Here there be rants. There will be Freeman stuff, Lawful Rebellion stuff and Random stuff. I am rebelling because I want my country back. My lawful obligations are as follows: “together with the community of the whole realm, distrain and distress us in all possible ways, namely, by seizing our castles, lands, possessions, and in any other way they can, until redress has been obtained as they see fit…” Article 61 Magna Carta 1215

A Matter Of Survival
We live in a cosy world.
For now.
But what should we do if that changes? What to do in the event of community, regional, national, or international meltdown?
Are you ready? Have you stockpiled food, water, fuel and weapons to defend them with? Where do you go? Do you stay put, or do you run? Do you have a plan?
No?
Maybe you should make one.
The AntiTerrorist has some advice for us. Take it or don't. Use it or don't.
There's no need to die. Not if you are prepared. Most will watch the video and write it off as scaremongering and justify their action with statements like "It could never happen here". The problem is that it could.
I have been to New Orleans a few times. It was jammed with friendly, welcoming people that I shared drinks and meals with. I made many happy memories in the Big Easy. Then Katrina arrived. She was full of fury and spite. She shattered lives, and she destroyed infrastructure. In just a few hours she removed order and left chaos in its stead. In her wake she left desolation and turned those good, kind people into savages. They stole televisions when there was no electricity to run them on. The robbed the houses of their neighbours, they robbed the same people that they had been close to for years. Some stole food. Some raped. Some killed. It was a war zone. The police and the National Guard hunted and shot the looters on sight. No judge, no jury, they just executed.
Now imagine a similar disaster happening here: whether it be financial meltdown (all too probable), an energy crisis (frighteningly possible), a natural disaster, or just plain old rioting that escalates into a huge "them & us" battle. I cannot recall a time in my life when any of these scenarios were more realistic than they are today.
What we imagine today can become real tomorrow. Or next month, or next year. What is the harm in studying, and preparing? Any dry foods that you put by can still be used, same goes for water, as long you rotate your stocks you will always use them. Grow your own fresh produce. Learn how to bake your own bread. Find a secure place to store fuel. Arm yourself. Even a recurved bow is better than nothing. Learn how to use it. Learn survival skills. Teach others.
This information is not meant to terrify. It is meant to educate.
When the brown stuff hits the twirly thing, humans go retro. We resort to, and wholly depend on, our will and our ability to survive. There is no stronger human desire. Even procreation takes second place. Our most base instinct is to keep breathing.
If it does all go pear-shaped, there will be 61 million of us with exactly the same goal, how long will you survive?
Give it some thought.

Recap
We have learned a thing or two, you and I, during the last year.
Whether you choose to believe these uncovered "truths" or not is your own affair. As a recent commenter said, once you see the deception it is impossible to unsee it. No tin-foil hats are worn here. None of this is "conspiracy theory". It is actual fact (mostly) uncovered by merely looking. No complicated dots have to be joined. All you need is the ability to read, the ability to question, and in many cases, the ability (and the will) to simply follow the money. Ultimately, the deception is in place to harvest three things: money, control and power.
I thought a recap would be in order. Let's remind ourselves what we know:
Believe it or don't. But do you not think you owe it to yourself to at least check it out? It may just change your life.
I know it has changed mine.
For the better.

I thought a recap would be in order. Let's remind ourselves what we know:
- We own America
- The Vatican owns us
- The Vatican produces law for the entire world
- The USA polices the world
- The UK controls the worlds finances
- Parliament has no legitimacy
- Our monarch has committed treason. Many, many times.
- Our currency is worthless. (According to the Treasury).
- Human beings are not required to pay tax
- Council Tax is illegal
- FPNs are illegal demands for money (According to the Magna Carta)
- Lawful Rebellion is an obligation
- Saying "No" politely, and repeatedly, works a treat
- The House of Lords has no legitimacy (Not since 1999, perhaps not since 1913)
- We all have a "trade name" and the government can only deal with this entity, not the human being
- We may all possibly be considered dead (Cestui Que Vie Act 1666)
- We may all have millions of £££'s invested in our (trade) names
- Our trust funds may be traded on the worlds stock markets
- We are all sovereign
- We have more power than we ever dreamed of
- We know that 68 children are kidnapped every day by the government. Not all of these abductions are for the sake of the children
- We know that the last government wasted over £300 billion. Enough to give us all more than two years tax free.
- We know that they waste over £4000 every second
- We know that the EU sucks money out of the UK at a rate of £48 million per day. It gave us over 120,000 new regulations, and several thousand new statutes in return. And no, we cannot inspect their finances.
- We know that the smoking ban hasn't saved one single life since it was introduced
- We also know that over 5500 pubs and clubs have been lost as a result
- We know that the War on Drugs has failed
- We know that the War on Terror has failed
- We know that the War on Drinkers will fail
- We know that the science surrounding climate change is bogus
- We know that fake charities cost us billions every year
- We know that quangoes cost us billions every year
Believe it or don't. But do you not think you owe it to yourself to at least check it out? It may just change your life.
I know it has changed mine.

Once More Into The Breach
As old Billy Shakespeare once said.
My war with HMRC enters a new battle phase. While I was away in Libya a little brown envelope arrived. I opened it last night when I got back and was not surprised at the contents. Well, I was a little surprised to see that they had knocked off another £700. Each time I write they respond by reducing the the amount. I have saved several thousand pounds by writing to them. And yet I will not be satisfied until they write back and say that they have zeroed my account. It shouldn't take too much longer.
See what happens when you just say "No"?
I have remained honourable throughout. I asked them to justify the demand. They could not. I asked them to validate their loss. They could not. I asked them to prove that I, as a human being, was obligated to pay. They could not do so.
Their letter was from the Complaints Division. Essentially it said that my complaint (I had made no complaint whatsoever) had been investigated and that they were still right to demand money from me. They removed the interest (that's the £700 I mentioned above) and told me that I should have words with my Accountant, or I should have words with my local tax office. I opted for the latter. My Accountant is programmed to calculate my taxes, and inform me as to how and when I send payment to HMRC. Their mission is not to question the legality of payments. I chose to write a letter to my local tax office. I recapped events in a single page. I laid their options out: answer my questions, or take me to court, or zero my account.
Today I offered them their chance to meet me in a court room. Usually it's the other way around. I am prepared. I will represent myself, and I will win. I have not lost a legal battle yet and I will not lose this one. They may wish to bully me some more, they may wish to reduce the amount still further, they may also opt to sell my "debt" to a debt collection agency, or they may want to take me on in a court room.
I will let you know what they decide.
EDIT: I just remembered another small matter. Do you recall me telling you that Companies House had fined me £1,500 for late filing? They wrote to me and said that I owed them nothing. All I asked them to do was to prove that I owed them the money in the first place. As I said at the time, I knew they were unable to do this. Victory is mine, I do believe.

Some readers will no doubt have issues with the information contained in this video. The trouble is that most of the facts referred to have links to cases heard in law.
I look forward to the attempted deconstruction.

PS-look out for the legal definition of "human" in the film. If that doesn't wake you up, nothing will. Their contempt for us is total.

Donkey Buggerer Gaoled
As a follow up to this, which generated quite a few comments, I bring you news that the fiddler of the four-legged has been despatched to the glass house.
The 66-year-old man who in April pleaded guilty in Leicester Crown Court to charges of "buggery of a donkey between February 2 and February 5, 1999, and buggery of a horse between March 15 and 18, 2004", has been jailed for 22 months.
Joseph Squires - of "no stable address" - also admitted two charges of damaging property, "relating to the two animals on the same dates".
He was sent down today at the same court, having already served 126 days on remand, the Guardian notes. ®
Victim Ned* pictured, was said to have been delighted with the result.
*(not his real name)
Nice to see that The Register have been keeping a keen eye on this disturbing case.
All you horses, mules, donkeys and asses-presumably anything with four legs-can rest easy.
Well, for 11 months, at least.

Missing Labour?
I know I am.
They screwed up on an almost hourly basis towards the end, and now there is a dearth of good blogging about them. It was fun though, wasn't it? Watching them self-destruct? I found it hugely entertaining and unbelievably satisfying. Even in death they are funny. As they plot their resurrection they have dug deep. They have produced several candidates for leading the new improvedZanu PF Labour party into the future.
And, to be fair, they have picked a couple of corkers. Check out the two Most Likely To Succeed:
Ed Balls, pictured earlier today.
And, their Secret Weapon....
Diane Abbott, pictured clutching Labours integrity. All of it. (This is a rare snapshot of Diane with her eyes open. Do copy it. In a few years it will be worth a fortune on Ebay).
Both have eyelid "issues", but don't let that stop you voting for them in the leadership contest. And vote for them you must if we are to ensure that Labour never ever, ever regain power anywhere ever again. Ever.
Like everyone else I don't have too much to say about the LiTors. Yes, they have already fudged on promises made, but we anticipated that. Weasel words uttered by weasels. Who was surprised by that? We'll soon find out if those promises to listen to the people are honoured. The campaign to get CMD to answer some basic sovereignty questions will be most revealing. Do join me in this endeavour. 40p to find out if Ding is listening or not is a small price to pay.
Welcome to the ConDemNation. It is marginally better that the joke government run by Colostomy Brown and his Unskilled Clowns. But it is early days yet. They have plenty of time to screw us.
Like you, I have been watching the NuCrew closely.
But I have a feeling that they will be nowhere near as entertaining as the last lot......

Campaign To Restore Sovereignty
My good friend Drabzz has written a letter. His letter has gone to the Prime Minister, David: of the Cameron family.
I ask you all to do the same. I ask you all to print the letter below, date it, sign it, put it in an envelope, mail it, and give our brand new PM a post bag the likes of which he will never see again.
There is no bravery required. You do not have to take to the streets. No danger will befall you. All you need is a pen, some paper, an envelope, a stamp, and a desire to save your country.
Ask him, just as our friend Drabzz has, to examine the legitimacy of parliament. Ask him to confirm, or deny, the contents of your letter.
Ask him for our nation to be restored to us.
Ask him, before it is too late.
The Prime Minister
The Rt Hon David Cameron MP

Dear Mr Cameron,
It appears that you are acting under the Constitutional Reform Act of 2005, assuming that you, as a Prime Minister, hold the 'prerogative power.'
Are you aware of the meaning of the 'PREROGATIVE POWER'? The 'prerogative power' is given to the monarch by the PEOPLE, under the Bill of Rights of 1689 and Magna Carta. The monarch agrees to protect our laws and customs under the Coronation Oath and the Constitution. Failure do so is TREASON against the people. We are protected from GESTAPO type (executive) law by the 'prerogative'. This is our ancient law. Therefore, why has the monarch signed FIVE illegal treaties taking us into a criminalised organisation - the EU- which is completely against our Constitution?
Under your oath of allegiance, the laws in the Bill of Rights of 1689 make clear this country CANNOT be ruled by ANY foreign power: “No foreign Prince, person, Prelate, State, or Potentate, hath or ought to have any Jurisdiction, Power, Superiority, Pre-eminence, or Authority Ecclesiastical or Spiritual within this Realm.”
This means Parliament may not allow any part of the aforementioned oath to be breached, side-stepped or ignored. This Bill of Rights precludes and effectively forbids Parliament from passing any bill like the 1972 ECA, the Treaty of Rome or any other European legislation which gives them any say at all in the governance of England. It also precludes Parliament from passing any laws contrary to the spirit of this Bill of Rights.
They also added two codicils at the end of the Bill of Rights “Any amendments to the bill after the 23 October 1689 shall be void and not lawful, and this bill is for all time”.
Have you taken constitutional legal advice on this very serious action of entry into the EU? If so from whom have you sought such advice?
Are you aware that this is a serious crime against the People of Britain? It is TREASON.
Yours sincerely,
A Patriot.
Oh, and ask all your friends, and their friends, and their friends, to do the same thing.
Let me know when you have done this small thing. When you have done so we will have achieved a big thing.
We will have rescued our country.
Not many people can say that.

The Amazing Mrs Elizabeth Beckett
Some of you know that I am having a spat with HMRC. I fully intend to use the research and learnings of Mrs Beckett to defend myself. (Plus a few other things that need to remain up my sleeve for now). Although I will produce a detailed report on events, you might be interested to know that HMRC recently threatened to take me to court. I wrote back and said, "Ready when you are. But be warned: you are going to lose, and here's why". I quoted a few of the methods I intended to use. I explained that I had Lawful Excuse. They backed off. At some point my battle will end in a court-room, and I am looking forward to it. I have them nailed, but, (as expected) they just don't know that yet. Although, given their recent climb-down, they may be harbouring some doubts. More on that later.
Mrs Beckett was a feisty lady, and I wish that I had met her. People like her continue to inspire me to do what's right. With just a few more thousand like me, we can finally clean up parliament for the good of all.
Everything that follows was posted by The Whistleblower. It is reproduced with full permission of the author.
"The fact is that the way the United Kingdom is currently governed is in total violation of our constitution…..not only by the fact that they are illegally taking away the power of the Monarch and its citizens by falsely handing this power to a foreign nation. They continue to hand out billions of taxpayers money and then demand to tax us even more…this is in violation of our historical constitution.
I thought I would leave the rest of this article to the words spoken by other good British Citizens who did care and did not sit back in their armchairs, like most of us and just accept what our government is telling us.
My first dedication must go to Mrs. Elizabeth Beckett who worked tirelessly in defending the constitution of the United Kingdom. I find her work so interesting especially when she applied her knowledge in advising readers in the US about the American Constitution. The following is an extract from the Namaste Magazine Vol 10 Issue 2:
As far as the American Constitution is concerned, Jefferson and co made a Masonic Constitution, but they did not wipe out the existing British Constitution on which the colonies had lived for two hundred years. This is the basis of your law and customs
The English Constitution includes:
1). Magna Carta, (which the Supreme Court used for the release of the people in Guantanamo Bay)
2). The Petition of Right 1627
3). The Bill of Rights of 1689
4). The 1700 Act of Settlement
These legal statutes were made by the people from whom the colonies are descended, only rubber stamped by British Parliament, (governing the colonies at the time) until independence. It is the basis of your Law and your Constitution. The United States Constitution is subject to the British Constitution.
The only elements of the US Constitution that differ from the British Constitution is the royal prerogative and Christianity. The prerogative can exceptionally be used by the President, but is not part of the law as it is with us in the UK. However, the people of the USA cannot rely on the 'prerogative', all they can do is find the relevant phrases that can fight orders. These can be found in the Bill of Rights 1689 and chapter 29 of Magna Carta. Good luck.
I think Elizabeth was a remarkable lady and it is rather sad that this fine lady no longer graces our planet. She was an extremely strong woman with values and having a father as a High Court Judge has obviously instilled in her that one must do what is right and not go along with the flow. Here is more information on her stance from the same source:
Mrs. Elizabeth Beckett’s legitimate Constitutional stance against an illegal tax system and treasonous government. A story that should be on the front page of every newspaper, but has remained unreported! This amazingly selfless lady has studied the British Constitution in great depth. Her initial interest in the law began when she was a District Officer’s wife in India where her father, a High Court Judge for many years, was party to drawing up the 1935 India Act of Independence.
Elizabeth was summoned to appear in court at Carlisle, a distance from her home of approximately 55 miles. Without hesitation or complaint, this remarkable 83 year old lady, who in her own words ELIZABETH is lame, (she cannot walk very well without aid, due to a painful hip), took a taxi on her own, to the court where a judge listened to her appeal against a threatened bankruptcy order by her local council, for refusing to pay her Council Tax. Her refusal was based on the following objections: “It is illegal to pay a tax to destroy my country.” Later she discovered just how illegally councils are acting.
Elizabeth has received very little mainstream media reporting, the little she has had has only been at local level. Nationally, the BBC televised 30 seconds on the Politics Show. Even though she was interviewed by a reporter, the BBC editor refused point blank to broadcast her interview. It was withdrawn. We ask, could this be because of the influence of Common Purpose?
Namaste has tried to present Elizabeth’s story to various national newspapers: They were not interested. In fact the News Desk of the Daily Mail in Manchester thought our information about Elizabeth’s Constitutional Rights and the Act of Treason committed against the people of the British nation was far fetched! They put it to the News Desk that we do indeed have a Constitution. This was also dismissed. They ask, could this be because of the influence of Common Purpose?
I am happy to say that despite the British Medias refusal to covering this story (as they did with Hollie Greig); we are more than happy to always reveal the truth. When one continues to read about such cover-ups it makes the decision to vote that much harder. The three mainline parties have so much dirty washing to hang out one cannot trust them to run our country. Their policies are so much aligned to the New World Order that one must never allow them to succeed.
Again I will use more information from Namaste in order to give them the media coverage they deserve:
It is quite clear that we are dealing with mindset which is at best totally ignorant and, at worst, working deliberately to subvert our ancient Constitutional history - The Birth Right of the People of England, (1700). This is still the law of the land today! How could this happen? The plan has been carefully contrived. The journalist Stewart Alsop wrote: “Knowledge is power and power is the most valuable commodity in government. So whoever knows the secrets controls the knowledge and therefore holds the power...”
This would help to explain why Harold Wilson removed the teaching of the Constitution from the British education curriculum, in the 1960’s and 1970’s. Today, Britain’s universities DO NOT teach treason laws, the greatest crime against a nation; hence today, we find our nation and our freedom in the most critical situation. How could this happen you may ask? The answer to this can be found in the descriptively accurate words of Cicero Marcus Tullius, born on 3 January, 106 BC and murdered on 7 December, 43 BC:
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”
This is so precisely true of what is taking place today, not only in Britain, but other countries of the Commonwealth, and the USA - this is the Common Purpose. We and our colleagues both in the UK and USA, are deeply concerned with the direction that both our nations are heading, yet so many seem woefully ignorant. This is not because people are stupid but they lack time and interest to inform themselves, largely because of the education system and mass media control with mind manipulations. We see and hear people acting like sheep, unheeded by the ever emerging totalitarian state, unquestioning, unwilling to research and blindly accepting lies and half-truths from those who can only be best described at misinformed and in the main, deliberate liars.
Part of this disinformation relates to our Council Tax in the UK. For the benefit of our overseas readers, Council Tax is a tax on domestic property collected by local councils in the UK. The council is supposed to use this revenue to pay for local services such as schools, rubbish (garbage) collection, roads and street lighting, etc.
Fiscal Prerogative
Elizabeth felt driven to research the issue of Council Tax accounts, having observed various related, suspicious news articles in the press one of which involved the North West Regional Council of the UK purchasing a house in Brussels, a totally inappropriate action in view of the sufferings of the Cumbrian fishermen and farmers. This alarmed her to the fact that she might well, as a law abiding honest Council Tax payer, be assisting in the potential breakup of her country. We must emphasise that Constitutional Law is not a matter of politics, whether one votes to drive on the left or the right, but a matter of law like the dividing of Britain into ‘Lander’ such as the county of Kent becoming part of France, and Wales becoming part of Ireland etc. That is against our law and Elizabeth said she could not pay for the destruction of the sovereignty of this country. She then asked for full disclosure of how her Council Tax is being spent. This has not been forthcoming because of the liability order against her; the order is an executive order and in Britain alone is governed by the Royal Prerogative. The Enforcement Officer and people in charge of the courts refused to admit that the Liability Order could be challenged in any way. According to the Petition of Right of 1627 all taxation should be honoured by Parliament, under the Royal Assent and Parliament cannot pass acts that are against our Constitution.
Elizabeth further discovered a covert plan to do with the regional assemblies. These are voluntary bodies that are designed to break up England, e.g. Northumberland up to Carlisle will became part of Germany. This was not mentioned in the Labour Party manifesto.
Amongst the papers she handed to the judge at her trial, were the details of Common Purpose and their assemblies, which have increased by 500% since the year 2000. Taxation emanates from the Chancellor’s Office and these are illegal under what is known as the ‘fiscal prerogative’ and the ‘Petition of Right’. Because these assemblies are voluntary bodies, they are not available for funding by the taxpayer. Our Constitution states that ‘all laws’ that go through Parliament ‘must have Royal Assent, in order to become law.’ Instead, they are now validated on a false claim that the Royal Assent is automatic. However, the power to grant this is part of the prerogative, which it impassable.
The automatic assent was invented by the Fabian Prime Minister Asquith who gave the qualification based on the premise that Queen Ann had been the last monarch to send back a bill. The implication being that the monarch could not send back bills, whereas in fact, their power lies in the support of our Constitutional Laws by refusing to give Assent to bills that are unconstitutional.
The Parliament Act
In fact Edward VII had refused to pass the Parliament Act in 1910 and as such Asquith had to go to the country for a vote which he lost. A plan was devised to get this bill back, so he invited 40 Fabian Socialists and 82 Sien Fien to join his party in order to destroy the House of Lords which had been holding on to the fiscal prerogative and in so doing he set out to destroy the British Constitution.
The Parliament Act is actually illegal under the Constitution and the 1848 Treason and Felony Act, which states that neither House, Lords nor the Commons has power above the other. The 1911 Act altered the ‘fiscal power,’ which according to our Constitution cares for all taxpayers, as stated under the Petition of Right (part of the Constitution - No taxation without representation). This puts taxation illegally into the hands of the majority political party in the Commons, and without any amendment allowed from the House of Lords.
At the time of the French Revolution and the American Independence, political parties weren’t fixed as in the Masonic Constitution of America, which is based on the principal of divide and rule. Whereas in Britain, the British Constitution was made by the People for the People and the monarch holds them together according to our Constitutional laws. In relation to this fact, Elizabeth put forward to the judge the question of Brussels acting illegally under European Laws which invalidated the court itself. e.g. the 1988 Mercantile Shipping Act in relation to Spaniards fishing within the British 12 mile limit. Brussels overruled it and fined the British £300,000. In doing this Brussels claimed rights over our Sovereign and Parliament who had passed the Act. She pointed out to the court under this ruling it had no validity. At which point the judge shut her up and said, “I am under contract to make a liability order against you since the order allowed no exception.”
This is entirely against our constitutional laws. Elizabeth then asked for leave to appeal. The judge replied, “You can do what you like.”
Elizabeth explained to the judge that Queens Council has given her his opinion, “Technically under the Rules of Erskine May, it is stated the Automatic Assent, if not complied with, would invalidate ALL laws since 1911”.
Common law
Elizabeth’s Plaint lays the ground for important legal and Constitutional constraints which are being side-stepped and their legal validity is being denied by our present legal system and government. The fact they are still part of our British Common law is undeniable, Sir Edward Coke said, “The Royal Prerogative is part of the Personality of the Monarch and could not be taken from them even by an Act if Parliament” which the Law Lords Halbury and Jowitt agree. (Halbury’s Laws, The Birth Right of the People of England (These are legal reference books of great prestige).
Since the Assent is given under the regal ‘Prerogative Power,’ it is invalid if it is given to an unconstitutional act. So in a different way, both Counsel’s opinion and Elizabeth’s lead to the same conclusion. Therefore, she says that one can conclude that ALL of the bills that have been made law since 1911, which includes 1972 entry into Europe, and all that follows, together with the Civil Contingencies Bill, the constitutional Reform Act, Equality Act and the Immigration Act ARE VOID.
It is clear that our entry into the European Union is INVALID, ILLEGAL and against our Constitution. Treason has been committed and should be remedied.
Once asked Elizabeth why she was making this potentially dangerous and difficult stance at her time of life. She replied:
“I do it for my children, grandchildren and for all our ancestors - all those who have died for our freedom. Do you want to see your children in chains? I was in India during the war and knew about the fight against the Japanese and I knew about the earlier war and I quote John Edmonds... ‘When You Go Home, Tell Them Of Us And Say, For Their Tomorrow, We Gave Our Today’” ~ John Maxwell Edmonds (1875 -1958). She went on to say: “Talk about the Constitution. Research it. Know it. Know that it exists and help to keep it alive against the evil forces dedicated to its destruction.”
Elizabeth also suggested the following: Readers should consider raising the following points as set out below, with their local council. Bear in mind that it is probable that Common Purpose is operating in your area. Councils cannot take taxes for an organisation that cannot achieve an audit. It is illegal under the Local Government Act 1972, which is still used for auditing local government accounts. All those who pay Council Tax should write to their local council and quote section 239 of the 1972 ACT.
1). You as the Council have the right to oppose or depose acts in Parliament.
Under your oaths of allegiance, the laws in the Bill of Rights of 1689 make clear this country CANNOT be ruled by ANY foreign power: “No foreign Prince, person, Prelate, State, or Potentate, hath or ought to have any Jurisdiction, Power, Superiority, Pre eminence, or Authority Ecclesiastical or Spiritual within this Realm.”
They also added two codicils at the end of the Bill of Rights “Any amendments to the bill after the 23 October 1689 shall be void and not lawful, and this bill is for all time”.
2). This law and its oath are not subject to Parliament because they were given to Parliament by the People whose WILL is supreme over Parliament.
This means Parliament may not allow any part of the aforementioned oath to be breached, side-stepped or ignored. This Bill of Rights precludes and effectively forbids Parliament from passing any bill like the 1972 EEC Act, the Treaty of Rome or any other European legislation which gives them any say at all in the governance of England. It also precludes Parliament from passing any laws contrary to the spirit of this Bill of Rights.
Chief Justice Beresford said; “You must look on the spirit of the law not just how it is written.”
The Scots have their own version of this law. Indeed the people and Parliament were told the 1972 EEC Act was a purely trading agreement with no Constitutional impact at all!
3). Since you use the Local Government Act for your audit, I wish to draw your attention to another services’ misdemeanour and that is you have been paying my council tax in to an unaudited administration (this is the 13th year).
4). If I were to pay my Council Tax I would be complicit in this illegality. Even more seriously, I would be allowing without complaint, the present Government’s intention to herd this country over to this illegal administration.
5). Under the powers given to you under section 239 you have the power to refuse to agree this and would be acting illegally if you did not.
6). This applies to any council, PRESS them to ACT under these laws.
Do you want to be like the judge acting illegally under European law? Or do you want to do something about it? We must never forget, our Constitution was made by our ancestors (often with their lives) not by Parliament.
The 'prerogative power' is given to the monarch by the PEOPLE, under the Bill of Rights of 1689 and Magna Carta. The monarch agrees to protect our laws and customs under the Coronation Oath and the Constitution. Failure do so is TREASON against the people! We are protected from GESTAPO type (executive) law by the 'prerogative'. This is what the New World order is trying to take away from us. This is our ancient law. Therefore, why has the monarch signed FIVE illegal treaties taking us into a crimalised organisation -the EU which is completely against our Constitution?
Elizabeth did apply for an interlocutory injunction to stop Brown and his associates taking us, the People of the UK further into an illegal administrative situation. (Anyone can and should do this). It is illegal for a government to be financially involved with an organisation that cannot even audit its own accounts. The EU has not audited its accounts for the past 13 years.
OPEN LETTER TO PRIME MINISTER BROWN.
Dear Mr. Brown
It appears that you are acting under the Constitutional Reform Act of 2005, imagining that you, as a Prime Minister, hold the 'prerogative power.'
Are you sir, aware of the meaning of the 'PREROGATIVE POWER'?
Have you taken constitutional legal advice on this very serious action of entry into the EU?
If so from whom have you sought such advice?
Are you aware that this is a serious crime against the People of Britain? It is TREASON.
Yours Sincerely
Mrs. Elizabeth Beckett
THE ABOVE QUESTIONS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ASK MR BROWN BECAUSE - UPON TAKING OFFICE HE MADE A OATH OF ALLEGIANCE WHICH INCORPORATES OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW AND FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE SAID OATH OF ALLEGIANCE IS ALSO TREASON.
We ask readers to please to copy the above letter and replace Elizabeth's name with their own name and send to number 10 Downing Street and see what response they get. All letters received from number 10 Downing Street to the above letter, if any, will published in the Palestine Telegraph. I guess we should not hold our breath waiting because as the end of the day they not longer serve the public that puts them in office.
We should all take a chapter out of the life of dear Mrs. Beckett and reclaim our country from the talons of the New World Order. I have included the following timeline as published in the Namaste Magazine covering the latter part of Elizabeth’s life leading up to her death:
24th December 2007
* There is a delay in the appeal for judicial review because the court in now informed Elizabeth that since a certificate of service has not been received by the court the case can't move forward. The fact is the certificate of service was faxed to the court on 1st December by a government employee on Elizabeth's behalf. She also has a letter from the local council dated 8th December, confirming receipt of the certificate of service and she has sent copies of the said letters to the court. Thus Elizabeth has asked the court for an upgrading of her case which has been delayed because they claimed they had not received the certificate of service.
* A notice is about to be served on Elizabeth for a court hearing in February 2008 to implement the bankruptcy order made against her in March 2007. The hearing will take place in Carlisle.
* Interestingly, the interlocutory injunction filed by Elizabeth to stop Brown and his associates taking us, the People of the UK further into an illegal administrative situation, seems to be delayed lost in the system. How unusual!
The hearing for the implementation for the liability order against Elizabeth will take place on the 6th February 2008 at Carlisle Court, Rickergate at 2.40pm. This was to validate the extent of her liability because her income is so low which has now been dealt with.
27th February 2008
* Thanks to the generous donations received by members of the public, we were able to pay into court the £1,293.97 required to prevent the bankruptcy order against Elizabeth being executed. Her home has been saved for now. Nevertheless, Elizabeth still intends pursue her case against the illegal Liability Order
27 May, 2008
* The legal advice that has been given to Elizabeth is that she should have professional to help in putting her case together so that it can go forward. This needs some reformulation for resubmission of her application before the administrative High Court.
21 June, 2008
* Today, Elizabeth has been advised by the Penrith Magistrates that they have passed a Liability Order against her, for refusal to pay her Council tax. She has taken this stance in order that she can take her case foreword and therefore continues to pursue her application for judicial review against the illegality Liability Order in the Council Tax Act of 1992. Penrith Council have informed her she can appeal her case which she fully intends to do.
* Further updates on Elizabeth's situation will be posted as and when we have more information. Please note, that what Elizabeth is doing, for all of us, not just for herself, and therefore she needs all our support!
7 February, 2009
* It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Mrs. Elizabeth Beckett after her fight against leukemia. Elizabeth was the daughter of a High Court judge. The fact she managed one last shot across the bows of the nation's ever-dwindling sovereignty says so much about her steadfastness.
To close Part 4 of this series I will print a copy of her last letter to the Queen before passing away. This will not be the last we hear of Elizabeth Beckett as I intend to print another classical letter she wrote. This astute lady will never be forgotten and as we will see many others are taking up the fight…….in the meantime read and enjoy:

Unconstitutional reign
Madam
Giving careful consideration to the mode of address in this letter, although in courtesy I have addressed it in conventional manner, it is clear that having, in effect, abdicated by failure to perform your coronation oath you leave the people of this nation without effective titular head to whom we may address our petitions. I write to you only in your pre-eminence in Common Law.
I write on Edmund Burke's remark that for evil to flourish it is sufficient for good men to do nothing.
At your coronation you swore on oath to rule this country according to our laws and customs. This contract with us was written clearly in Magna Carta and replicated by Edward I in 1274. After saying that he would give no such oath, the archbishops, bishops, barons and freemen said that, in this case, they would get another king.
In Magna Carta it was made clear that if the monarch went against this oath then chapter 61 would apply, the contract would be broken and the monarch would have to give up his position and possessions. You have, throughout your reign, disregarded our laws and customs in the legislation that has gone through Parliament.
I believe that you have done this on the basis of the Fabian inspired Parliament Act of 1911 which argued untruthfully that since royal assent had never been denied by a monarch since 1707 (when Queen Anne sent back a Bill) the use of the royal assent had fallen into abeyance. This claim was untrue and treasonable. Only the year before, Asquith had been forced to go to the country by Edward VII who sent back the same Bill to Parliament. And indeed monarchs had refused assent on at least six other occasions since 1707. On each occasion this refusal of assent was because the Bills concerned breached our constitution.
In other words, the 1911 claim, is incorrect and the monarch's assent was never and can never be deemed unnecessary or automatic, even though George V chose to accept that the royal assent was now a formality and that the monarch could not, in reality refuse assent - as in the Northern Ireland Bill.
Despite all the long years of your reign this method of agreement, either forced on you, or under "automatic assent" nevertheless cannot be upheld as lawful.
Many people who have written to you on constitutional matters have received replies from your secretary (most recently, Sonia Bonici) saying that their letter had been forwarded to the government department misleadingly called the Department of Constitutional Affairs and Ministry of Justice. Your compliance with this has permitted the judiciary under these government departments to claim, as in the Chagos Archipelago appeal, that our fundamental liberties do not exist and that the peoples of these islands have no rights under our law.
I am old and now seriously ill. I cannot die without making clear to you that you have broken your oath to us your people.
The 1911 act purports to permit taxes to be levied on us merely by a majority in the House of Commons and without reference to the upper chamber. This again is against our constitution and specifically not permitted by our Petition of Right of 1627. The most serious instance of this is the use of our taxes to fund the banking system of this country: this is being explained to the electorate as a step which will in some way make us rich, whilst in fact it is not only unlawful, but a most serious abrogation of our rights and your duties under our constitution.
Your contract with the people of this country and the colonies and dominions cannot be destroyed by the chicanery of the Fabians in the 1911 Act, nor by subsequent legislation. If you have the courage to fulfil your contract, however belatedly, you could prorogue Parliament now and have a free election with or without party divisions so that this country can go forward in a proper and united way to remove us from the difficulties that have ensued since the 1911 Parliament Act.
Yours Faithfully,

I am sure readers would agree that this person represents what we all feel but never have the courage to act upon. I would like to congratulate the Namaste Web Page for their gallant effort in trying to bring this to the world’s attention. It is rather sad that once again we see the British Media neglecting the British Public in bringing this out into the open. It goes without saying that Elizabeth Beckett never gave up in her fight for justice and to retain the traditions of the United Kingdom. I therefore dedicate this article in her name.…"
Mrs Beckett was a feisty lady, and I wish that I had met her. People like her continue to inspire me to do what's right. With just a few more thousand like me, we can finally clean up parliament for the good of all.

Yours Faithfully,
Elizabeth Beckett Copy to:

I am sure readers would agree that this person represents what we all feel but never have the courage to act upon. I would like to congratulate the Namaste Web Page for their gallant effort in trying to bring this to the world’s attention. It is rather sad that once again we see the British Media neglecting the British Public in bringing this out into the open. It goes without saying that Elizabeth Beckett never gave up in her fight for justice and to retain the traditions of the United Kingdom. I therefore dedicate this article in her name.…"

Sandstorm My Arse
It took me a couple of attempts to reach Tripoli.
We set off from T5 (which is always a joy) yesterday at 17:30. After flying for around 3 hours El Pilot tannoys thusly: "We have been told to go back to London. A severe sandstorm has reduced visibility at Tripoli International airport to zero. We cannot land anywhere else and fly you to Tripoli tomorrow because all their hotels are full and stuff. We will get you all a room in London and you can fly again tomorrow". I got under four hours kip at the Renaissance Hotel in Bath Road, and headed out to T5 again after a stunningly good brekkie.
This is a sandstorm:
This is what Tripoli airport looked like yesterday (and today, when I arrived):
The real reason the airport was closed is pictured below. It was an horrific crash that claimed 103 lives.
I had a gut feeling that we would not be landing at Tripoli airport yesterday and told people so. I told my boss. I told Mrs Ranty. I told my travel arranger. I told my host in Libya. I told several BA staff members. No-one listens to old Ranty.
Why do airlines have a problem with telling the truth? Did they imagine that all 20 of us onboard would lose it? Start screaming? Fainting? Maybe we have become terrified of knowing the truth (of anything) now, and prefer a good old fiction instead?
I'd also dearly love to know what the hell they served up and called food. This....experiment arrived and I tried like buggery to eat it. First, it was served at thermonuclear temperature. The yellow liquid looked like eggs, but because of the heat I couldn't swear to it. The black things vaguely resembled mushrooms but all taste had been tortured out of them so I am not certain. (No bacon, no sausages. Arabs on board, see?). The red things may have been tomatoes but they exploded on contact with my teeth, scorched my lips and were spat back out. There was also a hash-browny effort, which I think was lobbed in just to take your eye off the ball. It did not taste hash-browny to me so I shoved it to one side. Sadly, the plastic fork melted on contact so I had to finish the rest of the 1,000 degree slop with a spoon. That was over eight hours ago now, and I still have no sense of feeling in my tongue or lips.
That'll match the left side of my noggin then.
I suspect that there is a conspiracy afoot to make yer old Capt Ranty completely numb. Utterly feelingless.
Just like a Labour MP.
Still, a safe landing in the end, and they are the sort I like best.
What is happening in your world?

Noggin And Bloggin News
Noggin news:
For those of you that followed the story of my minor surgical procedure, I have an update. When the surgeon sliced through the blood vessel in my head he also sliced through a nerve. (You may recall me asking if it was normal for a local anaesthetic to last for 2 days. It wasn't). I now have permanent damage to the left side of my scalp. The area measures about 4 x 3 inches and feeling is very unlikely to return, my GP tells me. Mrs Ranty wants to sue. I have no interest in money, and I have no real interest in punishing a doctor for a minor slip of the knife either. Besides which, any money "won" will merely come from the taxpayers anyway, right? And a town may be deprived of a dedicated doctor. It appears to me to be a lose-lose situation. What do you lot think?
Bloggin news:
Africa beckons. I leave tomorrow for a couple of weeks. I may or may not be blogging every day. Politics is in hiatus as the minor beings scramble for power. Their world has been turned upside down and the only important outcome is that they retain/regain/claim power. It is a mess. But parliament has lost its sheen, its glammer, and mostly, (for me), its lawfulness. I have other fish to fry and it does not involve a corrupt institution, although they will feel the wrath of we Lawful Rebels, in ways they could not have imagined. My "Just say no" campaign continues, uninterrupted. I have no fear. Losing that fear was a vital first step. Democracy is dead. Anarchy is the natural heir. I will play my part with pride.
I conclude that yesterdays post, calling for trenchmates in the Great Revolution, fell largely on deaf ears. You are not ready. You are not angry enough. But mostly, you are still terrified. You have forgotten that we give them their power, and oddly, you haven't yet figured out that we cannot give them any more power than we possess ourselves. When the epiphany comes let me know. I will be here to guide you down that bumpy but satisfying road. Like I said: it's lions we need, not lambs. The prize is huge and will echo down the years. A journey of a thousand miles begins with but a single step. Call me when you are ready to take that first step.
So, assuming I can take off tomorrow (what with all that ash) and return in a couple of weeks (what with all that BA strike action) I leave you to witness, first hand, the excruciatingly slow car crash that is British politics.
Whatever you do, play dirty. They do, and it's high time we reciprocated.

Everything You Know Is Wrong
A bold claim.
In this instance Lloyd Pye means the origins of man. He gives a compelling presentation and provides evidence galore. His conclusion is staggering.
There are theories aplenty.
Maybe the God Botherers have the right of it?
Primordial soup and a lightning flash?
Intelligent Design? Creationism? Pure fluke?
Aliens, sent down to populate the earth?
Or something else entirely?
I won't spoil it for you.
It's an epic at just under two hours long, so you might want to carve it up and watch it in chunks, like I did.
Lloyd is a great speaker though, and it is an entertaining presentation. You will not be bored. And, it will give you whole new arguments for Friday nights down the pub. (If, that is, your village/town/city still has one).
I'm sorry to keep doing this to you. But this is another reality shaker. If you listen hard to the evidence, you will be forced to re-examine your world, your fellow planeteers, but mostly, you will have to take a long hard look at yourself. Keep an open mind and watch it all. This presentation will not make sense if you skip bits.
Press "play" and you are off on a wild, but exciting ride. If you don't want your world rocked, watch Corrie.
Don't say I didn't warn you.

One Million Patriots Wanted-Urgently
Your country needs you.
Now, more than ever.
This may strike you as dramatic, or insane "advice". It is neither. Our monarch is all the way wrong. Our parliament has zero legitimacy. None whatsoever. It hasn't for almost 100 years. Every statute they shat out is meaningless. Every time Queenie (or more accurately, her "cousins") gave Royal Assent they sank a little deeper, and they damaged us further. They schemed and they colluded and they gave our country away. The queen swore an Oath not to give powers to "foreign usurpers" and she has broken that Oath many, many times. It is our task to remind her. The simple choice is to do nothing. The simple choice is to wait, and assume someone else will fix everything. We will be waiting until hell freezes over.
Lawful Rebellion is no longer a choice for "loonies". Lawful Rebellion is not (nor ever has been) the preserve of the tin-foil hatters.
Lawful Rebellion is an obligation. It is a duty. There is no choice.
Watch the first seven minutes of the video above, and listen as Roger Hayes tells us why. Watch the rest by all means, but if you aren't convinced in the first six or seven minutes then snuggle back down under the duvet. Lawful Rebellion is not for you. It is not for sheep. It is not for the unthinking.
This course of action is for lions. It is for those among us who demand justice. Having folded my arms across my chest, stared them in the eye and said, "No", (and still lived!), I can tell you that there is nothing more liberating. And when you have said it once, you will want to say it again and again and again. You have all the power in the world. You will discover this when you learn to say "No".
If you want your country back, this is the only way. The right way. The lawful way.
Do it today. Do it now.
Do it not, and your childrens children may just wonder what you were made of.
I don't know about you, but I want mine to be proud. I want mine to know that I fought to put things right.
It's your call. Just as it ever was.

THE 2010 PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION SHAMBLES
Of all theatrical stage productions the English stage has always excelled at 'farce'. It is a very English concept not generally appreciated or understood elsewhere in the world but it suits us due to our particular and perhaps peculiar sense of irony. Now it seems that in the interest of the 'cake and circuses' principle of mass delusion the theatrical tradition of 'farce' has been adopted by the political establishment, for how else could one describe the 2010 general election?
The predictable outcome of the election has without doubt highlighted the farcical position of our now unconstitutional and therefore illegitimate position of Parliament. The treasonous Parliament Act 1911 removed the supremacy of the House of Lords which resulted in the removal of one of the three balancing powers of Parliament, and the treasonous European Communities Act 1972 removed the supremacy of the Crown thus removing another which left only one, the House of Commons, now an elected dictatorship which has continued pretending that nothing has changed, but of course in reality everything has changed. With the constitutional structure of Parliament abandoned by an aspiring political class elite, aided and abetted by the Crown and the House of Lords, now dysfunctional by design, Parliament has for many years been playing out a game bereft of rules and accountability, a game requiring its players to be particularly skilled in deviousness and duplicity, skills in which the present participants are not adept, and so the cloak of their deceit has become threadbare before the public gaze.
Parliament, having abandoned the Constitution and with it the very foundations of its establishment and institution, has abandoned its sworn obligation to represent and uphold the political aspiration of the British people and has removed its allegiance and accountability to that of a foreign power. It is widely accepted that no man can serve two masters, thus political confusion reigns as so graphically demonstrated and illustrated in this farce of a general election.
Although by and large the mass is still bathing in the light of innocence and incredulity, promoted by a politicised media, anyone with a small understanding of party politics would have anticipated or even predicted this outcome. It follows therefore that the political elite did also, and with this regard one must be mindful of the old maxim that nothing in politics occurs by accident. We must therefore alert ourselves to the implications of a possible reason behind it. Perhaps we have already seen it, couched and disguised in the suggestions of inter party negotiations, an innocent looking platform to further the covert LibLabCon Alliance, for despite the posturing and pontificating over individual party principles, at the end of the day all three parties are subordinate to the direction and will of a foreign government and from which there can be no meaningful deviation. One must also be wary of suggestions for electoral reform for there can be no doubt that the politicians would seize upon any such move to further entrench their dictatorial position.
It is interesting, albeit scandalous how the media has played down and even distorted, backed by seemingly conditioned constitutional experts, the true constitutional role of the Monarch who is the official Governor of the nation, the government being no more than a delegated authority subordinate to the Crown and so to the British people. According to our laws only the Monarch can mount and dissolve a Parliament and appoint a Prime Minister on the people's behalf. That which is currently unfolding is further proof that the tail now waggeth the dog, underlined by spurious claims that it would be unconstitutional for the Governor of the nation to intervene and take hold of the situation in the interest of the nation's political stability. Spurious because constitutionally that is the role of the Monarch, upheld by the powers vested in the Monarch by the people at the time of the coronation. Claiming that, by convention, the Monarch may no longer exercise those powers is to denounce the very power of the people themselves, for convention has no force in law what so ever. One cannot overlook however the fact that the British people have been coerced, indeed regularly forced, into using foreign measurements and Englishmen made common criminals for refusing so to do. This, together with the persecution of Christians and the suppression of free speech, the political establishment has denounced the Queen's coronation oath and so put her present legitimacy as constitutional monarch to question.
In the confusion and ineptitude of prevailing party policies the electorate turned out in strength simply to ensure a change of government, as they so did in 1997 when the Conservative Party had similarly outstayed its welcome. In this resolve of national expediency it clearly was not an election for the smaller parties, with the exception of the Green Party in one constituency where Caroline Lucas, leader of the party took the seat, an uncommon instance of expressed party conviction riding with the universal desire for change. But what options for possible change is available to this tripartite coalition of fetid traitors all openly committed to the continued denunciation of the people's lawful right to enjoy sovereign independence and free political determination? As long as the politicians can, with the help of the politicised media, ensure that treason remains the word that dare not speak its name, there will be no hope of remedy and reformation. Meanwhile, we have a hung Parliament, which doubtless will afford these thoroughly discredited and disgraced politicians time to find ways to guard each others backs and to regroup behind a face-saving facade of rhetoric, accusations and claims of innocence. When reflecting on a hung Parliament one is tempted to wonder if the City of Westminster has sufficient lamp posts to accommodate them all, for according to our law, such is the penalty for treason.

I don't have much to say about this. It speaks for itself.
I will offer some advice to Davey boy: Get ye to No 10 and kick the fucker out. Do it now.
An honourable man would have left without being dragged out. Brown, as we are all aware, has had an honourectomy. He is a shameless little toad. For all our sakes, remove him now. With force if necessary.
There. I've said it.

Fat Lady Sings
She just isn't singing a song we all wanted to hear.
With 20-30 results still to come in it is clear that we have a hung parliament. As predicted by the exit polls. What is also clear is that Gordon Brown must go. More than 2 million of us (quite apart from the massive swing to the Tories) said so. Well, I guess that prediction (that Gorgon will lose his fingernails on the way out of No 10) is also shaping up to be true. He clings on with a grip that would put genital warts to shame.
What next?
We wait, I suppose. Deals will be considered, and discarded. Cleggy has stepped up and said that the party with the most seats should govern. That looks sensible from where I'm sitting, but there is still an 18 stone, one-eyed obstacle in the way. After his petulance, and his whining to Tiny Blur, he finally got his saggy arse on the throne, so we shouldn't expect him to vacate any time soon.
Locally, the SNP triumphed. Wifey Whiteford got in (having replaced Wee Eck) but not before slashing the majority by 9.9%. An 11.4% surge by the Tories, whilst impressive, was not enough. Overall, the Nats performed very poorly in Scotland, and Labour did very well. It was a vote against the Tories, rather than a vote for Labour. An opportunity squandered, but the mob wants what it wants, and they have spoken.
I probably shouldn't admit this, (it could affect all the Karmic points I have so far amassed), but I lolled every time I heard a Green result. It seems there is absolutely no appetite for their particular brand of bullshit. The BNP? What a joke. I was secretly praying for at least one Libertarian win, but it was not to be. UKIP disappointed as well, but I am very pleased that so many made the valiant effort.
As I said, the voters voted.
Those that could, at least. This election was marred by postal fraud and we will see many investigations by the Electoral Commission. They didn't exactly cover themselves in glory, did they? People locked out, and locked in, at polling stations, with disturbing reports of not enough ballot papers FFS! How do you get that wrong? They knew exactly how many were eligible to vote. They were even helped by fecking great long lists of people who might turn up. Yet they second guessed the voters and took a stab at how many papers they would send to each polling station. They deserve a good kicking. They won't get one. Instead, we will hear their favourite meme: "Lessons have been learned". Whoop de doo. That was a lesson that didn't need learning.
Mind you, there was faint praise from Robert Mugabe about the fraud. So it wasn't a total shambles.
Let's see how the days ahead roll out. The markets probably won't like all the uncertainty, so get ready for tales of woe. Europe continues to melt down, and with a bit of luck and a fair wind, it will disintegrate before our very eyes.
Happiest moment for me? Watching Jacqui Smiths face just before the results were delivered by the Returning Officer. Seeing all those chins wobble was a memorable sight. Not enough troughers were dumped, but that outing brought untold pleasure.
FWIW, a hung parliament is, to me, an infinitely more preferable outcome than a Labour win.
As that other chappy said "Go! In the name of God go!!"

GE 2010-Open Thread
Folks,
This is an open thread if you want to jot any thoughts down.
I am not feeling my best. This morning I had a "minor" surgery. The procedure was scheduled for 20 minutes but an hour and a half later the surgeon finally managed to remove a small tumour (benign) from my bonce. He managed to slice through a blood vessel and my claret was all over the small theatre. After a couple of minutes of this the place looked like a butchers shop. It filled up with old women looking for cheap cuts. It was a mess. I have half a dozen stitches and a small amount of pain. It was Mrs Ranty and the cadets what made me have the op. I was reasonably content with the wee lump but they started taking grossly exaggerated detours around me. It was funny the first fifteen thousand times then I got bored and surrendered. This was my first visit to an NHS hospital in 16 years. Anyone care to figure out what my little operation cost? On second thoughts, please don't tell me. Just in case I have anyone reading who works for the NHS, I can confirm that the surgical team were pretty damn good.
If anyone wants to send any "Get Well" blondes, let me know. I will email you the address of a seedy hotel near Ranty Barracks.
Otherwise, my floor is yours.
A word, if I may, about foul language: knock yourself out. There may be awards for the most colourful swears.
In case you were curious about how your unbending author voted, I had to choose one of these:
Jimmy Buchan-Con
Glen Reynolds-Lab
Galen Milne-LibDem
Eilidh Whiteford-SNP
Richard Payne-BNP
Have a stab at guessing who got my X*. I will (eventually) cave in and tell you the answer.

*Can anyone tell me why we write the X with a pencil?

T Minus 11 Hours
Judgement day cometh.
In just a few short hours we will decide. Millions of us will not even think about it. We will vote Labour because "we have always been red" or we will vote Tory because we are hoping "for change" or we will vote LibDem because we honestly "do not understand politics at all and we just like the rosettes".
For those of you that vote Labour, remember this: if they could not get it right in 13 years when times were good, just how the hell do you think they are going to perform now that Europe (possibly the world, see below) is in meltdown? Screw what your granpappy said, he doesn't have to live through it. YOU do.
LibDems? Puh-leeze. We need decisive leaders. And I am sorry to break this to you: The Boy Wonder is not the man for the job. He is weak. He dithers. Perhaps in another 15 years, but not now. Not with this much at stake.
CMD then? Well, possibly. But before you toss your hat into his ring (fetch the eye bleach-Ed), recall that he keeps breaking those promises. Remember that "cast iron guarantee" that was constructed entirely of candy floss? Remember that video I put up for you just hours ago? The Greek violence? That's us that is. Very soon now. If you want to speed it along, vote for DING Cameron. At least you will get to hunt foxes (lawfully) again. Hip hip hoorah!
UKIP are a safe route away from the madness. Their manifesto screams common sense, and with Nigel and Lord P running the show, we will be happy bunnies. I am certain of it. We must leave the EU. Remember when your old ma told you not to play with the bad boys? The EU are worse. They steal our money then refuse, for more than 11 years, to tell us what they spent it all on. If you think that is right, fair and proper, then vote for more of it. Vote LibLabCon.
Whatever you do, whoever you vote for, know this: the world is now in REVOLUTION.
Where do you think all that rage came from? Who do you think CAUSED it? Who, apart from your very own government fomented, nurtured and engineered this rage?
You have 21 hours or so to consider which bastard you are going to unleash on your countrymen.
Think hard.

Greek Cops Beat Child
Mark my words, this sort of treatment is heading our way.
Mark also, the brave Greek cop as he punches the youngster in the face. He is kitted out to withstand a direct strike from a SAM 7. The girl is wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. An even fight then.
One can only hope that he walks under a bus on his way home from "work".

I have not asked permission. I will, however, beg his forgiveness. WfW has written exactly what I was contemplating. I had intended to dig deep and come up with something very similar. I find, though, that this piece does me right fine.
I hope you agree.
Apologies to all my readers for having 'wittered' for so long and thanks for reading this post, a post that at first reading may seem stupid to some of you."
No, my friend. It is a very long way from stupid. Thank you for crystalising what we have become.

The End Of Our Democracy As We Knew It?
"This post may be considered presumptious and egotistical, but it is one that I feel has to be written, so with those caveats - here goes:
I am of an age that some still have to reach and having reached that age I hope that in those years I have acquired a wisdom that those younger than I still have to attain. In my life I have seen many changes, some for the better but, unfortunately, most not - especially when considering our country and the society in which we live.
Let us go back in time to the late 1950s and early 1960s, an era when compared today is so different as to be unrecognisable. This was an era when Britain was respected by the rest of the world, when a Briton visiting abroad was respected, was held to be a 'gentleman' and someone who believed in 'fair play'. World War II does not enter into this aspect of how we as a country was viewed, what does is the fact that Britain, as the 'Mother of Democracy' was respected and regarded with awe and almost jealousy. Britain, then, was a country where manners were held in high regard, where anyone elder than you was treated with respect; where men who were strangers to you were addressed as 'Sir' and ladies as 'Madam'; where men gave up their seats on trains and busses to any women, regardless of her appearance; where as a child you were not only educated but taught etiquette; where parents were respected and where 'family' and family life was important. It was an era when, as a lad of 11/12 years of age I could travel from the countryside, alone, to Lords and the Oval to watch cricket; where on home from boarding school I could do a paper round and then armed with a bucket and sponge go washing cars to earn pocket money without having to ask anyone's permission, other than that of my guardians. It was an age when I did not need to be amused, I made my own amusement which caused no harm to anyone or anyone's property. It was an age when we had politicians of learning, politicians of renown and wisdom, and politicians for whom one had respect. It was an age in which Britain was regarded as an example of how a country and its people should behave. It was an age when law & order existed and where the police were active without being intrusive - and also respected. It was an age in which Britain was, relatively, prosperous and had a manufacturing base. Do not misunderstand me when I write the foregoing - I am not saying that all those customs were ideal or are necessary in today's world. It is, however, on matters of behaviour, manners and most of all freedom that a country and society must be based, if they are in turn to be respected.
Fast forward to today and what do we find - regrettably, none of the above. Our politicians are reviled and regarded as venal, unprincipled, without apparent morals and yes, even crooks - compounded by a Prime Minister and Party Leaders who deny any knowledge of the misdemeanours that have been uncovered. Our constitution has been trashed by those same politicians who now regard the electorate's vote as something which can be bought by means of promises which they have no intention of keeping and by hiding the truth. We live in an age where children are no longer educated within the meaning of the word 'educated' and have no sense of manners or respect; where our police are no longer upholders of law and order, but are now a service achieving targets; where the people have been conditioned to forego any sense of responsibilty or thought, and therefore have to rely on the state; where there is not one possession we own that has not been touched by the hand of the state in one form or another; where our politicians have subjugated this country to foreign rule, thus negating the loss of lives expended in thwarting just such an occurence from happening in ages past. We live now in an age where politicians have brought Britain to its knees, financially; that have changed - nay engineered - our society so that we now longer recognise, nor remember, our traditions; where pride in country is frowned upon as xenophobic; where opinions, other than those dictated by the state, are considered incorrect.
A few days ago I posted a comment from a widow who lamented the loss of her social life, due to the smoking ban, who had lost the will to live and begged for the courage to join her dead husband. I think I now have some idea of how she feels, in that all that from which she drew comfort, pride and pleasure has been taken from her. One similarity that we do share is that we both lack the same degree of courage.
It is not my position to tell the electorate how they should vote - suffice it to say that I can but hope they will look around them, see the devestation that has occured in our country, decide that enough is enough and vote for something different.
No, my friend. It is a very long way from stupid. Thank you for crystalising what we have become.

What You Are Voting For
I was going to save this until after the election. Then I watched all seven videos and I realised that they contained information that would be useful to you right now. It is brilliantly researched and has some stunning facts. Quite apart from its usefulness, it is also interesting as a potted history. I found it quite fascinating. I hope you do too.
Politicians would have you believe that parliament is all-powerful and can do what it wants. The Rule of Law says otherwise.
This used to be taught at school. It was removed from the syllabus around 30 years ago.
I wonder why.

Government Hatred
The question on far too many lips is "Who do I vote for?".
Our pal Wh00ps has been asking the question, and sees very little real choice.
The unmatchable Iron Legged One has been brainstorming too. He chucks in the "hate" word as well.
I thought I would combine them both.
The last Labour government (and let us pray to all of our gods that it really was the last, ever) hate us with a passion. An incoming LibDem government (again, let us pray that it never happens) will drop trou and bend its collective arse towards Brussels, grab ankle, and guide them in, so they are off my menu. The Conservatives? Much the same, from what I hear and read. No X for them either.
Who do they hate? Here is a short list:
Drivers-overtaxed, and told they are bad people. Penalised for choosing vehicles that are fit for purpose.
Drinkers-overtaxed and all are punished for the misdeeds of a few.
Smokers- massively overtaxed, shunned, ejected, victimised, denormalised, and criminalised.
The employed-massively overtaxed, with more pain to come.
Fatties-just because.
The unemployed-lazy bastards. Five million will not work. (Not can't, but won't)
Photographers-how dare you take pictures. Bloody terrorists.
Shoppers-we need to watch you lot. All the time and everywhere you go.
Envirocrims-garden bonfire? No slopbucket in the kitchen? Fly off on holiday? Bastards.
Climate change deniers-AKA scum de jour. Brussels are preparing a law to catch you filth.
Free speechers-more than three is now a mob. An unruly mob. Ask a question of any politician and you are out, old son. Hold a protest or wave your signs and we will despatch a S.W.A.T team to kick you around. We may even kill some of you. No-one will be punished for your wrongful death.
NHS users-leeches. Every one of you. Your treatment is now conditional. If we don't like your ailment, you're not coming in.
Our children-they snatch them at will. Those that get hurt/abused/murdered somehow "fall through the net". Those that fail in their responsibilities are usually free to go. No blame attached, although "lessons will be learned". Deep joy.
Our oldsters-worked all your life? Saved hard? We'll have that money, thank you. And we'll treat you like shit. We'll help ourselves to your savings, when you are alive, or when you are dead. It matters not to us. You do not deserve any dignity. We bled you dry now fuck off, do the decent thing and die.
Air Transportation users-how very dare you! Planes are nasty, belching beasts (unless we, the elected, use them) so we will make travel a tortuous event. It will be most unpleasant. Jobsworths will abound, and we will take your stuff off you for no sensible reason.
I ran out of target groups. (Please add to them in the comments). Whether it be the use of excessive legislation to control, or unfair taxation, or just righteous indignation that we may have a different viewpoint to that of the Westminsterites, they hate us. We get in the way. We are mere cash cows to finance waste on an unimagined scale.
Yep. They hate us. Pretty much all of us from what I can fathom. For the next three days though, they will love us. They will pester us for our votes. And yes, we will be swayed. In our fucking millions. We will forget the horrors that NuLabour unleashed. We will overlook the terror that the LibDems will bring via the EU. And we will wipe from our memories just how godawful CMD was in opposition. For years.
My choices, like others, are very limited. Who deserves my X?
The SNP? The same SNP that loves the EU so much? The same SNP that tabled the nasty smoker ban here in Scotland? Nosirreebob. I will never forgive them that.
The LibDems? Who I call the grey party, the party of the undecided? Not in this life.
NuLabour? Never. Not just "not this time around", but not as long as I have breath in my body.
The Greens? Do fuck off.
The BNP? I never thought I would think/say/write this, but they may be worth a punt. Me no racist, but they do have some other good stuff tucked away in their manifesto so if I have a BNP candidate I will consider it. And yes, I blame LibLabConSNP for leaving me with this viable choice.
UKIP? Best choice for me by a country mile. They want what I want. They want to leave the EU. So do I. With every fibre of my being, with every atom that makes up my body. They want to repeal 111,000 regulations, they want to dump 4,300 new "crimes", and they also want to ensure choice for us smokers. So do I. Having read, and re-read their manifesto, it makes much more sense than any others I have studied.
Those that tell me that "to vote for a smaller party is a wasted vote", I will say this: "Eat shit and bark at the moon". This is my vote, and I will do with it whatever I want. I may, if the need arises, spoil it. It will be a small shout in the darkness, but a shout nevertheless. I may not vote at all.
I have no advice, no guidance, no sudden and definite inspiration to offer you, dear readers, other than to ask that you think harder than you have ever thought before prior to a general election. This one will be life changing, for all of us, whoever wins it. Responsibility weighs heavy, does it not?
Search your soul, and whatever you decide will be right. I guarantee it.
