any luck it may go viral and become impossible to ignore.

Anyone wanting a copy of my email to distribute, send me an email entitled 'Sovereignty Campaign' to webmaster@lawfulremedy.org.uk

    Forward!

  4. Baz,

    I hear you.

But the new boss said that he would listen.

    Let's test him on that.

  5. James,

    I know, I know.

But I feel that we ought to be doing something.

When you know something is seriously askew you have to at least try to correct it.

Doing nothing is no longer an option.

    Not for me anyway.

  6. Drabzz,

It's a good man that you are.

I will do all I can to help.

How do we get a Facebook thing going? They seem to pick up huge numbers.

All we need (according to CMD and Cleggyman) is 100,000 good people to support this.

    How hard can that be?
