So far, both Dave and the police officer(s) have acted superbly. We all must know that on a different day, with a different cop, this could have gotten very ugly.

Watch how hard the cop works to get Dave to contract, to create joinder. And do remember that 99 times out of 100 we convict ourselves. The right to remain silent is one of the most important rights we have. Use it when you have to.

Of course, this post is not entirely unrelated to the current series. Once you hand back the name, they have.....nothing. (But please note that if you do hand back the government name, your roads will mostly be rocky. Not for the faint-hearted. More on that when I finish the piece).

The Name Game

The name (note that I don't say your name) is the most important element of this new method. Think about it for a few minutes and see if this resonates. You are born, proud mum and dad wrestle with new names for you, eventually come up with something and dad (usually) pops down to the Registrars office to record the happy event. The only time the name is truly yours is the period between your birth and the registration.

Once entered into the Registrars book, and a certificate issued, the name belongs to the government. You will from this point onwards, until the end of your days, use something that does not belong to you. Even agreeing that you are the name in court is hearsay. I am assuming that, like me, you were born at a very early age and you knew the square root of nothing. You were barely aware of your surroundings for months, and you certainly were not aware of your new name. In fact, the only way you became aware was by constant repetition by mum & dad. A couple of years later, you knew that when someone shouted it, you came. A couple of years after that you learnt to spell and write the name and you were off. The Silver Bullet doc says that you have been using that name fraudulently your entire life.

The difference between facts and hearsay?

This is a fact: I saw a blue car in my driveway.

This is hearsay: Bob told me there was a blue car in my driveway.

When a judge asks "Are you Joe Bloggs?", the only right answer is "I think so, but I do not know for certain". You don't know it for sure, do you? Yes, it is written down on a piece of paper and your parents said that was your name, but there is all sorts of crap written down that isn't true, and your parents have a history of lying to you, don't they? The tooth fairy? Santa? Swallowing chewing gum blocks up your bum? These and 10,000 other lies prove that they lie like a cheap Japanese watch. Just for clarity, I am not saying that your parents lied for gain, but the government sure as hell does. All the time. Nor am I saying that your parents were complicit in the fraud, they were not. They were duped too. As were their parents, and theirs, and so on.

Over the last few years I have reported here that a trust fund is set up in the name when you are born. This may or may not be true. (It certainly sounds feasible, and if I were in charge I definitely would do this. It is a fantastic revenue generator). The point though, is that it isn't your fund any more than the name is yours. The name is a vehicle for the funds, which are channelled back to those who set up the fund in the first place. Distasteful? Sure. Criminal? Maybe. Deceptive? Absolutely. One thing you should never, ever forget is that you are dealing with a system that has been in place for centuries, and it is run by greedy, duplicitous bastards. They want power, they want control, and they want to take as much money off you as possible during your three score and ten. Oh, and a little bit after you pop your clogs too. Aren't they delightful?

How then, can you stop them? How can you hang on to your hard-earned? How can you remove their control over you? How can you ensure that you never, ever step foot in a court room again?

You give them back the name. You return their property, their trademark, and you vow not to use it ever again.

That is the very essence of the "Denique" document. You are saying, among other things, "Thanks. I was not aware I was committing fraud every time I used the name and now I want to make good, so you can have it back".

Sounds simple, right? And at base, it is. You were in dishonour your entire life and, because you are a nice guy or gal, you want to become honourable. I have said before, many times, that remaining in honour is the very best thing to be, at all times. It may not mean much in the wider world, but in a court room, honour is paramount. Once you get there, stay there. Despite the shenanigans of the government, each and every time I have engaged with them, I have stayed in honour. The same cannot be said for them and I will use that to my advantage if ever I get into a court room.

Return the name. Pick a new one. Start living on your terms, not theirs.

I know some of you have reservations about the way it is written but I happen to know that the style chosen fits in exactly with their world. If you are writing to a French man would you not write in French, or in Spanish to a Spaniard? We are writing to those who fool us all the time with legalese so it seems only fitting that we write to them using their own language.

To be fair to the author, in the preamble it does say that the Notice should be personalised and if you can do so without losing the main thrust, then go ahead.

OK, let's get into this.

Note for newbies: Most of this will be beyond your ken, initially. Most of the subjects raised here over the years are grounded in common sense. We have been fooled over the years, decades and centuries to blindly follow those known as The Powers That Be. The con was and is deliberate. The less you know, the better for them. We are cash cows. That is our only reason to exist (in their minds) and a few years ago I decided that being cattle was not for me. So I looked at a variety of ways to free my self. I'll list the various themes/ideas/movements below with a comment on each. All are viable, and you have (as you always did) the choice on what to do next.

1. Do nothing. Carry on as you are. Agree to be counted, assessed, tagged, marked, followed, watched, taxed, punished, bullied, coerced, forced, harmed (physically), harmed (financially), gaoled and oppressed. Eat, buy, consume, consent, comply and die. This is all they ask. Many people, millions of people, in the UK prefer this. They feel "safe" somehow, and will find all sorts of excuses to pretend that everything is alright.

2. Become a Freeman On The Land. For more on this, go and read this as a starting point. Then, go wherever it takes you.

3. Enter Lawful Rebellion. Apart from the articles in my own archives, you should also go here and here.

4. Learn about constitutional matters. This site is a perfect introduction. Listen to Roger Hayes for ten minutes. If this is not for you, find another way.

5. Universal Community Trust. Go and watch Freeman Michael's short video. This is a new, but brilliant concept and one I hope makes you investigate more.

6. The Silver Bullet. The series of articles I produce here will concern this latest method of defence. It is defined as the last bullet you will ever need and we will be looking at it in depth here. To read the foundation document, I'd like you to go here and download the document called Dummies Guide To Freedom. This document has all the answers we seek, but it raises a few questions as well, which is why we will examine this in parts. If we do not fully understand this document prior to implementation, we are heading for a world of pain. I cannot emphasise this point enough: if you are not ready, if you have even one single doubt, DO NOT GO AHEAD. You will be tested on this constantly and you absolutely MUST be able to account for yourselves from the very moment you send off the Notice.

There is a great deal of reading and study to do. Whatever you decide to do is up to you. I am merely a repository for ideas and/or methodologies. I am not a lawyer, and I do not dispense legal advice. If you want to be humped, go and ask one of those guys. The only time I might recommend using their services is if you have caused harm, injury or loss. For bending some meaningless statute, you can defend yourself with a few hours of study.

If there is one recurring theme here, it is one of consent (and its withdrawal), and to a lesser-but no less important extent-jurisdiction (proving they have it. They usually don't).

Find the time to listen to Si Spaniard in conversation with Richy over at Lawful Rebellion. You can learn a great deal in just an hour and a half.

One thing I have learnt is that although we are being (rightfully) confrontational, this can be very enjoyable, very satisfying and very empowering. Once you have learned just what they are supposed to do, and you have compared that with what they actually do, the scales will fall from your eyes. It becomes apparent, even with a basic level of learning that they have no clue. And when you point this out, they react, predictably, with the use of force. Ultimately, this is the only tool they have in the box, and you have to lose the fear. Once its gone, they cannot harm you.

Last year was pivotal. I saw more and more sites popping up, more and more people commenting online, and more and more movements getting uppity enough to protest and cause headaches for TPTB. My firm belief is that 2012 will be the year it all ends for them. The wheels have well and truly come off and the system is being increasingly exposed for the fraud it is. From finance, to freedom, to the very law itself. The internet is a double-edged sword: it liberates and enslaves us. Knowledge is found within nanoseconds and while we are searching for knowledge and enlightenment, TPTB are logging what we do. The internet is the best surveillance tool they could have possibly have imagined. Another choice: carry on using it in defiance, or go "off-grid".

I choose to wave a couple of fingers at them. Index, and middle finger, if you must know.

Life is a journey. I do not want to be lying on my deathbed muttering how proud I was for complying with their every wish and whim. I want to know that I did my best to free my self and help others to free their selves.

On The Back Nine...

Bugger me.

I have reached the age of 50. Today I begin my 51st trip around the sun.

Mostly it has been a good ride, and I am extremely fortunate to be surrounded by lovely people. Both here at home and in the world of ether.

Long may that continue.

For most of those first five decades I was a yes man. In this second phase I shall mostly be saying no.

Having travelled around the world a couple of times, and having done some weird and wonderful stuff during my service days, I am not averse to risk. If you never take risks you are more likely to live a dull, dull life.

That was never for me.

Let's see what I can do with the next fifty years.

Extreme sports may be off the menu now, but I am finding out that sometimes, the pen can be just as much fun as a parachute. Sometimes writing a Notice to the powers that pretend to be can be as exciting as abseiling down a 600' cliff. Even the most hazardous activity can be mitigated with the right safety measures thrown in.

Lawful Rebellion is the same. It looks risky to some, to others it is easier to deny the right to rebel exists, and to many more it has become a new way of life, and opened doors to friendships that will last a very long time.

Thanks for being part of it all these last few years.

It would not have been the same without you.

Many hundreds of you have been with me since the beginning of this journey. Along the way we attracted many thousands more that are keen to see the outcome, and where the journey ends.

Along the way we looked at dozens of ideas, suggestions, methods, and philosophies of freedom. Some we liked, and others we rejected. It has been an evolving story, perhaps that's the only way this journey could have been undertaken: expecting twists and turns, and new methods of negotiating the bumpy lanes.

I believe we are at the end of that beginning. I believe I have been fortunate enough to have been handed that elusive silver bullet. It is a weapon, (a weapon of defence rather than attack), and as anyone who has ever had weapons training will tell you, extreme caution should be used at all times. There is no room for complacency, lack of knowledge, but mostly, this is not a weapon for a renegade.

It's use is both simple and enormously complex. It cannot be used if you do not understand its power. For this reason alone, I am not yet ready to post it here. I need to fully understand what happens when I pull the trigger and, as always, I will put myself in the firing line before asking/recommending that you do the same. I can tell you this though, I am being guided by the creator of this silver bullet, and I am being helped enormously by TSL. We have the "roll-out" of the articles loosely planned and when we are both happy with it, I will submit the articles for you to read, review and question.

A word of warning, and I hope I am not being too melodramatic here, this is the one document/series of articles that could see me being closed down. They (TPTB) absolutely do not want you or I or anyone else to use this defence mechanism. It has them terrified. Every other (shocking) thing I have posted here has been safely ignored, or, they think I am insane, or both. This is different. This releases you from their power and control unequivocally and forever.

Their world is changing, and it is not for the better. They have been whistling money out of thin air for so long that it had to implode at some point. A cursory glance around the world, and at the various debt levels of each nation, should give you your first clue: pile up all the money in the world, then pile up all the debt next to it and it becomes obvious, even to the most cerebrally challenged amongst us, that that debt can never be repaid. Not ever. Their answer? More debt. Create more money. More QE. And more, and more, and more. It cannot end well. And it won't.

The law? A confusing mess. Think of it as spaghetti. When you grab a slack handful from the packet it is all neat and straight and manageable. Cook it for 11 minutes and it is nearly impossible to sort out. This is true for the "law" as well. In the beginning, we had a slack handful of natural laws to deal with. They were enough back then and they are enough now. As governments developed, they couldn't stop themselves. They had idle hands and we all know now that they have idle minds as well. So they vomit out statute after statute, retire to their subsidised bar, get drunk, and pat themselves on the back thinking they just did a great days work.

Centuries later we have millions of statutes, millions more statutory instruments, and 7 billion people who are convinced that they must obey these "laws". Well, we don't. We may well consider some statutes to be of use, but I guarantee you this: at best they might supplement one of the basic, natural laws already in existence. They are like a fifth wheel. Completely useless. Unless you happen to think (like they do) that more laws equals more control. It doesn't. All that proves is that they are a bad government.

If this is all new to you, this concept of personal responsibility, this taking hold of the reins for yourself, this re-acceptance of control over your own lives, then you should set aside an hour to listen to Max Igan in conversation with Dean Clifford. Listen to the interview at Pete's place. If you want to know more about Max, then you should click your way down to his place where enlightenment awaits.

Lastly, I note that we have attracted the attentions of several naysayers of late. They too are terrified. If any of my stuff turns out to be right, then their reality shatters. The kindest thing to do (when one removes a reality) is to replace it with another. I can not do that. It is up to each man/woman to find their own way, but I will say this: it will be infinitely preferable to the con you have been living in, whatever that new reality turns out to be. Those that doubted the most, will be the most lost. For many of them, it is far too late. They are lost already, and rather than ask for directions, they turn their ignorance into insults and derision. They slap the direction-givers in the face and shout "Does anyone else know the way?". They are not your concern. YOU are your concern. Fix you first, and if you wish, you can attend to them when you are satisfied with your self.

I realise that this post raises more questions than answers and I ask only that you are patient a little longer.

It isn't.

No Independence For Scotland

I have said this repeatedly over the last few years and I will say it again now: Scotland will never be independent.

At least, she won't be for long. It will be the shortest lived independence since records began.

Her "independence" is a misnomer. A lie. A deceit. A fraud. A scam.

Even now, while the SNP lock horns with any dissenters, they are negotiating with the EU. If they get their timing right, on the same night they celebrate independence, they will also celebrate their entry into the Stupid Club.

So much for reclaiming the nation, eh? So much for ridding themselves of those bastards south of the border.

Hear this Nats, and hear it well: between now and the referendum, I will devote untold energy towards telling everyone I know, and everyone I don't know, that the referendum is the worst idea ever. Who, in their right minds, gives up one master for another and declares her people free?

No-one, that's who.

Scratch that. Ireland did. Yesterday, Croatia did. Given the chance, Turkey would. The EU really ought to be renamed the Stupid Club. It is jammed with countries that couldn't wait to gain new found sovereignty, for the first time ever in some cases, only to give it away again.

Scotland will make that mistake. They will ignore the fact that Ireland is broke, and broken. Her people are now enslaved to the EU. So is the rest of the UK but there is a glimmer of hope in the shape of UKIP.

Scotland, in ~~demanding~~ begging for entry to the Stupid Club must also commit to converting to the euro. The euro, as anyone with more than two braincells already knows, is dying. It will be dead within three years. The Germans know it: they are printing New Deutschmarks as if their lives depended on it, (it does), and the Greeks (although dragging it out) will default any day now and return to the drachma. The Italians will follow and so will the Spanish. The Portuguese will also withdraw. They have no choice. They just don't realise it yet.

If Scotland were truly seeking independence, I would support the campaign with all my heart. This country has been good for me and mine. I have been in steady work here since 1989 and the Oil & Gas Industry has provided well for us. My boys got a great education and on the rare occasions we have needed it, the NHS has taken care of us. Our money is spent, whenever possible, in local shops, on local tradespeople, and on local attractions (the tourist stuff as well as restaurants) so I can honestly say it has been a two-way street.

However, I will NOT stay in Scotland if, post-referendum/independence, I end up on my knees with the other 5.2 million citizens in thrall to the EU. I will sell up, and I will head south. Hell, who knows? I may move out of the UK altogether, if Cameron and his Familiars don't get a grip and get us out.

The Nats, those same Nats who told me time after time "Wait and see. Joining the EU is not a given. One step at a time, eh?" were living in cloud cuckoo land. Were they conned as well? Were they lying to me?

Guess what, lads and lassies? Independence and joining the EU are one and the same now.

And I promise to do everything I can to dissuade people from ticking the "yes" box.

If you have any sense you will all do exactly the same.

You may well think of Westminster as the frying pan but believe me, the EU is the fire. It is indiscriminate: it burns everybody.

Everybody.

Mark my words now.

Be Afraid...

But you have to do something about it.

A stark choice? Do nothing and be ruled by Brussels, or do something and free yourself and your nation from a very nasty, very greedy, very unaccountable, very obviously power-hungry unelected group calling themselves the EU. If they have their way, they will too soon be celebrating the birth of the United States of Europe.

Just for the avoidance of doubt: "too soon" (in my book) is any time before the world ends. The sun will grow cold in around 5 billion years time, according to those in the know. The EU has my blessing to whatever they want after that.

Look:

"My vision is one of political union because Europe needs to forge its own unique path. We need to become incrementally closer and closer, in all policy areas," the chancellor said. "Over a long process, we will transfer more powers to the [European] Commission, which will then handle what falls within the European remit like a government of Europe. That will require a strong parliament. A kind of second chamber, if you like, will be the council comprising the heads of [national] government. And finally, the supreme court will be the European court of justice. That could be what Europe's political union looks like in the future – some time in the future, as I say, and after a goodly number of interim stages."

Treason: A Filthy Crime

...and it must be reported.

You guys read about it here quite regularly but what are we all doing enough about it? What can we do? For a start we can inform MPs/MSPs/Assembly Members that we know that the crime of treason is not some archaic offence. We can point to traitors very active in parliament today. We can and should demand that they investigate.

But mostly, we should let them, and everyone we know, know that we know the crime has been and continues to be committed.

Click on these images, print them out, send a copy to your MP (however useless they are, and however useless you may feel it will penetrate) because now that you know, it is your duty to report it to someone. This crime has now been reported at over 80 police stations and around 8 are investigating. Which means that 72 chief constables (and the policeman/woman who originally took the paperwork) are now guilty of misprision of treason. (A failure to carry out a full investigation).

If you struggle to put letters together, here is a template you can use.

If you are feeling brave, swing by your local cop shop, ask to see the highest ranking officer and report the crime to him/her. It is not a crime to report a crime, and you have nothing to fear. Make them aware that you will follow up within a reasonable time-frame to get an update.

You might also want to print out a set and leave it in your local pub, club, or library. The ignorati need to be informed. The ignorati are not stupid, they are merely unaware. Make them aware.

Many of us mutter. Many of us talk the talk. Very few of us walk the walk.

Help Wanted

Many of you may not see Chris Carter as a hero. I do, and I wanted to ask for your help. The whole story is at the website linked to and all I ask is that you swing by, have a read, and if you think this is something you can get involved with, please send a few bob.

I am supporting this campaign for three reasons:

1. Smokers are just about the only minority against whom open discrimination is practised, accepted, and worse, encouraged.

2. From a lawful standpoint, Chris has been denied justice. He called a witness, but because the witness is one of the elite, the witness was not summonsed.

3. Chris has dedicated the last few years to smokers rights. He needs a leg up.

I will always support the underdog. I have today donated £50 to the fund. All we need to do is bung in what we can afford and we may be able to keep this good man out of gaol. All we need to do is raise £1,250.

We chipped in seven times that amount to free Nick Hogan.

Let's do what's right.

Let's keep Chris where he belongs: with his family.

Selective Memory

This post was (in part) triggered by something Pa Broon said in the comments of the Vote With Your Heart post.

He reminds us that the people of Scotland are not (nor have been in recent times) against the people of England. The thing that unites us is our common disgust for Westminster. Parliamentarians would like us to forget that. They want to appear as pure as the driven snow whilst we tear at each others throats. Let's them off the hook, see?

Just like those morons in the Labour party would have us believe that they managed the country flawlessly for thirteen years. They did not. They piled mistake on top of mistake, had themselves a whale of a time doing more damage to the UK than we have seen in the last 60 years, and now? They blame the Tories. So do I, actually. I recall watching PMQ's when Colostomy Brown was at the helm, and I cannot recall too much opposition going on. The Tories are as guilty as those failures in Labour, yet they (the Tories) would happily allow us to believe that they (the Tories) were entirely blameless for the fiasco we now have to deal with.

As if that weren't bad enough, the conservatives and the ZaNuLabourites would now be completely happy for us all to look at the EU when something/everything goes badly wrong. "Blame them" is the battle-cry.

Labour, the same party screeching endlessly about high energy costs, are the same party that began all this green nonsense, egged on by Brussels, who never saw a gravy-train not worth leaping aboard. Fifteen years later, when those admirable souls who have consistently campaigned against the greenies have finally proven that warble gloaming is a world-class scam, we are billions the poorer for it. Those who spinelessly, slavishly agreed to all the demands have no idea how much financial harm they have done to citizens and businesses. Elsewhere in Europe, the countries that aren't too interested in the green agenda simply ignore it.

But, I digress, slightly.

Back to the blame game.

Yes-it was Labours fault. (They are/were too weak-minded and selfish to stop it).

Yes-it was Conservatives fault. (They didn't do enough to stop it).

Yes-it is/was all the fault of the EU. (They are unaccountable for anything, why would they stop it?)

And yes-it is/was mostly our fault. (We were/are glued to the TV and WE chose to do nothing to stop anything).

Divide and conquer.

Works every time.

Just when will we wise up to that and rise above that?

The next time you are asked to tick a box for any political party, remember this image:

Fix it firmly in your mind's eye then either vote for the independent on the ticket, or turn around and go back home. Before you do, tear up the ballot in front of the officials. Tell the sleazy hopefuls loitering outside the polling station what you did, and why you did it.

Voting for the same idiots hasn't worked for decades.

I'm going to be as balanced as I can be as this thing grows arms and legs. Independence will have a profound affect on all Britons, if the SNP are successful.

Theft Report-Updated

I hesitate to re-post older items but this is an "I told you so" moment. This piece is also my most widely read article and re-posting it now may save people the trouble of searching for it in the archives.

Theft Report

This actually falls under pre-crime, because the theft will not take place until 00:01 hours, Tuesday 1st December 2009.

It is a notable theft and bears reporting. Many others have tried, and failed, to obtain police action. Politicians have been asked, and in turn, they have ignored our questions, and our documented demands that they cease and desist. Not surprising, when you learn that it is the politicians themselves that will aid and abet in the theft.

What will be taken?

A few small items. Items that we have had in our possession for around a thousand years. Antiques, then? Well, sort of. These particular ancient items are truly priceless. Countless numbers of people have died, have been imprisoned, and had their lives ruined in the obtaining and in the retaining of these precious items. We thought that they were safe, we thought we would keep them forever, but a group of mindless, thoughtless, greedy and inept people, charged with their safekeeping went to great lengths to ensure that the theft will take place.

Item 1.

Habeas corpus ad subjiciendum. Latin for "you may hold the body subject to examination". This undeniable right protects one from the state. Whilst it is in place, no-one can lock you away without having solid lawful reasons to do so. Today, if you believe that you have been incarcerated and no evidence supports that incarceration, you can demand a Writ of Habeas Corpus from the court. The court will then examine evidence that you should be gaoled, remanded, or sectioned. You might also be interested to learn that once habeas corpus is gone you can be incarcerated for up to eight months without charge. Item 2.

Courts de jure. Latin for "courts by jury". Today we have some 70 courts in our land geared for jury trials. On Tuesday morning your right to be judged by a jury of your peers evaporates completely. All magistrates courts are now companies with limited liability. They are, for want of a better term, places of business. Justice is not dispensed. A negotiation takes place. Crown courts will now become de facto courts. Same stage, same actors, same anticipated outcome. You will part with money, or your freedom, based on the whim or the mood, of one man or one woman. Item 3.

Innocent until proven guilty. On Tuesday morning we start playing a whole new game whereby you, the accused, are guilty until you can prove your innocence. Our age old method under Common Law is dumped without ceremony and we revert instead to a mix of Napoleonic and Roman Law. Instead of having to convince 12 good men and true (15 in Scotland) that you are innocent, you now have to prove to one man or one woman that you are not guilty. This item will be stolen just after midnight on Monday 30th November 2009.

Item 4.

Loss of sovereignty. We are an ancient civilisation. People inhabited this land thousands of years before the Egyptians issued the tenders for pyramid building. Countless lives have been lost defending our little island. It had been a mecca for those wanting to live unfettered lives. Until now. Those immigration gates were flung wide and we invited in that Trojan horse, not filled with soldiers but with people intent on taking, taking, taking for themselves. Hundreds of thousands, millions, arrived under Labours watch, not to better themselves per se, but to help themselves to benefits we pay for. As I have previously stated on this blog, all are welcome. If they are prepared to work. The plan, masterminded by those fools in parliament, appears now to have been a deliberate act to dilute us, to weaken us, to take away inalienable rights, and give the immigrants more rights than naturalised Britons. Under the EU our sovereignty is dead and buried. No more English, no more Scots, no more Irish, no more Welsh. We are all european now. Item 5.

Democracy. From the Greek demokratia-power to the people. The first democratically elected parliament was De Montforts in England in 1265. We shared this method of rule with others, and it spread. Many authoritarian systems have been toppled only to have democracy established. On Tuesday morning we give away this unique method of rule for an oligarchy. Mandarins in Europe are not elected. They are selected. No previous experience is required. Which is handy if you are a (well connected) imbecile. Fat salary, fat pension, fat chance of actually having to work for a living like the proles. Arguably, because of their vastly diminished responsibilities, we have no need for a parliament, no need of the traitorous monarch, and certainly no need to pay 646 goons and their back-room staff billions every year. Brussels will rule absolutely. They will waste our money with unimagined skill. Bye bye democracy. It was nice while it lasted. This item will be stolen just after midnight on Monday 30th November 2009.

I have to stop. This is far too depressing. I had another 15 or 20 items lined up that I had researched earlier today.

The theft of any one of the five items above shocks me to the core. I never thought that our own MPs would terrify me more than al Qaeda, but that day has arrived.

I have tried to avoid saying this, but I predict a riot. I predict running battles on the streets of ~~Britain~~ Euro Regions 1-8. I predict many deaths and much bloodshed once the sheeple awake to the nightmare I have envisaged for the last five or six years. The day has come and the thefts are planned. The loss of these items will, I fear, reverberate down the years. It is our undoing.

Legally, I could not have said any of this after midnight on Monday. To criticise the EU becomes a crime then*.

What have we allowed to happen?

And, much more importantly, what will we do about it?

They just sent one bobby this time. He was very polite, and he dropped off a citation. Quite why the postal service is suddenly inadequate, I cannot fathom. Still, taxpayers money is there to be wasted, right?

The citation offers me three options:

1. Plead guilty
2. Plead not guilty
3. Write an explanatory note.

I chose to write them a note. Regular readers will recognise the work of Sarah, Lioness of England. My thanks to her for a brilliant template, which I have not messed with too much. I swapped "tort" for "delict".

Their bundle of paperwork, complete with a court date, (at the Justice of the Peace Court House in Aberdeen), also has several forms which they want me to fill in. They helpfully point out that there is no law requiring me to do so, so I have not filled in the forms. Not that a statute would have convinced me to fill them in anyway....

They also insisted that I sign their paperwork. I did not. See how important your moniker is to them? I did however, make my mark, across Madges face, as usual.

A Fine Stramash

Oh dear.

CMD has caused a kerfuffle up here. He's been and gorn and upset the Scottish National Party.

As much as I dislike the odious elitist toad, I have to say that he is partially right.

If the Scots want independence, and if they want to adhere to the law, rather than just take their country back, then CMD is correct: they have to ask permission.

Most of the rage up here is centred around that little fact. No-one (in the entire UK) has a problem with begging for permission for all sorts of things, like running an ale-house, or obtaining a passport or driving license, or begging to be allowed to have a shotgun, or extending the family home or installing a wind-turbine or solar panels to ease the burden of paying extortionate energy costs. But mention begging for independence (to some) and they boil over with righteous anger.

Quite so.

But it doesn't change anything. The Scots have to ask, politely, to leave the Union. That request can be granted, or it can be denied. Either way, the Nats will keep us informed or entertained, or both.

Personally, I believe independence would be fantastic for Scotland, and it would be equally good for England, Wales and NI as it would set the tone for their (eventual) departure if they ~~desire~~ beg for it. (And, as an added bonus, it is generally agreed that a break up of the Union means that the UK has to re-apply for EU membership). Scotland is extremely capable of standing alone, and the sudden liberation of 5.2 million souls would be an amazing thing to witness. I desire liberation myself, so it would be hypocritical of me to suggest that the Union remains forever. At least we have something in common, the Nats and I: we both detest being ruled by Westminster. Not that I wish to be ruled by Holyrood either, I hasten to add.

The Scots will decide, one way or another, by the end of the SNP's term of office.

I would certainly prefer full independence to what is commonly referred to here as "the pretendy parliament".

Alex Salmond wasted no time (after winning the last election) in rebranding the Scottish Executive as the Scottish Government. I, for one, was not fooled. To me, it is just an expensive committee. Just because they wasted over £500 million on that eyesore in Edinburgh, and they sit regularly, and have FMQ's, does not make it a parliament, any more than a pile of bricks makes a house. I have first-hand experience of their "law-making" (in)capabilities and I was left feeling sorely disappointed. With no Upper House to act as a check & balance, they can vomit unsubstantiated/illiberal statutes with the best of them. My only fear if/when independence is granted, is that they continue to act like a trade union committee when passing more and more statutes that we all are supposed to obey. My guess is, like kids in an unsupervised sweet shop, they will over-indulge. Given the sheer number of puritans up here, Draco will be beside himself at the new "laws" being pumped out. Even deep-fried Mars bars may be outlawed.

They have limited powers, I get that, but this is a relatively inexperienced bunch, and the potential for great harm is a serious worry unless they rapidly improve their game. Yes, I can up sticks and leave. I can run for the border with my family, but we have a lot invested here. I may well be one of the one in ten (10% of the population are English), but I have strived to spend what little salary the UK government leaves me with right here in Scotland. I support small businesses even if it costs me a little more. My thinking is that if we do not use local shops, local tradesmen & women, or buy goods & services locally, we will lose them.

Having said all of that, I really would prefer it if-assuming a popular mandate-the Scottish Executive (I absolutely refuse to call it a government because it isn't one) just stood up and said, "Davey boy, we are not asking. We are telling you".

I have had to do the same thing personally, and I don't see any point in begging permission to stand on your own two feet. Take your freedom back by all means, but you don't do that by asking. Freedom is almost never given, but I can show you many examples where it was taken.

Mind you, and I have said this often enough, Scotland will be independent only for a very limited period. The SNP is infested with europhiles. Like Ireland, once independence is gained, the Scots will (voluntarily!) give up their new found freedom so that they can be ordered around by Brussels. Which is a damned shame. Shaking off the Union is like saying "Mum, Dad, we are leaving home now", only to seek out foster parents who call themselves the EU.

In that case, and do forgive me Scotland, I want to be an orphan.

Thoughts On The K.I.S.S Series

Having watched over four hours of the remarkably candid Dean Clifford, my approach to the whole thing has shifted slightly.

It seems to me that if I ever end up in a court room, it will take some time to make them understand why and how I am in Lawful Rebellion, so I may use Dean's approach.

There is only one rule to remember: establish jurisdiction.

If you watched any of the videos you will have seen the two columns on the whiteboard. They looked like this:

-Inherent Rights -Statutory rights

Now, the only immediate difference between UK and Canada is the 'live birth record'. If we have an equivalent, it is the original entry which is kept at the Registrars office. I know that I only have a copy of my birth certificate and that the original has never been in my possession.

Real world example, and in my case, we can use the UKBA thing, the speeding thing, or the HMRC thing.

On entering the court we demand common law jurisdiction. From an earlier post we know that all courts in the UK are illegal so we can use this to our advantage. As Dean says, there is no harm in admitting that you are the name on their docket. The clever bit is moving yourself from their side to your side. Once you are using the left hand column, you are untouchable. One proviso: if you have killed, hurt, robbed or raped someone, you are on your own. I would only use this to protect myself against what I see as victimless crimes. Speeding fines, parking fines, council tax, income tax or corporation tax. In short, when you have bent a statute.

Once the formalities are over, say to the judge/JP/magistrate/sheriff "I accept that you are on your oath today". What is he or she going to say to that? "Actually, no. I am not"? Won't happen. It tells them that you understand the importance of the oath, and that you understand how the game is played. Another vital phrase Dean mentions is "I am appearing in propria persona as the authorised representative of the name with all of my inherent rights intact". Bang! You are in the left hand column and they cannot use statutes against you.

Very, very simple.

Even if you do not want to enter Lawful Rebellion or follow Freeman principles, there is a Declaration that will help out. It is the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In our case we would use paragraph three:

"Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,"

In conjunction with Article 4 and Article 20. See them here.

Article 20 is particularly useful as a method of withdrawing your consent to be governed:

"(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association."

It seems to me to be logical that if consent can be given, it can also be taken away. Besides which, the government we have today is one that no-one voted for. So how can anyone compel you to follow their demands?

I firmly believe this method can be used to rid yourself of many forms of taxation. Remember this: they can tax the name but not the man. They can fine the name, but not the man. They can control the name, but not the man.

Dean is very clever. He has shown us how to win at a stroke. He has shown us how to be people again. Dean removes the need to use words carefully, as he says, use the words as you mean them, and don't worry about the definitions they attach to them. Keep It Simple Stupid.

Lot's going on in the political arena, particularly in the EU. Greece is now openly saying that she may leave the euro (big surprise there, then) and there is to be another emergency summit. How many is that now? 30? 40? They just keep having these expensive get-togethers and they all end the same way: inconclusively.

Which is totally in keeping with the doomed organisation. Chaos, confusion, expense and waste.

Pull the plug, FFS. If it was an animal it would have been put down some time ago. Allowing it to continue is now pointless to all but the seriously deranged.

Those Damned Lawmakers

I had an hour to spare so I thought I'd go and see if I could find out how many statutes and statutory instruments we had on the Rolls.

I wish I hadn't bothered.

What is wrong with these people?

Have a look at this. This list is from 1987 to the end of 2011. Something changed in 1986/7 but I haven't pinned it down yet.

Take a close look at the first full year the coagulation were in power. They managed to outdo Labour when they were in full flood! So much for less government, eh?

In 1986 just 355 pieces of legislation were enacted. Prior to that the average was less than 100 per year.

From 1900 to 1985 6,141 pieces of legislation were enacted. Compare that to the four year period above (1987-1990) when they vomited out 6,433 new rules & regulations.

The very best years of all were 1265 and 1266. (The first parliament was created in 1265). Full of newbies, they did not draft any legislation at all for the first two years, and they only managed to pump two out in 1267.

Notably, between 1716 and 1765 they produced a grand total of 17 new "laws" in that 49 year period.

If you feel you really must depress yourself further, the source is here. To begin with I was scrolling through each page of 20 Acts and SI's but there were just too many, so I used the "Legislation by year" information on the bottom left of that page.

By my tally we have in the region of 68,000 statutes and statutory instruments on the Rolls.

That is a humongous amount. In one way, shape or form, each & every one of them will or can have an effect on every one of us.

Appoint me King Shit of Turd Mountain and I will wipe them all out. All 68,000 of them. Treaties and Declarations will remain. (And no, I do not mean the EU Treaties. I mean the proper ones that form our Constitution).

With me you will get just one law: do no harm.

Break this one law and elected judges have a free rein on sentencing and punishment.

There is one small change: we will no longer need MPs or solicitors.

I have a short message for them:

Odd, isn't it?

The terminally terrified, those that come on here saying that I should comply with all edicts issued by the gubmint and its agents, would have us believe that to say "No" automatically invites a SWAT Team.

I can confirm that that simply does not happen.

The first three items have penalties attached. The fourth involves corporate theft, and the fifth involves theft of a criminal nature. So they all have something in common then.

The speeding thing: Not heard a word from the PF. This was an "offence" allegedly committed on 23rd September. Despite the threats, I argued the toss. They are supposed to have a cast iron case, and yet here I sit, no points on my license, no fines issued, and no court date in sight.

The census thing: "You will be fined 1,000 pounds if you do not comply!!!". Oh really? Then where the hell are you? I have not heard a single word from these drones. I would like to hear from them. If I cannot get to court via the speeding thing, then I would like to use this as an excuse to read them the Ranty Riot Act.

The seizure of my stuff by UKBA: still mulling this over. I have time. I intend to play with them for a bit. Nothing to lose, see? They already stole my stuff. I doubt I will get my smokes back, but it won't stop me messing with the minds of the UKBA solicitors.

The lecky thing: the legal department are in a bit of a tizzy. The wifey called me to say that they had never seen letters like mine and they did not know how to respond. I said, "It's easy: simply refund all the money you took without my consent. It's theft. Pay me back". She ummed and ahhed and went away.

The fraud thing: when the paper statement arrived from the bank, I identified another two fraudulent payments. One for 227.99 and one for 157.99. Both to Amazon. They refunded the 227.99 but denied all knowledge of the payment made on 6th December for 127.99. I called my bank. The money was in my account 45 minutes later. All told, they tried to steal 1,410 pounds from me. I have it all back now. Hopefully that is the end of it.

That's about it. (Apart from the fact that my pound symbol has buggered orf. Anyone seen it?).

2p Or Not 2p?

My alternative title was "Worthless Coppers?" but I thought you'd think I was ranting about plod again.

Have a look at these two 2p pieces:

The shiny one on the left (a 2004 model) is said to be worth 2p. (Post-1992 versions contain 93% mild steel and 7% copper).

The dull one on the right (a 1979 model) is worth 3.1p. (pre-1992 versions contained 97% copper).

Righty is worth more as scrap metal than it is as currency.

Marvellous, eh?

Incidentally, £5, £10, £20, £50 and £100 notes have an intrinsic value of around 4p. Banknotes issued by Scottish and Northern Ireland banks are not legal tender* in England & Wales and they can be refused as payment for goods and services. Thanks to our friends Yin & Yang, English notes are not legal tender north of the border either. (Thanks to PJH for letting us know in the comments).

On Sovereignty

In the last ten days or so, I have been privy to a conversation.

The conversation was between three or four people whose opinion I value greatly. It concerned Magna Carta, parliament, the monarch, and their respective roles today. To most people it would seem academic: after all, who really cares about who has supremacy over who, and what difference does it make anyway?

It makes a great deal of difference to me, and to all of you.

So I thought I would share the latest email with you. You don't have to have seen all the others leading up to this one, but if you feel the need, let me know and I will pop them on here for you.

I did not join the conversation because my knowledge is vastly inferior to the people that were emailing each other. I consider myself lucky to have "overheard" the discussion. I keep telling people that the monarch abdicated in 1972. That is referred to in the squadron leaders opinion.

Further to my submission below herewith are comments from my most knowledgeable and understanding friend and MCS colleague Sqn Ldr David Bourne who is particularly adept at encouraging those who would destroy this country in disclosing their own duplicity. BL.

"In addition to the present discussion about the Magna Carta I would remind everyone that Edward I in 1297, while confirming the Magna Carta, he decreed that the Magna Carta was to be regarded as the Common Law in perpetuity. The fact that the Magna Carta imposes limitations only upon our Sovereign is today ignored by Parliament despite the fact that all the members of both Houses swear allegiance to our Sovereign to uphold her in her position and duties as our Sovereign and thus accept the limitations upon them that our Constitution imposes upon her. They do that to uphold her power to give them the authority to carry out their duties which are codified in The Code of Conduct for Members of Parliament and a similar code for Peers of the Realm.

The Codes can be found at www.parliament.uk under the heading “MPs, Lords and Offices”. If you read the Codes you will see that they too are ignored, particularly the requirement for “Selflessness” which involves a warning that to seek personal financial gain is not allowed on their part or for their family or friends, in the execution of their duties. Parliament’s booklet “An Introduction to Parliament” describes, inside the back cover, the powers of the Monarch which are the Royal Prerogatives, which, when in the hands of the Sovereign, were a safeguard from the possible usurpation of these powers by others such as the members of both Houses. However it says that these powers are now exercised by her Ministers and she has only theoretical powers. At no time in the Coronation Oath did she swear that her powers were only theoretical. She swore that she would govern us in fact not in theory.

When I asked her in 2005/6 whether she was still as Sovereign then, as she most certainly had been at the completion of the Coronation, she passed the question on to the Department for Constitutional Affairs(DCA) without giving a positive reply as to her Sovereignty. The DCA, without reply, passed it on to the Privy Council who said, in reply, that they could only deal with facts and could not answer questions which involve Constitutional Law as that had to be left to the Courts. But they are her Courts and they are established by the fact that she is our Sovereign which gives her the power to set up those Courts to dispense the justice that she promised us in her Coronation Oath. Thus neither the Queen, the DCA nor the Privy Council were prepared to state that she was still Sovereign which has to be an acknowledgement that she has been stripped of our Sovereignty, which we, the British People, embodied in her for her lifetime at her Coronation.

Thus there has been an imagination of her death which is an act of High Treason which we might expect she would recognise and see that those involved were brought to justice under the Law of Treason 1351 which is still extant. However knowledge of the Law of Treason is no longer required by law students and you will not find it mentioned in modern law books. Thus that law is ignored by the legal profession despite the requirement that we all owe a duty of allegiance to the Sovereign, who provides our protection, and that the breaking of that allegiance is the essence of treason. You will find a comprehensive description of the criminal offence in Lord Halsbury’s Laws of England Vol11. Treason is at the head of all crime and was a capital offence involving the death penalty until 1999, then reduced to life imprisonment.

Of course if the Sovereign has agreed to accept mediatisation, that is give up all her constitutional powers but to continue merely as a powerless figure head, then she will have, in effect abdicated, as did her uncle Edward VIII in 1936. If our Sovereign Powers were then surrendered to the EEC/EU in 1972 then there is no need to protect the Sovereign with a law against treason as we now have no Sovereign to protect. It will also mean that there is now no succession to the Throne as becoming Sovereign involved the passing of our Sovereignty from the dead or abdicated Sovereign to the next rightful Heir to the Throne. Those who saw “The King’s Speech” will have seen both those events enacted in that film and the acknowledged transfer in those witnessing the event. If our Sovereignty is with the EU it is unlikely that they will give it back for the Succession to continue.

For them to do so would be for the EU to agree for us to leave that union which is most unlikely. I doubt that the Scots will loan us the Stone of Scone for the day to complete the Coronation Chair which was constructed on the order of Edward I. at any future Coronation. Our present system of government is now called a Parliamentary Democracy when back at the Queen’s Coronation it was a Constitutional Monarchy. When was the change made and under what Act of Parliament which was given the Royal Assent? The words travesty and charade spring to mind. At least Cameron and company have got £34million for our Harriers which is exactly the agreed Civil List cost for next year for the Queen. Did she agree to go without that defence force and have the money instead? DB."

Seasons Greetings

There is too much doom and gloom on this blog. Over the last few years I have blogged on some awful stuff. Some things were hard to believe, some were clearly rubbish, and some we didn't want to believe, despite the evidential links that showed us these things were true.

Together, we have learned much. About royalty, about law, about rights, benefits and priveleges. About how only we can give up those rights, and about how we can make sure we know when we hang on to our rights (always) and when to swap them for benefits (never), and about how we should interact with agents of the state. I have shared with you the various letters and notices received from police, courts, debt collection agencies and others. I do not yet have a convincing victory to report because these events are still in flux. Win, lose or draw I promise to tell you the truthful outcome.

There has been some weird shit. Some of it space-agey, and some of it spiritual. Some of it I have believed, and some I have put to one side for now, because either I don't understand it, or because I am not ready for it.

We have discussed the end of the euro, the end of the EU, and the end of the world. We never found complete and universal agreement on any or all of these subjects, and that is right fine by me. We are not Borg. We (here) are allowed to disagree. We (here) are allowed to think.

In the semi-serious clip below, George Carlin reminds us of the things we have in common. It's the funny shit, but it does unite us. One of my problems is finding that one thing that unites more than it divides. The August riots, for instance, were triggered by the cops shooting dead an unarmed man. What followed morphed from a genuine demonstration about injustice into full scale unlawfulness, and showed us just what feral people can do when they suspend all morals. We saw some nasty stuff unfold and we should remember those events if only to protect ourselves from the violent if the situation comes about again.

The UKuncut folks: whilst I was sort of happy about a large group of people protesting, I couldn't help feeling that their reasoning was bizarre. Screaming for less government interference and demanding more in benefits from them seem to me to be diametrically opposed, but what do I know?

The Occupy Wall Street people: the overwheming image I retained from their protests around the world against Big Corporations was marred by the incessant use of Blackberries, iPhones, and the t-shirts and sweatshirts bearing logos that simply advertised Big Corporations. Clusters of people standing around berating big business while clutching their mochachocoskinnylattewithvanilla had me rolling on the floor. The protestors themselves could not see their own hypocrisy, their own reliability on the very corporations they were protesting against. Again, this was bizarre.

Take 7 or 8 minutes for yourself and listen to wise old George, delivering a serious message with humour.

What will 2012 bring us? Who knows. According to some, the brown stuff will hit the twirly thing at the end of January. The euro is in peril, and along with it, the EU. At the end of the year, at 11 am on the 21st December, to be precise, the game changes. According to those who studied the Mayans their "long count" 5,126 year calendar ends at that time on that date*. Armageddon or a new consciousness? We will have to wait and see.

*Or does it? Some say that it is today! (Thanks to TSL for the link). If we get to midnight and the world hasn't ended, do let me know if your mind is a little more.....open than usual.

Like yours, my year has had its ups and its downs. But we find ourselves doing the only thing we can do: we carry on. We accept the things we cannot change and we concentrate on the things we can change.

I want to wish you all a happy and safe Christmas and my very best wishes for 2012. Whatever comes our way, we will deal with. Together.

A few days ago I remarked to Mrs Ranty that the bank balance seemed a tad low. I further remarked that I should be pleased with my Christmas prezzies.

She says "I've bought you bugger all. I thought you said we should stop buying shiny things?"

I know I've bought her very little, so the alarm bells went off. I got online and tried to trace any purchases. We recognised all the standard stuff: direct debits, cash withdrawals, petrol, food shopping etc. What I didn't recognise was over £1,000 worth of shite. Clothes and perfumes.

Turns out some light-fingered bastard has been helping themselves to our money.

Now, I appreciate that this is the season for giving, but I will find and prosecute this thief to the fullest extent of the law. My rules, my laws, remember, are very simple: cause no harm, injury or loss to another man or woman, and do not make mischief with my contracts.

This fucker has caused me a loss. They have stolen from me.

I don't care if it turns out to be a one-legged lesbian from Lithuania who was abused by leery Larry in the living room. They will pay. I do not steal from anyone and I demand the same courtesy in return.

Open Letter To Frau Merkel

The following came from the pen of Frederick Forsyth.

It was sent to me by my pal Bob and I thought I would share it with you. Like me, you will no doubt disagree with some parts of it, but the sentiment is what roused my interest.

Here you go:

"Dear Madam Chancellor,

Permit me to begin this letter with a brief description of my knowledge of, and affection for, your country.

I first came to Germany as a boy student aged 13 in 1952, two years before you were born. After three extended vacations with German families who spoke no English I found at the age of 16 and to my pleasure that I could pass for German among Germans.

In my 20s I was posted as a foreign correspondent to East Germany in 1963, when you would have been a schoolgirl just north of East Berlin where I lived.

I know Germany, Frau Merkel, from the alleys of Hamburg to the spires of Dresden, from the Rhine to the Oder, from the bleak Baltic coast to the snows of the Bavarian Alps. I say this only to show you that I am neither ignoramus nor enemy.

I also had occasion in those years to visit the many thousands of my countrymen who held the line of the Elbe against 50,000 Soviet main battle tanks and thus kept Germany free to recover, modernise and prosper at no defence cost to herself.

And from inside the Cold War I saw our decades of effort to defeat the Soviet empire and set your East Germany free.

I was therefore disappointed last Friday to see you take the part of a small and vindictive Frenchman in what can only be seen as a targeted attack on the land of my fathers.

We both know that every country has at least one aspect of its society or economy that is so crucial, so vital that it simply cannot be conceded.

For Germany it is surely your automotive sector, your car industry.

Any foreign-sourced measure to target German cars and render them unsaleable would have to be opposed to vetopoint by a German chancellor.

For France it is the agricultural sector. For more than 50 years members of the EU have been taxed under the terms of the Common Agricultural Policy in order to subsidise France’s agriculture. Indeed, the CAP has been the cornerstone of every EU budget since the first day.

Attack it and France fights back.

For us the crucial corner of our economy is the financial services industry. Although parts of it exist all over the country it is concentrated in that part of London known even internationally as “the City”.

It is not just a few greedy bankers; we both have those but the City is far more. It is indeed a vast banking agglomeration of more banks than anywhere else in the world.

But that is the tip of the iceberg. Also in the City is the world’s greatest concentration of insurance companies.

Add to that the brokers; traders in stocks and shares worldwide, second only, and then maybe not, to Wall Street. But it is not just stocks.

The City is also home to the “exchanges” of gold and precious metals, diamonds, base metals, commodities, futures, derivatives, coffee, cocoa… the list goes on and on.

And it does not yet touch upon shipping, aviation, fuels, energy, textiles… enough. Suffice to say the City is the biggest and busiest marketplace in the world.

It makes the Paris Bourse look like a parish council set against the United Nations and even dwarfs your Frankfurt many times.

That, surely, is the point of what happened in Brussels. The French wish to wreck it and you seem to have agreed. Its contribution to the British economy is not simply useful nor even merely valuable.

It is absolutely crucial. The financial services industry contributes 10 per cent of our Gross Domestic Product and 17.5 per cent of our taxation revenue.

A direct and targeted attack on the City is an attack on my country. But that, although devised in Paris, is what you have chosen to support.

You seem to have decided that Britain is once again Germany’s enemy, a situation that has not existed since 1945.

I deeply regret this but the choice was yours and entirely yours. The Transaction Tax or Tobin Tax you reserve the right to impose would not even generate money for Brussels.

It would simply lead to massive emigration from London to other havens. Long ago it was necessary to live in a city to trade in it.

In the days when deals can flash across the world in a nanosecond all a major brokerage needs is a suite of rooms, computers, telephones and the talent of the young people barking offers and agreements down the phone.

Such a suite of rooms could be in Berne, Thun, Zurich or even Singapore. Under your Tobin Tax tens of thousands would leave London.

This would not help Brussels, it would simply help destroy the British economy.

Your conference did not even save the euro. Permit me a few home truths about it. The euro is a Franco-German construct.

It was a German chancellor (Kohl) who ordered a German banker (Karl Otto Pohl) to get together with a French civil servant (Delors) on the orders of a French president (Mitterrand) and create a common currency.

Which they did. IT was a flawed construct. Like a ship with a twisted hull it might float in calm water but if it ever hit a force eight it would probably founder.

Even then it might have worked for it was launched with a manual of rules, the Growth And Stability Pact. If the terms of that book of rules had been complied with the Good Ship Euro might have survived.

But compliance was entrusted to the European Central Bank which catastrophically failed to insist on that compliance.

Rules governing the growing of cucumbers are more zealously enforced. This was a European Bank in a German city under a French president and it failed in its primary, even its sole, duty.

This had everything to do with France and Germany and nothing whatever to do with Britain.

Yet in Brussels last week the EU pack seemed intent only on venting its spleen on the country that wisely refused to abolish its pound.

You did not even address yourselves to saving the euro but only to seeking a way to ensure it might work in some future time.

But the euro will not be saved. It is crumbling now. And since you have now turned against my country, from this side of the Channel, Madame Chancellor, one can only say of the Euro:

YOU MADE IT, YOU MEND IT."

In my opinion, it is unmendable. That is not wishful thinking. European cities are tearing themselves apart, and the blame can and should be laid at the door of this bastard currency.

Once the economic union dies, the political union should die too.

Let's go back to what once worked. Naturally, we can dump the bad bits and crack on.

Oooh! I Have Been Served A Writ.

How very exciting.

Remember those cigarettes and cigars that were stolen from me back in March? UKBA have instructed their solicitors to send me a Writ (Or a Warrant. It mentions both).

I have 21 days to decide whether I will defend the case or not. The form is very specific: I must instruct a solicitor and I must pay £80 if I want to defend.

I do not intend to defend. But I will, however, attack.

Later today (I have to do the worky thing now) I will update this post with my response to the solicitor/court.

For those interested in the speeding thing, the Procurator Fiscal is now out of time, and he is in dishonour. He is obviously a man who does not like to be told what he must and must not do. Join the club, sunshine. Neither do I. You may recall I gave him seven days to get back to me. He has not done so, although I doubt he will leave it there.

With a bit of luck, that large purple vein near his temple burst and he is now formulating his revenge.

I wait, as we all must, for the next stage.

Why did he remove the vid? No clue. Perhaps he was told to. It's a mystery. Perhaps it was because he uttered the most insane statement ever? It was "....consent is automatic". In my world, consent can be either freely given, or it can be revoked. 'Twas ever thus, I was just late to the game.

Nine Meals From Anarchy

As much as I try to avoid looking at this too deeply, the subject keeps raising its head.

I nicked this piece from the Mainly Fail (which we know is given to melodrama) from my good pal Bry.

It tells, as you will see, of "ordinary" people stockpiling food. The article suggests that "Doomsday" may be only one month away. Now I know that we have heard it all before-hell, I have even written up other people's tales of armageddon myself-only to note, often with derision, that absolutely nothing happened on the day in question. This is slightly different. It may not be biblical, but it may be plausible.

The only reason I give this article some oxygen is because they are giving good advice in amongst the dramatics. Twenty or thirty years ago we had enough food stockpiled to last the nation around 12 weeks. Nowadays, thanks in part to the supermarkets and their "just in time" ordering policies, we have enough for three days. That's just nine meals. Nine meals for 60,000,000 people.

If you are going to take any lessons from the article, make sure it is this:

Buy lots of non-perishable food, buy large containers for water, buy camping stoves to cook your food on, make sure you have warm clothing & sleeping bags (you may find that you end up living in a much smaller space), a means of keeping warm, and most importantly, a means of defence.

While you are reading this, many millions are not. They are lashed to the sofa, scratching their nuts, busy watching more inanity on the tellybox. When the shit hits the fan, the previously ignorant will wise up. Fast. They will suddenly realise that they have nothing and their survival instincts will kick in. They will band together and become that roving mob you see in all the doomsday movies. Like the deadly gangs in The Book Of Eli. Or the bad lads in Mad Max. They will come and they will take what you have. You need something to prevent that.

Successive governments have reduced our ability to arm ourselves. The police and the armed forces will NOT be out to protect us. They will, however, be standing guard over the inepts in government. They will defend Madge, and her inbreds. They will be deployed at ports, nuclear facilities, and other buildings deemed vital for the survival, and reanimation, of the elites. YOU are last on the list. (If you are on it at all). Those bleeding-heart liberals, and the Sisters of Gaia are going to learn an important lesson in the first few hours of a meltdown. The vegetarians are going to be foodless and I suspect they will all rediscover a love of meat. They will be in no doubt that vegetables is what food eats, and they will be as violent and as desperate as the Sofa Set, so lock up your chickens. Daphne the Social Worker will be as prepared as Bob the Brickie to carry out vile and vicious acts to stay alive.

If this comes to pass, it will be messy. Mans most basic instinct is to keep breathing. Some of us are going to be shocked at the lengths they will go to just to keep doing that. They will not flicker if they have to stop your breath so that they can continue to live.

Consider laying in some long-lasting nutricious food, and perhaps something as simple as a bow & arrow to defend it, and yourselves. The food will not go to waste, and if all of this blows over, you can take up archery as a hobby.

Those shiny things you went deep into debt for? Useless. The power will fail. That big fancy Merc? Useless. The petrol will run out rapidly. That healthy savings account? Useless. Withdraw the money by all means. Toilet paper will be needed so withdraw the cash in large notes. Need to trade? Tobacco and booze are safe bets. Seeds too, if the meltdown is protracted. Buy a couple of survival guides. We spend millions training our special forces, and when they leave the service, they very kindly write books about how to survive. Learn from them. There is no need to die. There are a thousand and one things that aren't particularly tasty, but they will keep you alive.

It comes down to two choices: prepare, or don't.

But I issue fair warning; if you swing by my gaff expecting to be fed, or in anticipation of taking what I have amassed for the survival of my herd, think again.

I was a 'man of violence' for seven years. And I have not forgotten my training. I can be violent if I need to be.

Common Law: Working Just Fine Down Under

Here are the basics:

25 year old guy in Sydney, well-oiled, leaves a restaurant. Someone accuses him of leaving without paying. The cops turn up and have a word in his shell-like. Our hero takes to his heels. The cops catch him (he is on foot and they are in a car, yet despite being arseholed, he manages to run half a kilometre), and he is arrested.

"Justice Kaye said it was an ancient principle of the common law that a person not under arrest has no obligation to stop for police, or answer their questions. And there is no statute that removes that right.

"(Mr Hamilton) before being placed under arrest did not have any obligation to stop when requested to do so, or to answer questions asked of him,'' the judge said.

"The conferring of such a power on a police officer would be a substantial detraction from the fundamental freedoms which have been guaranteed to the citizen by the common law for centuries.''

Phone Call From The DCA

Just answered a call from the DCA trying to recover £31 (or is it £23.25?) from me.

It didn't end well for them.

(The call came through on my work number which I have never given them).

It went like this:

"Hello", says I.

"Hello", says she. "This is the DCA, how are you today?"

I say, "I was fine until 10 seconds ago".

She says, "Can you confirm the first li..."

"Nope", says I.

"Well then, I cannot continue with this conversation", says she.

"Good", says I.

"What is your problem?" she asks, "why wont you give me the security details I need?"

"Because I have never heard of you. Have you got a contract with me?" I ask.

"I cannot answer any questions because you wont give me..."

"Why should I? I repeat, I have never heard of you so we cannot have a contract signed between us, can we?"

"I'll just put that down as a refusal then", she says.

"Put it down as whatever you like", I say.

"Good-bye", says she.

"Good-bye", says I.

I guess the next thing will be them saying that we are heading to court. I have a surprise or two up my sleeve for them.

I find this fascinating, and I hope you do too. It's one thing picking a fight with the government, but it's quite another marching into their playground armed to the teeth.

I recommend that you watch this series over and over until you truly realise just how powerful you are. Get your learning done and you will never again get stiffed by the courts.

Americans Open An Eye

This is a good beginning. I won't blether on, you guys know how Freemen feel about corporate "citizenship" versus flesh & blood men and women. Suffice it to say that in America, corporations are protected by the Constitution, which was designed to protect people. I read somewhere that in US law books there are over 250 pages of definitions for the word "person". Thousands and thousands of definitions for the same word? And it is in those definitions that we find ourselves inextricably linked to corporations. We have seen evidence here that we are-all of us-registered as a corporation at birth. Government agencies cannot deal with men and women: they can only interact with your legal fiction (corporation) and if you disbelieve me, try it. Try to get a judge to see you as a man or a woman and he or she will scurry out of the court as if their ermine was alight.

When I started all this, I was disgusted by that fact and wanted to run away, I wanted to run far, and I wanted to keep running. Nowadays I am more interested in making my "corporation" work for me.

In the UK men & women have rights and access to benefits. Benefits are cheap, shoddy things, and rights are solid gold. We need to learn how to use both to our advantage. Naturally, the government will almost always want you to go for the benefits. Benefits can be removed, while rights cannot. Rights can be given up though.

You should learn how not to give them up, ever.

It won't happen overnight. Amending the Constitution will probably take years.

But like I said, it's a start.

Regulars will know that I abhor the use of the term "human being" because I discovered some time ago that under 13th century Venetian Law (later converted to Vatican Law with almost no changes) the definition for human being is (variously) 1. Monster 2. Imbecile and 3. Child. I confess that I have been a 2 at times, and I was a 3 for while, but I have never been a 1. Yet this is how (some) continue to view us.

Bollocks. I said I wouldn't blether on, then I did just that.

Death Of The Euro?

If there is a God, then yes, a death is on the cards. It is long overdue. An obscene amount of our sweat equity has been pumped into this nightmare and it has to stop.

If that God has any empathy, the death of the EU will swiftly follow. If we bury them both together we can save on the funeral costs.

In my company office in Aberdeen there are about 20 people. We do not all get along. Some are Scots, some are English, some are Swedes, some are Norwegian and we have one Dane. Globally, we have around 260 people. I won't bother listing all the nationalities but I can tell you that we do not all get along. When you lump together people of different cultures, it is obvious that clashes will happen. One region (the US) gets only 14 days vacation a year (plus the public holidays) whilst I get 25 days (plus public holidays). The Scandinavians get 30 days (plus public holidays) whilst those in Singapore get a lot less.

Just this one difference causes no end of arguments. Pay rates are different in all regions. Working hours are different, to suit the various cultures: prayer times, and siestas, for example.

That is one business. That is 260 people who struggle to agree. How could anyone ever imagine that 500 million people could be forced to get along? It was an exercise in stupidity from day one. As the wheels come off this ridiculous experiment, I am cheering. I have wished its death from the moment I realised it was not about unity, it was all about the usual suspects: power, greed and corruption. And didn't they do well? All those non-entities that couldn't get elected to anything, anywhere, ever, suddenly found themselves at the top of the totem pole, issuing edicts left, right & centre.

The difference between my company and the EU?

I can leave my company any time I like.

Billions of words have been written about this abomination, by much better writers than I could ever hope to be.

"Thank you for your letter dated 21 November 2011. I apologise for my late reply. I was in West Africa for four weeks and I have only just returned.

The missing letter you refer to is enclosed. It is dated 28 September and wrongly (I later realised) requested information under the FOIA. I have since learnt that FOI requests are only for government departments. The questions, however, remain relevant. In your latest reply, you contradict yourself. You openly state (in Para 5) that there is no Act that mandates collection of additional monies from your customers, and then (in Para 6) you state that social and environmental costs are determined by the government.

How does this determination take place? Did Scottish and Southern Energy simply receive a memo from the government and decide to take this money from their customers? It makes no sense. I formally withdraw my consent for you to charge me even a fraction of a penny extra for these mysterious, unwarranted and non-mandatory charges for social & environmental costs. Please refund me by the end of this month. I simply do not believe that you cannot separate the charges. Someone, somewhere in your organisation has to add them. It stands to reason that they can subtract them as well. Please determine what the figure is and credit my account accordingly.

I am not being deliberately obtuse. I have studied the so-called “science” and I know it has more holes than a colander. I refuse to take part in what I view as a scam. This planet needs CO2. Without CO2, trees die. Without trees, we die. It’s that simple. Any attempt to extract money is daylight robbery. The IPCC are famous for their lies. I will not pay exorbitant energy rates on the back of a series of lies.

On the other hand, if it is investors in newer, cleaner technologies you need, go to the market, pitch your ideas and find investors there. I’ll pay for the new technology when it arrives and not before. I am not an investor in Scottish & Southern Energy: I am a consumer.

You will also note (in my letter dated 28 September) that I requested a meter check. Please arrange for this as soon as possible. Something is wrong. We are not consuming what you say we consume.

Lastly, this is not a complaint. I am merely trying to find out why I am paying so much and how I can reduce that amount."

Just a short while ago the lady phoned me. It didn't take long to drag out the truth: they cannot* provide a source for this blatant theft, although, bless her, she did try to get me on side by saying "The environment is in a mess. Surely you agree that we should all play a part in making it better for the children to come?".

I explained a few things to her. Things like "hiding the decline", bent scientists, and the fact that ~~global warming~~ ~~climate change~~ extreme weather has been happening on & off for millenia. I gave a few examples, such as a tidal surge in the Netherlands in the 1400's that killed over 100,000 people. I went on, I freely admit, for some minutes. "Oh," she says, "You really know this stuff". I confessed that I knew a little, but what I knew for sure was that this is a global scam and the Borg lap it up. "How much? No problem! Take all my money! If it's for the children, and if the government says so, then it must be true".

I did say that I understood how businesses work. That I knew that they need to make a profit so that ~~they can earn big fat salaries while old folks freeze to death~~ they can re-invest in their infrastructure, and that I had no issues with that. I asked her to justify this three-or fourfold increase in just 18 months.

*she said, towards the end of the conversation, that "they had the instruction from the government" but that they never share it with consumers. I said that I doubted such an instruction existed but if it did, I wanted to see it. She said she would try to get it out to me. I will not hold my breath.

Anyhoo, make up your own minds. Did they just admit that they are doing this off their own back, because they believe those lying scientists? Or have I misread it?

Which is to say: Keep It Simple, Stupid.

That is the theme throughout Dean Cliffords videos. I am relatively new to the World According To Dean and he certainly challenges some of the myths and half-truths that grow arms and legs in Freemanland.

My own thinking has changed as the movement has evolved and he destroys a couple of things I thought I had down pat. If you read my stuff regularly, you will probably spot them. I am reluctant to apologise because this is still a young thing, and we are on a learning vertical. We improvise, we adapt, and hopefully, one day we will overcome. What we do not do is stop learning. Many things have been tried, and found wanting, in court, and Dean tells us why.

This then, is what we have been looking for: Freeman stuff explained simply. Never mind that he is Canadian, this affects all of us here too. You'll see the similarities in the videos.

I watched seven vids, but I suspect there may be more in the vid factory. Part 7 ends abruptly, and if I can find Part 8 (or 9 or 10) I will pass on the links.

My Response To The Court

This is an update on that speeding thing.

I tried to redact the letter from the PF but it looked a mess. I promise that I will share all of these original documents with you when I feel able to remove the cloak of anonymity.

The Procurator Fiscal (a procurer of money?) made me an offer. In my reply I have made him a counter-offer. (As a nicety, I offered him a discount because he offered me a discount). If he has an ounce of sense he will quietly quash the "charge". If not, I go to war.

My Notice follows the PF's letter to me, loosely. In his letter there is a preamble where the alleged offence and the statutes are laid out, then he goes into his "In Your Case" routine. I decided to word mine in a similar fashion.

The heading is genuine. We never write letters. They are always Notices. So that they erm, get noticed.

NOTICE

"RE: ABXXXXXXX

Dear Sir/Madam

I refer to your letter dated 11/11/11 concerning an alleged speeding offence. This reply is late because I left the country on 7/11/11 and I returned on 2/12/11.

Despite my having sent Chief Inspector Wallace a Notice detailing my lawful status, you continue to pester me with this nonsense. I shall endeavour to explain once more. Please read it all. It informs you.

I am in Lawful Rebellion. I entered Lawful Rebellion three years ago when I discovered that the monarch had violated her Coronation Oath. Several thousand times, in fact. Every time she gave Assent to a Bill transferring her sovereign powers to the EU she violated her oath to the people. To my certain knowledge she has done this over three thousand times. If you doubt me, read Hansard, or check the Rolls.

Article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 obliges me (and all Britons) to bring this to her attention. I have done so. She did not respond in the time I allowed her, so I was forced to revoke my allegiance to her and swear it instead to the Barons Committee that formed in 2001. Their instructions, by way of Art 61, are to “…distrain and distress us in all possible ways…” This includes, but is not limited to, ignoring any and all statutes given Assent by the reigning monarch. You will no doubt be aware that your Road Traffic Act is a statute. I can safely ignore it. Now that I have informed you that treason has taken place, you are honour-bound to investigate and if you do not, you will be guilty of Misprision of Treason. This crime has so far been reported at over 80 (eighty) police stations in the UK and 6 (six) were concerned enough to open investigations. Only six out of eighty are prepared to do what they swore to do: uphold the law. This is a disgusting statistic and causes me no end of shame and embarrassment.

If you have issues with MC1215 you may refer instead to the UDHR. My right to rebel is enshrined there too.

This is not about money. I can afford to pay either of the fines you mention. This is an act of patriotism. Our system (more accurately, your system) has become badly corrupted. It needs fixing. I will not “go along to get along”. I am resolute. I will do everything in my power (peacefully) to get this nation running the way it should be run. I absolutely cannot and must not pay this “fine” of yours. You may or may not be aware that an unrebutted affidavit becomes the truth in law. My affidavits are rock solid and I welcome the opportunity to test this in court. I cannot lose.

In law, “He who does not disagree, agrees”. No-one has disagreed with my affidavits.

In Your Case, I have decided to make you a conditional offer. Write back to me within 7 (seven) days confirming that you will no longer harass me for doing my duty as a Briton and that this nonsense has ended, or, write back and tell me you wish to invite me to court. I will make a special appearance but because my time on this planet is finite it is precious to me and it will be paid for. I have decided that you will pay me £15,000 (fifteen thousand pounds sterling) or its equivalent in gold or silver bullion. This condition may surprise you but it should not. My original affidavits contain a Fee Schedule and my fees for appearing in court are much higher but I have offered you a discount. However, if you create a tort against me, I will issue a commercial lien against you.

In an effort to be transparent, I feel obliged to tell you that I have several defences. I will prove that my affidavits to the monarch, to the Home Office, and to one David Cameron dba the Prime Minister are all unrebutted and as such, are now enshrined in law. I will prove that the monarch has violated her Oath, a crime of High Treason. I will also prove that the court itself is a sham, and is both unlawful and illegal.

There is a maxim in law which says “Let he who would be deceived, be deceived”. I will not be deceived. Not anymore. The system is broken and I will do all I can to fix it.

I urge you to consult a constitutional specialist. He or she will confirm that I am right on all counts.

I also challenge your jurisdiction in this matter. No sheriff, magistrate or judge can legally or lawfully hear this case- Nemo iudex in causa sua -because you all report to the monarch. Since I do not recognise her, I do not recognise your courts either.

In closing, I will say this: when I entered Lawful Rebellion I swore an oath not to cause harm, injury or loss, nor to make mischief with my contracts. That oath remains unbroken. I have remained in honour since that day. This alleged “offence” caused no harm, loss or injury and cannot therefore be a crime. I am no longer obliged to obey statutes. No contract was breached as I am no longer party to the contract.

If you do decide to invite me to court you are expressly agreeing to my terms and I will expect payment on the day of my appearance.

Lawful Rebellion With Veronica And Guy

Arrived back home a short while ago.

I finally got to see the letter the Procurator Fiscal sent me. In it, he (the PF) says "...I cannot enter into any discussions or review the facts of the case or any other matter". Oh boy. I have a surprise or two for him. In law, a man is entitled to as many defences as he can mount. I only need one, but I am going to have some fun. In his world, this is done and dusted: he has offered me a deal. He will remove the £1,000 fine and up to 6 penalty points. All I have to do is send him a cheque for £60 and they will endorse my licence with 3 penalty points.

I don't want to sound ungrateful or anything, but the deal sucks. I have not committed a crime. No-one was harmed. No-one suffered injury, and no-one suffered a loss. I most certainly did not make mischief with my contracts because there wasn't one in place. The contract was torn up the day I entered Lawful Rebellion.

So I will reject his offer, and make him a counter-offer. I'll give more details in a day or so.

There are ten thousand times more carcinogens spewing from that exhaust pipe. Yet they will breathe that shit all day long. Not me. I run away screaming.

Remember folks: the science does not, cannot, lie. Second hand smoke harms no-one. The next time some twat says "It kills millions every year!!!", say this: "Name three". He/she will go very quiet because SHS has never killed anyone. Anywhere. Ever.

Rage Against The Abuse

This country is broken. Not quite beyond repair, but not far off.

I'm sure if I looked I could find stories about how badly we treat the sick, too.

The point here is that we are supposed to be a developed nation. We are meant to lead the world with our fabulous tried & tested ways of caring for the weakest and most vulnerable in society. Yet we demonstrate, to the world, again and again, how awful we are. I was not abused as a child and the very notion that someone set to look after a child would use them as a sexual plaything fills me with horror. My punishments for these animals would be medieval.

I am very lucky in that I rarely get ill, so I have no idea how bad/good hospital treatment is. I do know that the NHS-more accurately, the inepts within it-negligently kill some 66,000 people a year. How many of the criminally neglectful are punished? Not enough, is the answer. If they were gaoled for these wrongful deaths, maybe they'd start to try a little harder.

I will get old. That is a given. And I do not want to be found frozen to death by a visiting relative. I do not want to be abused by "care" staff in Sunnyside Acres. I want to be treated with a modicum of respect, and I want to maintain my dignity for as long as possible.

Lastly, those bastard MPs are at it again. Orphans have the story, and they have the right response to this crap: No.

Lately I have found myself erupting, and venting, and semi-apologising for it. I wonder if I need to apologise? Our country is in a mess, and I should excuse myself for actually caring? I should stay silent when far too many of us already stay silent?

No. No I will not.

I'll keep shouting until someone starts paying attention. When we have everyone's attention we can get to work fixing it.

The Meltdown Continues

Papandreou gone. Berlusconi gone. Zapatero gone. Knickerless Teacozy next? If there is a god, then yes. He will go. And then there is Frau Merkel, clinging on like a stubborn genital wart. Surely her days are numbered? One can but hope.

The euro is breathing its last. It is, was, and always would be unsustainable. Its' demise heralds the death of the EU. I continue to pray daily for its swift but painful passage to Dante's 7th level.

Those climate control freaks lose more credibility by the hour. (See this by His Eminence, The Filthy Engineer).

The anti-smoking zealots have lost the plot entirely, with their useless leaders, the BMA, having to lie to make headlines. Sadly, for those believers, second hand smoke is harmless. The science says so, no matter how badly they want it to support their nastiness. It just doesn't.

The Occupy groups around the world gather more support than criticism. Whether you agree with their stance or not, (I don't. I think capitalism = growth, jobs, & stability), but I am pleased that they are doing something. I applaud anyone who is being a PITA, and annoying TPTB.

Oh yes. This is a meltdown.

It was badly needed. Perhaps we can build something worthwhile when it all crumbles to dust?

Reflection

I just read last night's post without the gin and red wine flowing through my veins.

Although it is scrappy it still says what I meant it to say.

I also read all of your comments and wanted to thank you for the support. Many people who have an interest in this just get on with it. No blogs, no fanfare, they just rebel all on their own. I made the decision to write about my journey in the hope that I could inspire others. According to the comments I managed to reach some of you. I am really pleased about that.

Maybe this kind of thing was always going to be a long haul. Maybe I expected too much. Maybe, as one of you suggested, the timing is off. The comatose are not quite ready. They are not quite angry enough about the state we are in. And, on one level I agree with them: if you never come into contact with the police or with the court system, why would they need to know this stuff? Who really gives a crap if the monarch violated her oath? Who really cares that the police violate their oaths on a daily basis? Who really cares that our courts are not legitimate?

The answer? Not enough people.

To some, my numbers look good. 40,000 readers (in a good month) should please me no end. Instead I wonder why it isn't 400,000. In a bad month. I wonder why it isn't 4,000,000. After all, the subjects discussed here affect all of us, all the time.

I snapped. I snapped because I was looking for news and instead all I found was that sleb shit. No matter where I looked. Is this us? Is this really what we are prepared to settle for? Tittle-tattle, gossip, and who is humping who?

Somedays, yesterday especially, I was convinced that that was all we Britons needed. Utter bollocks, and a daily diet of it. I know, like most of you do, that this is a symptom. There is a cause, and most of it can be laid at the door of the education system and the government. We are, largely, a product of their brainwashing.

I figured that if I could escape it, anyone could. But I wanted to escape, and it finally dawned on me that some people just want to be sheeple.

I was just stunned when I realised how many are happy that way.

Cut me some slack here. I'll bog off and think things over. It is very frustrating but I will try to get over it and come back to you at some point in the future.

All British Courts Are Illegal

The author of this Affidavit is Michael Burke. Mike, for those of you that are unaware, is a constitutional expert. In this amazing document he lays out the evidence, and the remedy. His research is impeccable.

In it, you will learn why taxation, all taxation, is illegal.

You will learn why all UK courts are illegal.

You will learn that MC1215 Article 61 is in force today.

And a lot more besides.

I cannot stress how important it is that you read this document. It is an easy read even though it is 20 pages long. Grab a brew and have a read. I was fascinated from beginning to end.

Although it is not my writing I would be particularly interested in hearing from anyone connected to the judiciary. Did you know you were supporting illegal courts? What does it say about your honour and integrity if you did this knowingly? What will you do now that the cat is out of the bag?

It must pain you so much to know that we are on to you. The jig is up. Anyone facing a court hearing should read this affidavit, print it off, and take it into court. I suggest that you will be ushered out the second they finish reading through it. At least, they should usher you out, but let's not forget that this game is now over 100 years old.

That Pesky Article 61

You've got to hand it to the Barons: they really knew what they were doing way back in the mists of time.

But do YOU appreciate what they did for us? Every time I mention Magna Carta 1215 it ruffles feathers, so I am going to mention it again. Or rather, one man's interpretation of it. More specifically, that pesky Article 61.

Have a look:

Lawful Rebellion.

"Some one recently asked me the question; what is Lawful Rebellion?

Rebellion in itself has a number of different meanings and is in fact quite close to another word that seems to be on everyone’s lips; Revolution. Defined meaning of Rebellion;

Refusal to accept some authority or code or convention.
An act or show of defiance toward an authority or established government.

Defined meaning of Lawful;

Being within the law; allowed by law: lawful methods of dissent. (The lawful refusal to conform to the authority that is unjust)

Under article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 (the founding document of our Constitution) we have a right to enter into lawful rebellion if we feel we are being governed unjustly. Contrary to common belief our Sovereign and her government are only there to govern us and not to rule us and this must be done within the constraint of our Common Law and the freedoms asserted to us by such Law, nothing can become law in this country if it falls outside of this simple constraint.

Article 61 shows quite clearly who really holds the power in this country, that being quite simply us the people; we have Sovereignty not any Parliament and nor can this be taken from us by any Parliament who claim to have taken the people’s Sovereignty. As defined above any act passed by a Parliament to remove the power the people possess, or to remove the power from the point of constraint we invested the power in, is invalid as it falls outside of the constraint laid down by Common/Constitutional Law.

This is a simple safeguard put in place to protect our freedoms under said law and to never allow such freedoms to be removed or diminished. So in reality any Act, Statute and subsequent law or legislation formed by these actions, that effects our freedoms asserted to us, is quite evidently unjust, invalid and most certainly illegal.

By invoking article 61 we are quite clearly stating that we feel we are being governed unjustly and after giving the head of state (Her Majesty) 40 day’s to correct this, if this is not corrected, then we can simply enter into lawful rebellion and we do this under the full protection of our Constitutional Law.
Lawful rebellion allows quite simply for the following recourse;

Full refusal to pay any forms of Tax, Fines and any other forms of monies to support and/or benefit said unlawful governance of this country.
Full refusal to abide by any Law, Legislation or Statutory Instrument invalidly put in place by said unlawful governance that is in breech of the Constitutional safeguard.
To hinder in any way possible all actions of the treasonous government of this land, who have breeched the Constitutional safeguard; defined with no form of violence in anyway, just lawful hindrance under freedom asserted by Constitutional Law and Article 61.

Above are listed the three main ways we can as a people rely upon article 61 and what this allows for. The British people were given over 700 years ago a Law to use as there recourse when faced with either a Parliamentary dictatorship, or a Sovereign trying to rule by Divine Right, which amounts to the same thing. We have a right, and a birth right at that, to be governed properly under our birth right law and no other and certainly not by laws introduced on the pretence of being British Law, when in fact all laws passed since 1973 have been European laws in the guise of British law. We have a right to freedom within our true law and no Parliament can remove this for they were not present in its implementation nor did it need any Parliament, or any Parliament involvement, this was quite simply a deal struck between the people and a Sovereign, a deal which can never be broken.

The traitors that reside in the Parliament of this country only fear one thing and that quite simply is us the people and they know that they can never defend themselves, or defend their treasonous actions, lies and deceit against the power of the people, asserted by and given by, the founding document of our Constitution Magna Carta 1215. They realize, as many others do, that once the British public grasps the power of Magna Carta in both hands and start to use it in their defense; their game is quite simply up.

What does Magna Carta stand for?

In stands for freedom, that the people have Sovereignty that cannot be removed by anyone and it stands for the only real true rule of law; that no one, without exception, is above the law.

What does Article 61 (Lawful Rebellion) stand for? You have Sovereignty, realize it, and use it."

The writing isn't mine and I don't agree with every single word, but it's good enough to make the government quake. And if they don't quake, they simply haven't grasped its magnitude. (See what I did there?).

Anyhoo, Art 61 is a vital tool. Use it or don't. Just know that it exists, and know also that you are actually obliged to use it. Assuming that you fully comprehend what treason means, who committed that treason, and that you have a duty to do something about it once you do know. This crime has now been reported at over 80 police stations. Unsurprisingly, they have done nothing. Which makes them guilty of misprision of treason. They are now criminals and we shall not forget that when the day of reckoning dawns.

It constantly amazes me that people do not get into this, body and soul. If we all did this we could take back all the power we need to delete 40 years of crap and get our house in order.

Because let's face it, this shit cannot and must not continue.

Be a hero. Enter Lawful Rebellion today.

The police are full of shit.

They send out threatening letters. "Fill in the form or we will fine you £1,000!" I send the form back, as blank as it was when it arrived. Their response? Dispatch Bodie & Doyle. Bodie & Doyle arrive, unannounced, on a Saturday morning. B&D offer to take me to the station. Not their station, but one that is a 96 mile round trip away. I say yes. They decline my acceptance of their offer. They go away.

Then? Nothing.

Then? More nothing.

Finally, yesterday morning I get a letter. I am in Cameroon so I can't open it. I ask Mrs Ranty to do the honours.

No £1,000 fine. No court date. Just "Pay us £60 and show your license at a station of your choosing within 30 days, if not, we will prosecute".

I will do neither. I will send them a notice when I get home in early December and I will make the £60 go away, and I will not be showing anyone anything within 30 days. I may even counter-claim for the trouble they put me to.

"We will prosecute". Really? You already had the opportunity to prosecute but didn't. What makes you think that this new threat will terrify me? "Let's do it", I will say. And they will find a way for it not to happen. They may send more letters but maybe not, not when I explain how much my notices to them are going to cost. I know from experience that as soon as you mention that you want money off them, they go quiet. HMRC went all quiet. The Census folks went all quiet. It's all they have: ignorance.

Are you guys feeling the power of "No" yet?

It is a stunning device. Easy to master, and all you have to do is aim correctly.

It. Works. Every. Single. Time.

I am bereft though. I really did want to go to court. I have been boning up. My opening speech was designed to rock their world. Ah well. I will get the chance to go and do my thang in court at some point in the future.

In a little under 24 hours I will be ensconced in 5 star luxury in the centre of Windhoek. I'll have time for a swift shower before heading out for my first meeting. The local ale, Windhoek (it's good stuff), will have to await my arrival back at the hotel at beer o'clock.

This trip is unusually long for me. Almost a full month. Not a lot will happen with my UK based trouble-causing and when I are abroad, I do as they do, so hopefully the trip will be event-free, apart from the usual adventures at airports. I have two Visa's but I am visiting five African nations. I will blag my way in to those for which I do not have a Visa. I have yet to be deported from anywhere so I don't anticipate any problems. A smile goes a long way, I have found. That, and pretending you're an idiot abroad. (Not hard for me).

I'll blog whenever possible.

In the meantime, be excellent to each other. Labour loons, Tory tits, LibDem losers, and absolutely anyone who thinks that the EU is a good thing are all fair game. Have at them. Teach them the error of their ways. No insult is too cruel for these drones. Go to it with enthusiasm and conviction.

Are We Learning Yet?

I do hope so.

Often, to know where we are going, we need to know where we've been. The wise amongst you will know that there is nothing new under the sun. We treat each other atrociously. Acts of barbarity and unimagined cruelty have been the norm since we stood erect.

That, of course, is bad enough, but when we learn that we have been bamboozled by the greedy, the corrupt, and the downright criminal, it sticks in the craw. When we learn that there really is no such thing as justice, and that the whole thing is a wheeze to extract your money, it's time to do one of two things: learn the rules of the game (for that is all it is), or give up and go with the flow. Be a good cash cow. Stay in your field, and do exactly what they want you to do. The choice was always yours to make.

I didn't like history much as a child. It was mostly dull, with dozens of even duller dates to remember for when you were tested on the subject. I wish I had paid more attention. If wishes were horses, beggars would ride, as the old saying goes. Now that I am no longer a child, I can do something about my lack of attention at school. I can begin afresh. I can start learning history now, before they (TPTB) rewrite it to suit themselves.

I can think of no finer way to learn than to listen to the words of Alan Wilson. He is known as a "controversial historian", which is probably why I like hearing his version of past events. His agenda, if he has one, is to tell us what he has learnt over the years. He seems to have avoided the standard school-issue textbooks and gone directly to the source. Those thousands of dusty tomes, preserved in museums and libraries up and down the land. He knows that people like me (and possibly you) will never trawl these annals for the truth. Largely because we don't have the time. We are being taught/steered into shorter sentences. If Twitter is a guide, those who cannot condense their thoughts into 140 characters or less are dinosaurs. Texting is another way of butchering our language. Vowels are removed, it takes far too long to insert them into the words they belong in.

Alan speaks, for almost three hours, on the true history of England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales. Although he has a sheaf of notes, I don't think he refers to them. An incredible feat, and a sign that here is a man who has our history running through his veins. He has some fascinating/shocking/disturbing things to say so I suggest you break up the sessions so that it takes residence in your head.

I now believe we are entering into a new phase. All around me I see signs that the slumbering giant is rousing. The Arab Spring, whilst it may be engineered, causes people (whether intended by the engineers or not) to take a fresh look at their own governments, their own treatment, their own surveillance, their own control. "They are incomparable" you will no doubt tell me, but I don't really think they are. A despot is a despot is a despot. Just because ours wears fine suits, has millions (of his own?) in the bank, and has had a "superior" education, is he (and his familiars) not capable of tyranny?

I contend that he is. I contend that he is no better or worse than Stalin or Mugabe. To me, it's just a question of subtelty. A tyrant with finesse? Why not? He may not have slaughtered 20 million of his kinsmen, or (yet) started to print billion pound notes that will buy only a loaf of bread, but I deeply suspect that that will happen, if we stay on the course we are on now. The world is in an unholy mess, and you don't need to be a genius to know it. Stay the course, or change direction. It's a stark choice. Actually, there is no choice, not really.

The only one with the power to alter that trajectory is, unfortunately, you. I say unfortunately because you really don't want to do anything. You don't want to stand out. You don't want to draw attention to yourself. You don't want to rock any boats. It's partly fear, partly conditioning, and partly because it may well affect your ability to feed, clothe and house your families. They can make life difficult. They can ensure that you are penniless. They can intervene with your employers. They can take your freedom, and they can take your life.

And yet, I am living proof that they may also choose to ignore random, or planned, acts of rebellion. Three years on, and I have yet to see the inside of a gaol, a courtroom, or even a police interview room. I have done that thing which annoys them the most: I have withheld monies that they were certain were heading their way. Did it take the mind of a master criminal? No. Did it require acts of supreme bravery? No. Was I in harms way at any time? No. Do I feel better for it? Absofuckinglutely.

The more I learn, the more fights I want to pick. I want, and I really do mean want, to distress and distrain them in all possible ways. But even your humble and slightly thick author knows that he has to learn how to defeat them at their own game. Here's an example for you. When these bewigged peeps yell "Contempt!" at you in court, you will know how to respond. The knowledge we need is all around us. It isn't hidden, it isn't arcane (although it may be writ funny) and it is not beyond the wit of someone with a functioning braincell. Again, I offer myself as proof of this.

One thing I know for sure: people are getting as mad as hell and I don't think they are going to take it any more.

Not when they know how they are being manipulated, conned, watched, robbed, and brainwashed into thinking that this, life in 21st century Britain, is right, fair or normal.

It isn't.

But until you decide that it isn't, they will be content for you to fool yourself for another thousand years.

I am attaching a copy of a letter to the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police which gives my reasons for requiring the arrest of David Cameron on a charge of High Treason.

Your Majesty will be aware that the Declaration of Rights 1689 which is fully incorporated in the Bill of Rights 1689, was and is a statement from the people of England as to how they wish to be ruled, Scotland have their own Claim of Right. You will be aware that both these documents are of major Constitutional importance because they lay down the terms under which we the people of Great Britain offer the Crown to our Kings and Queens.

The terms of the offer of the joint Crowns of England and Scotland are not negotiable, they are as they say, cast in granite. David Cameron is attempting to alter those terms but you will be aware that you are forbidden by the Contract William & Mary agreed to and to which you agreed when you accepted the Crown on the death of your much loved and respected father King George VI, from giving the Royal Assent to. In the unthinkable event of your Majesty giving the assent to any amendments you will immediately under English Constitutional Law cease to be Queen of England and Scotland with all that entails as though you were dead. The assent would be void and Prince Charles would have to accept the terms of the Declaration of Rights as they were given to William &Mary Prince & Princess of Orange. Should he fail to accept these terms he too will be disqualified from ever wearing the Crowns of England and Scotland or receiving any commonwealth countries as his Kingdom all this is dependant upon Prince Charles accepting the terms of the Declaration of Rights.

Your Majesty we your loyal and loving subjects most strongly counsel Your Majesty against ever giving the assent to these proposed treasonable changes, we further respectfully request that you carry out the duty the Crown and the oath you took before God and to your subjects places upon you to order the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, to arrest David Cameron Prime Minster of the United Kingdom, on a charge of Conspiracy to commit High Treason, by placing your Majesty’s Crown in jeopardy and that of those who will follow Your Majesty, in the great office you hold, and who will be given the love and loyalty given to Your Majesty by your subjects.

I love the way Albert uses all the correct terminology when addressing Madge, and then slips in that line saying ".....as though you were dead". Priceless.

The thing I have learnt about Albert is that there is genuinely no malice. AB is a huge respecter of royalty and sees it as his sworn duty to put this mess right. Most people have no clue how messed up the system is. This is evidenced by millions waving stupid red white & blue flags whenever the opportunity arises.

I Are Back!

I haz returned.

The birthday party went very well. Our pal had arranged to feed us all in a lodge at Chester Zoo. It was a great day out.

I took a picture of a very rare, long-necked horse for you.

Slightly embarrassed to say that I had a steak made out of one of these a few years back. Tasted pretty good. I had chips with it. Could have had rice, but I went "old school".

I was very pleased to hear that the Greeks are going to have a referendum. I guess we all know by now how that will turn out, eh? Keep voting Stelios. We'll let you know when we get the right result, endaxi?

Manchester seemed slightly shittier than usual. Even the good areas looked a bit run down. Still, I wasn't raped, robbed, mugged or molested so we will chalk that up as a victory. It's a helluva drive though-just over 400 miles door to door-and we won't be repeating it anytime soon. Not unless someone is about to cross the River Styx. Pain in the arse ~~driving~~ oops, travelling all that way in a ~~car~~ conveyance. I think I may have been nicked speeding once, or possibly twice. I'll let you know next week when the brown envelopes arrive.

End of the month stats looked good: we made another 4,500 friends in October. Mind you, they will probably all bugger off this month as blogging will be light again. In a few days I start out on (what I hope will be) my last trek of the year. It begins in South Africa, takes me to Namibia*, then back to South Africa, up to Cameroon, over to Nigeria, over a bit more to Ghana, and finally has me coming home on or around 3rd December. I may squeeze in a week or ten days in Benghazi as well to end the year with a bang. You may catch me on a news report. I'll be the twat wearing a dustbin lid strapped to my head to ward off all those rounds coming back down to earth....

*The drive from the airport in Namibia to my hotel takes around an hour and there are usually baboons sat by the side of the road scratching their nuts. I'll try to get a picture for you. (Baboons can't sue, can they?)

Tomorrow, 75% of the denizens of Ranty Barracks will decamp.

We are leaving No 1 son in charge of the house, the two dogs and the cat. With a fair wind, the barracks may still be intact when we come back.

We trudge south, to the heady delights and temptations of Manchester to celebrate the 50th birthday of Ma Ranty's oldest chum.

I have this particular milestone to look forward to in January.

All of the above is my way of saying that blogging will be anorexic until we return next week. Please treat this as an open thread to discuss ~~worldly matters of great import~~ anything you damn well please. Mi casa is zu casa and all that.

Couple of updates:

1. That speeding thing.

Nothing. Nothing at all. The alleged "offence" ocurred on 23 September. Their paperwork arrived 5 days later and it was explicit: the whole thing will be over within 30 days. Tomorrow is day 30. Apart from that Saturday morning visit by Bodie and Doyle, nothing else has happened. I fully expected to have a summons delivered to me. No joy.

2. That Sky/DCA thing

Those leeches at the DCA said that they would "acknowledge receipt of my email within an hour". That was 14 days ago. They did attempt to call me but when I answered the phone, all I heard was some ridiculous automated voice asking me if I was Reeeantyiearghoohow. The robot seriously mangled my surname and then asked me to pick one of three options, the third of which was "Press 3 if you do not recognise this name". I genuinely didn't, so I pressed 3 and hung up. No letters or calls since then. They may not yet have gotten the message that for them, the well is dry. If they call me again my fee schedule kicks in.

3. That energy scam thing.

I showed you all the letter wot I wrote. They have since sent three missives: the first apologised for the long delay in replying, the second was much longer but said nothing and did not answer any of the questions I had asked, and the third (received today) was to inform me that they had revised the estimate. Upwards. They now want just over £2,900 off me between now and this time next year. They have so far declined to check the accuracy of the meter. I may get it checked independently. Something is seriously amiss here. The national average, (for those on electric only) is somewhere around £1,100 per year. Then read on.

This is one of the most jawdropping accounts I have read of a court case involving a Freeman and a judge.

The report speaks for itself (quite literally-look for the link to the audio below) but I wanted to point out the most devastating comment from Judge Cadbury. This is what we Freemen have been saying for the last few years.

Look:

One of the important bits is when (remember Cadbury has read up on the entire situation, and knows what has happened) he admits “This is probably all due to the crossed-wires that occurred when the Courts started to see Freemen-on-the-Land. And the Courts did not know how to react. And are slowly coming to terms with Freemen”.

"Hereford Magistrates Court – 17th October, 2011

This was a continuation of the previous adjournments – with added flavourings.

Guy had lodged two complaints:

1. Against Herefordshire Council for taking him all the way to potential bankruptcy – be charging him on land he did not own – and then withdrawing at the very last minute … but leaving behind a trail of shit comprising Solicitor’s costs to be paid, and the claim by Michael Horne/Tim Robinson. Guy was charging the Council with “irregular distress”

2. Against County Court Judge Nadeem Khan for rubber-stamping everything that led up to the Bankruptcy Petition, even when having been told that the charge was a fraudulent demand.

As usual, the Court tried to dump a curved ball at the outset. British Gas suddenly appeared on the scene, talking about an unpaid Electricity Bill for Bodenham Manor.

The problem with this Electricity Bill was that is was based on Business Rates, on the assumption that business was still being conducted at Bodenham Manor.

Unfortunately (for British Gas) no ‘business’ has been carried on at Bodenham since 2005. Consequently only a Domestic Rate Tariff is applicable on those apartments that remain inhabited.

When appraised of this … prior to the actual Court Hearing … British Gas withdrew their application, and realised that they actually owed Guy THOUSANDS … because (until recently) he’s been paying Business Rate Tariffs (since 2005).

So, after that matter had been cleared up (and the British Gas Representative went on his way – tail between legs) we actually got called into the Court.

It was a new Judge. One we had not seen before (Judge Cadbury).

We recorded the whole thing on a Dictaphone. At the moment this is only available in full – as a WAV File –

I intend – as soon as possible - to shorten it to the salient points, and to explain what happened.

As a foretaste we can state that:

1. Judge Cadbury had spent the previous weekend reading everything (he actually says so), and was pretty conversant with the whole situation. For this reason he was able to cut the Hereford Council’s Barrister to shreds at various times (much to our delight, of course!). (There is a delicious moment where she waffles & drones on … for what seems like ages … and Judge Cadbury says “Yes … but in the end, he [Guy] was right, and you were wrong … is that not so?”. She is unable to disagree).

2. There are a number of ‘tasty bits’, which cause one’s mouth to water. Not least of which when Cadbury – having heard the quotation from Halsbury’s Laws of England … to the effect that his Court – and all the others are entirely UNLAWFUL … when he says “Is that in Halbury’s?”. Guy says “Yes”, and Cadbury responds “I can see that throwing up a few problems!”. (Surely the masterful understatement of the century?).

3. One of the important bits is when (remember Cadbury has read up on the entire situation, and knows what has happened) he admits “This is probably all due to the crossed-wires that occurred when the Courts started to see Freemen-on-the-Land. And the Courts did not know how to react. And are slowly coming to terms with Freemen”. (That’s paraphrasing, not a direct quote … but that’s more-or-less what he said).

4. Another tasty bit is when he tells Guy that he is going to refuse Guy’s application to have Nadeem Khan summonsed. It has been explained to Cadbury that, if he refuses to ‘do his duty’, then he [Cadbury] leaves himself open to prosecution. He says “I may go to prison for this, but I’m going to have to refuse this application … at this time. However, I do understand that – at a different time – you [Guy] may very well be right. I feel you should appeal my decision, because it would make quite a good Test Case”. (Once again, paraphrasing, listen to it yourself … at the end).
Breathtaking stuff. And there were other bits, which I’ll remember when I analyse the recording properly. (It’s very long … nearly 2 hours, including the 20-minute ‘retirement’ in between).

The matters dealt with were (in order):

A. The so-called ‘motoring offence’. Result: Adjournment due to the fact that the Witness Statement starts: “On the 11th January, 2012 …”. There is a delicious moment when Cadbury reads this out, and says “Oh … that’s a good start!”. The Police Constable who wrote that statement will now have to appear in person. Guy is looking forward – with considerable glee – to this. (We were told, by the Inspector, that this Constable’s hair started falling out when Guy sent him a bill for £1,000 for the original arrest!)

B. The failed Bankruptcy Petition .vs. Guy’s application for Irregular Distress. Guy says that – since the Council withdrew at the last moment, Guy is prepared to withdraw his petition. Result: All costs ‘mirrored’ … so no-one pays anyone anything (But Note: GUY HAS A LIEN ON THE BARRISTER!). There is quite a delicious moment when the Barrister has waffled on about her costs, and how Guy wasn’t ‘distressed’ because they didn’t send Bailiffs … just went straight for bankruptcy (in her little world that, presumably, doesn’t count as distressful) and Cadbury turns to Guy and says “Well, Guy, you must have had costs, as well, surely …”

C. The Old Railway Sidings (the bit Guy still owns): Result: The Council told to re-value & re-bill. The Barrister’s costs were dismissed.

D. Bodenham Manor Restaurant … which hasn’t been a restaurant for years, and for which the Council are claiming Business Rates. Result: Subject to Appeal on actual Rateable Value (domestic … affectively just floor space).

E. Judge Cadbury was given chapter & verse on why this Court – and ALL Administrative Courts – carry no authority/force of Law. He didn’t really argue, except to say that he considered his Oath of Office entitled him to BOTH Common Law & Statute jurisdiction (BUT HE ADMITTED HE MIGHT BE WRONG!). Interestingly, Cadbury did ‘twig’ that – having declared the Court invalid, Guy then attempted to utilise it. Cadbury said “It seems you are happy to consider this Court lawful, when it suits you”. This was, of course, very astute, and very true. Guy’s response was equally valid, astute, and true: “You, yourselves, utilise this Court when it suits you, and then dip straight into Common Law when it suits you – by threatening Contempt of Court – which is a Common Law misdemeanour. So I’m only doing what you do!”. Judge Cadbury had no answer to that, and seemed content to carry on with the situation being described thereafter as ‘hybrid’.
During this hearing, Cadbury called Guy “Guy” … never once calling him “Mr. Taylor” (this Judge had obviously been prepped by Roger Harris, the Clerk of the Court!).

During the Hearing, Guy swigged from a bottle of Coca-Cola, and no-one said a word.

During the Hearing, the Barrister continually tried to bring up/mention the “Common Law Liens” … hoping (one presumes) to get a reaction from the Judge. (Guy has one against her, personally). Not once did the Judge react in the matter of the Liens. He treated it totally matter-of-fact. Presumably she was trying to prod Judge Cadbury to say that Guy’s Lien against her carries no force in Law (she obviously doesn’t know). To her obvious disappointment, he didn’t say a word."

Freemen (and ultimately, everyone else) owe a huge debt of thanks to Guy, and to Veronica: Chapman. These brave souls are pioneers and as we all know, pioneering is not the safest occupation. We lose more than we win, but once Judge Cadbury starts to promulgate his findings in this case, the judiciary in the UK will be rudely awoken, possibly for the first time ever.

This is an earth-shattering advancement for Freemen. My mission, if I am lucky enough to end up in a court, is to do for Lawful Rebellion what Guy did for Freemen.

I don't think so.

I have long said that MPs are infantile. No surprise there, considering that they live entirely in a world of their own, with no responsible adult supervising them.

Like infants, when they don't get their own way, they have tantrums.

Read this piece on the bullies in Westmonster and tell me I'm wrong.

"Amid reports that up to 100 rebel Conservative MPs may defy the Prime Minister, there were claims that some had been subjected to a number of threats by Mr McLoughlin to make them toe the line.

According to one MP, ex-miner Mr McLoughlin was overheard shouting at a rebel MP: ‘This is not the f****** Oxford Union. This is not some f****** sixth-form debating society. This is the bloody House of Commons.’

Other threats allegedly included:

Banning MPs having extra time off at Christmas.
Giving their seat to a rival MP.
A four-year veto on becoming a Minister.

The alleged threats were revealed as David Cameron faced his most serious Commons revolt since winning the Election.

He is expected to win tomorrow’s Commons vote on whether to let the public decide on staying in the EU. But he may pay a heavy price."

How, in their world, are they acting in the best interests of those that put them in these well paid jobs?

Read the whole thing and weep, as you learn what the EU has cost us in money alone. Forget the plethora of new legislation, thousands of regulations, and the loss of sovereignty, but wonder instead, at the stupidity of those we elected that allowed this to happen.

Cameron Demands EU Referendum

He demanded it right up to the time he moved into No 10. A couple of slaps from the true wielders of power, and he changed his tune.

He is a liar.

However the government has now switched the date of the vote to this Monday 24th October after ministers were worried about the huge number of people the People’s Pledge would be able to mobilise to lobby Parliament.This is an outrageous attempt to stifle debate and peaceful protest.
