Friday Funnies

An odd week.

I resigned from my job on Tuesday. I am running away to join a different circus. There will be plenty of travel, but this time it will be to the former Soviet countries, and Europe. I will miss Africa, but I look forward to seeing new places and people. I'll let you know how that goes.

As usual, most of the images below were nicked from here and there. Mostly twitter, as it happens, and the usual caveat applies: if you recognise anything of yours here, we extend our thanks.

Christian bale spotted at a farm in Yorkshire...

Chemtrails are now coming from some unusual sources.

Words fail me. Pick your own caption for this one.

Mass panic in Dundee when they learn pasties are to go up by 50p.

Police brutality reaches new highs in Leeds.

No words needed, from me.

Look at the tits on this.

The obligatory willy joke.

And finally......

Have a great weekend,

Western Roman Law

For many of us, the rabbit hole is deep, and it twists and turns and gets ever more complicated.

It is time then, for a simple explanation.

Frank O'Collins does exactly that.

Here is Part 1, but for Parts 2, 3, and 4 I'd like you to scoot over to our pal The Escapee to complete your basic education. Many thanks for the find, my friend. I have listened to several TalkShoes given by Frank. They usually arrive in my CR inbox courtesy of another blog stalwart, TSL. (EDIT: I hope you will forgive me TSL. I just spotted that you sent me the links to Franks videos on Friday. The email went to my spam folder for some reason).

It is good to put a face to the name, at last.

Regular readers will hear a lot of the stuff that I talk about here.

Things like:

The Papal Bulls- Unum Sanctum of 1302, Romanus Pontifex of 1455, Aeterni Regis of 1481, Convocation of 1537.

Cestui Que Vie of 1666 (although not a Bull it is hugely important and if read and understood, it would show you how they have entrapped and enslaved us all. Until we say different, of course).

In these Bulls you will discover that you are chattel. You are a thing. You are an animal. You are an imbecile. You are a child. You are incompetent. You are a slave.

Not very nice to learn, but learn it you must. Once you understand how they view you, you can fight back. Frank offers invaluable tips on how to do just that.

You now have two choices:

1. Study, and do something about all this (Few will do this)

2. Stick your fingers in your ears and go back to sleep (Most will do this)

As Frank says, repeatedly, all of this is in plain sight. It is accessible. All of it.

Except, that is, those original Papal Bulls. We can never see the originals because they are written on the skin of a child. (Christianity: isn't it just lovely?). The Bulls are buried deep in the vaults at the Vatican and they will almost certainly never see the light of day. These...people are monstrous. These old Bulls control your life absolutely. The end game is of course, the eternal battle for your soul. I intend to hang onto mine. What about you?

I can write on this subject for days on end, but it is more important that you see it, hear it, and understand it for yourselves.

Do your self a favour: watch all four videos.

The Masturbator

This came to me (no pun intended) from my good pal Crazy Daisy.

I thought it might cheer you up on a Monday morning.

The image will not load so pop along to this site to see what all the fuss was about.

Thanks to Jason we can now show you the police response:

Please note that the word 'illegal' is not used once. In fact, it was not used a total of seven times in the same letter.

Calling All Skypers.

You might want to uninstall that Skype software toot sweet.

I don't use it myself. The quality over my broadband connection is shite. But if I was looking for another reason to distance myself from the state, here it bloody well is.

Worried yet?

Maybe you just scanned the piece and missed this:

"Lawful Interception means that government agencies can, without your permission, begin tracking your Skype conversations. Calls can be covertly recorded and used against you in any circumstance. It is legal, it is frightening and it is coming to a voice over IP application near you."

"If you are feeling powerless, join the club. You could uninstall Skype, because it remains one of the best, if not the best, VOIP application. After years of use, are we now expected to sit back and relax as our privacy is invaded? India is not as impartial as I am and have warned Skype that if it does not fix its laws relating to Legal Interception then Skype will risk being blocked in India; as this is a market of 1.2-billion potential users, Microsoft will have to work hard to please the Indian telecommunication committees and remain in its good graces.

Legal Interception is not only pervasive in Skype, but will soon be in your email accounts too. The Egyptian government, famous for breaking the privacy laws of its citizens, recently ended a five-month trial of the Legal Interception application in conjunction with Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo and various other webmail providers. The software then has the further option of planting its own version of a Trojan horse executable which can be passed on to any computer via social sharing, or portable drives. In yet another irritating blow, Legal Interception will also allow targeted ads based on our user preferences to invade our screens."

The internet is a double-edged sword. We all know that 98% of it is pure shite. It is mostly made up of scams, trolls, advertising, viruses and cats. But that other 2% is pure gold. It's those sites that you can use to research almost anything. It's YouTube. It's Netflix. It's Film4. It's those bloggers and tweeters that open a new window for you to look through. They give us a different aspect to mull over. New ideas to consider. Mostly, they give us the news in an unsanitised, unbiased way. If they do have a political point to make, they tell us up front. Not only do they allow us to make up our own minds, they allow us a voice. If we agree, or disagree, they provide the white space for us to post our own opinions and thoughts.

One factoid I am fond of telling people is this: it took the Americans just over 200 years to fill the Library of Congress with knowledge. Today, using the internet, we can amass the same amount of knowledge in 11 minutes. It is a fantastic tool. It liberated many of us in many different ways and it freed us from the staid opinions and slanted reporting of the dead tree press. It has, for instance, allowed me to be a home worker since 2003. No traffic, no road rage, no wasted commute, no pumping tons of carcinogens into the air for other suckers to breathe in.

But for every Yin there's a Yang. For every receive there's a transmit. Governments, be they conservative, labour, or communist, seek to trap our conversations, our emailings, and I suppose, our very thoughts as well. What may be (to you) an innocent chat with your pal down the road, at the other end of the country or indeed, on the other side of the world, when transcribed-context free-it can look like a very different thing. Then? Dawn fucking raids as they come to snatch you away, lock you up, and interrogate you until they are satisfied that you weren't plotting their downfall after all?

Mistakes will be made. Innocent men and women will be taken away for questioning. Lives will be ruined by scurrilous accusations. The lawyers will grow rich and fat defending or prosecuting these people for daring to have a spoken or written conversation. This is pre-crime in all but name. Mark my words.

And if they intend to log all those calls and emails from the private, what will they do with us bloggers in the public? Some of the stuff I have published or linked to here is far more explosive than two wannabe jihadi having a chat. They have the potential to bring down a building. Studied and practised correctly, this stuff has the potential to bring them all down. From the monarch to the lowly street bobby, and everyone in between. When the UK realises, finally, that they have absolutely no power of us whatsoever, the jig really is up.

In the meantime, the real bad guys, will surely (if they don't already) avoid Skype and email like genital warts. If I was plotting something bad, the very last thing I would do is trust Yahoo or Gmail with my intentions. But that doesn't matter to them, because they simply have to know everything.

I guess my days are numbered. We need to find a new way to communicate. This one is borked.

That mystical, mythical place, Off-Grid, is looking more and more attractive by the hour.

Who needs SkyNet when the very companies we trust with our communications are in league with the devil?

Fuck 'em. Fuck 'em all.

PS-Tip of the beret to my old mate JB for the find.

Remember The Wurzels?

Guest post from Gaius.

I am a Cider Drinker,
I drinks it all of the day,
I am a Cider Drinker,
it soothes all me troubles away,
Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay, Ooh arrh, ooh arrh ay

I like cider, there is nothing better than sitting in the garden on a hot summers day with a few friends and putting the world to rights with some decent scrumpy. But however drunk I may get it won't smooth away my troubles due to the fact that a bunch of scum sucking politicians wish to tax me into penury and control my every move.

I am, of course, talking about today's hair brained scheme to have minimum pricing for alcohol.

Firstly, there is simply no problem, we drink now less than we did ten years ago and the police already have adequate laws with which to arrest drunks with.

Secondly, the introduction of minimum pricing IS the thin end of the wedge as the usual suspects will clamour for it to be raised in the following years.

Thirdly, both coalition parties opposed it when the SNP tried to introduce it into Scotland last year. So why the change of heart?

However, I must point out that it won't affect me, I'm going to start making my own cider.

I also swear that from this day on I will never again buy alcohol if there is any tax included in the price and this won't stop me drinking whatever and when ever I want.

Lastly I will leave you with this thought, the reason prohibition ended in America is because ordinary people simply ignored the law and wouldn't vote for the killjoys.

I'll drink to that.

And We're The GOOD Guys??

If this footage doesn't disturb you, you are Borg.

The psychopaths you elected did this.

The tax you pay provides the bombs and the bullets.

By continuing to provide the psychopaths with funds, you are breaking international law. You are as culpable as they are.

Withhold your taxes. Starve the beast. Stop voting for them.

It really is time to end this.

Friday Funnies

An abysmal week.

More good lives lost in Afghanistan, a very bad man in Toulouse accepting delivery of over 300 rounds, and those greedy, useless MPs grabbing what they can off the defenceless. All in all, pretty shit.

Let's see the week out with a chuckle. All pics were nicked from Twitter over the last few days. If you recognise anything, I thank you, as do my loyal readers.

Here we go:

They are going straight to hell. Probably.

This toad turns up only rarely in Wastemonster. Maybe we should make her an MP.......

The Loin King?

Speling fale?

Now he too, can boldly go...

That's all folks.

Have a lovely weekend.

Know Thy Master

Some of you will be surprised to learn who that actually is.

And if you didn't like that one, you will like this even less. Particularly if you are an American.

If it worries you that the Vatican is central to it all, stop worrying. Even the queen swears fealty to the pope*.

*Need proof? Look here. It's in the first paragraph.

We are all enslaved by the Vatican.

Smashing, eh?

EDIT: This just in from my friend Bob.

"Just a few of points to bear in mind. Treason is an offence against the Crown. With the signing up to the Treaty of Rome the Queen and her then government agreed to the surrender the supremacy of the Crown and the sovereign independence of the nation to the Franco German Axis then known as the European Economic Community. The Crown is supreme or it is nothing at all. As Parliament draws its legitimacy from the Crown it follows that Parliament is now an independent albeit unlawful institution and as such is no longer under national constraint or law as the supremacy of our law now lies with the European Commission.
As the Queen is no longer sovereign monarch  but a citizen of the Franco German Axis now known as the EU along with all British nationals no one is any longer subject to Crown constraint. The police forces, like Parliament are now independent bodies employed by Parliament which funds and services them with monies fraudulently obtained from the public by bogus tax demands, bogus because Parliament no longer has legitimacy. Thus has been the progression towards placing the police in the hands of private speculators and out of the control and influence of the people.
All of this was achieved by those in political power including the people's elected Monarch by simply ignoring lawful constitutional constraint and fooling the people into believing that the Crown and the office of the Monarch still existed by charades of historic pageantry and pretences such as the Queens Diamond Jubilee. As for the Constitution the offenders now claim that we do not have a constitution and doubtless in their eyes we do not. Parliament now gives no more than a pretence of lip service to the authority of national institutions sufficient to prevent confrontation on a national scale.
A few points to bear in mind.
a. There can be no treason against a crown that no longer exists.
b. There can be no sovereign head of state in a nation which is no longer sovereign.
c.  There can be no official governor of a nation that is no longer self governing.
d.  Laws which are subordinate to superior laws cannot be binding.
e. There can be no effective national constitution of a nation that is under the political control of an outside superior authority.
All officialdom in this country is under the absolute control of the Franco German Axis. Treason as we understand it now means nothing to official bodies such as Parliament and the police, therefore references made to it are meaningless. The bottom line is we the people elected the Queen as official Governor of the nation and placed the nation's lawful institutions in her hands and under her protection. Not only is the Queen in dereliction of her sworn obligation to uphold and protect our national institutions, she has been complicit in the destruction of their lawful authority. According to our common law Constitution and its lawful constraints, this nation is about the people and their elected monarch to whom all our national institutions are subordinate and so through the people's monarch to the people. If the nation is to be saved, as at the time of Charles 1st and Charles 2nd the woman now merely posing as our monarch for political expediency must be removed and the people must then choose and elect a new monarch. If this is not done and soon the Franco German Axis will be obliged to create its own laws of treason and sedition to protect its supremacy of rule, laws that would be upheld and maintained by a police force employed and controlled by unelected bodies of European totalitarian persuasion."

This note refers to a bigger conversation but for now, this is all I can reproduce.

Food for thought.

Strategy and Tactics

Does anyone remember these feckless scum? What about this useless waste of space?

Do people like this make you angry? Does it boil your piss that these scroungers are being feather bedded with your taxes as a matter of deliberate govt policy.

I'm not angry, in fact it makes me happy because it tells me that our side, the side that want minuscule taxes, dwarf govt and midget rules and regulations cannot lose. Big govt, by its very nature sows the seeds of its own destruction.

Want proof? Let me ask you a question. Why do the barbarian dictators in Beijing prop up the regieme in North Korea?

The answer of course, is that they have to. If the peasants were pushed too hard they would simply rebel and that includes all the lower ranks in the army. The chinks would be faced with turmoil next door and several million refugees overrunning the border.

But I digress, lets get back to the workshy moochers. They give us the first plank of our strategy, lets follow their example by taking as much money from the govt as possible.

1. Claim as much as possible. Even if you don't think you are eligible claim anyway because there are so many benefits available and nobody but a real expert knows the fine details of them all. You never know, the bureaucrats might make a mistake in your favour.
2. Allied to #1 pay as little tax as possible. Starve the beast. Sell the second car and walk or bike to work. About 65% of the cost of a litre of petrol is tax, either fuel duty or VAT. When was the last time you paid 50p per litre which is what unleaded would cost with no tax. Get your fags from abroad or from white van man and deprive the govt of £5.25 of the usual £6.50 for a packet of 20. Interestingly, tobacco tax raises over £8bn for the govt but even the most optimistic figures the NHS puritans can come up with show that smoking costs the NHS only £2bn a year. Fancy a tipple, again, booze cruise or brew your own.
3. Make common cause with likely allies. Smokers, drinkers and shooters are natural allies and should be courted. Don't let the state divide and rule.
4. Send them to Coventry. If you have any civil servants as personal friends explain to them how they are providing succour to the enemy. Ostracism is a powerful weapon to use on a social species like us.
5. Deprogram your kids from the brainwashing they receive from the state.

We must remember that they only control us because we let them but there are many things we can do to simply walk away from the state.

I've started, have YOU?

Monday Fail-The Police Chat

OK, so I tried and tried and tried to get hold of West Yorkshire police. I have now lost count of the number of numbers I was given to call, and the number of times I called the numbers I was given to call.

They are either staggeringly busy or staggeringly busy with tea and biscuits.

Whatever, they are very difficult to get hold of, but by some miracle, I managed it.

The conversation went something like this:

Me: You have incorrectly sent me a NIP. The reference number is C-blah de blah.

West Yorkshire Police: Let's have a look. Those cameras are rarely wrong, you know.

Me: I'd be amazed if they were right this time. (I describe my car & colour, then point out the car & colour in the "evidence").

WYP: Yes, I see that you live in Aberdeenshire. Were you visiting Bradford?

Me: Nope. Look at the picture.

WYP: What is your registration number?

Me: Same as in your NIP. Look at the picture.

WYP: Address?

Me: Same as in your NIP. Look at the picture.

WYP: You keep saying that. Just hang on while I.....oh. I see. This is not yours at all. The camera misread the number plate.

Me: I kind of figured that out for myself.

WYP: Well, we are so sorry. Really, really sorry. You must have been quite stressed out all weekend!

Me: No, not really. Just stunned at your working hours, and staggered at how difficult it is to actually talk to a man or a woman at your HQ.

WYP: I really must say we are very, very sorry about this.

Me: Happens a lot then?

WYP: More than you would believe.

Me: I thought you said it was a rare event?

WYP: We-ell...very sorry.

Me: Can you send me some paperwork to close this mistake off? I don't wish to be pounced on when I'm not expecting it.

WYP: Ha ha! Don't worry, I'll send something in the post now. We are sorry.

Me: Yes, you said that. Thank you for your assistance. Bye bye now.

I hope the real "offender" challenges them. The pictures are pathetic. The number plate is just about the only thing that cannot be made out. Unless they have specialist software. The error in the end? They read a Y instead of a P.

Peoples Public Trust

And other subjects.

I have seen a few of Darren's videos in the past and I think his approach is pretty unique. Like the videos we have seen Dean Clifford present, Darren has a different take on Freemen/Sovereignty and wonders if we overlook the fact that it is a standard human opening our notices and affidavits and that they are confused by the language and the tone we use. The odds on your stuff arriving with the right man/woman and being understood completely are pretty remote. What can we do to change that? After all, (as we have discovered), most people think that everything is tickety-boo. We are the oddballs for daring to point out some dreadful inconsistencies. We are the trouble-makers, we are the boat-rockers, but do we ever take the time to explain why we are so angry or disappointed, or why we feel deceived by a patently corrupt system?

Perhaps not. Perhaps we don't tell our story well.

This has not escaped me, but when you get a well-crafted notice ignored, (but never rebutted), we tend to blame the machine. Should we attempt to make it easier for the operators of the machine to understand why we do what we do? Will it help?

These, and many other fascinating insights are contained in the video. Make time to listen if you can.

The Taxman Is Aware...

...of something.

Check this out.

Note that this instruction does not say any of the methods used are illegal or unlawful. You'd imagine that if you were telling your staff why people are refusing (conditionally) to pay various taxes you would at least explain why they could not refuse to pay.

Force is all they have. Force does not equal right. Force is not authority. Force is not proof. Force is simply...force.

They refer in the training instruction to "obscure" laws. The Bills of Exchange Act has been in place since 1832 (with a revision in 1882) and, I can confirm, they use legislation that goes back hundreds of years, so why pick out one "obscure" piece of legislation?

Could it be that it suits them to do so?

Also, they refer to laws emerging from the Nuremberg Trials as obscure? Those laws that clearly state that providing funds for an invading army is abhorrent, illegal and unlawful? For this reason alone all taxes should be withheld, and it can be done morally, legally and lawfully.

This short instruction raises more questions than it answers.

Have a shufty and let me know what you think stands out. There are a few anomalies.

Oh, and just in case Mr Taxman is wondering WHY we think they (the government) are out of control, this might just explain things.

Angry yet?

Then do something.

PS-Tip of the beret to the poster on TPUC who trawled the HMRC site and found the instruction.

Pensions Plunder

No, I'm not talking about Robert Maxwell or even about the Equitable Life fiasco, I mean, of course the state Old Age Pension ponzi scheme. Firstly, there is no pension fund, money paid today goes directly to today's retirees and secondly, the demographic time bomb will force fewer workers to support ever more old people.

Imagine that someone leaves school at the age of 18, works 49 years, and retires at the age of 67 when the Old Age Pension kicks in. Also imagine that they earn the median wage of £18,000 a year.

They will be entitled to a basic state pension of £97.65 a week for a single person.

Now imagine that the same person, instead of paying National Insurance contributions of £112 per month had invested this in the stock market (assuming the long-term average return of 10% and inflation of 5%) they would build up a fund of £273,000 which (assuming a yield of 4%) would pay out £10,920 a year or £210 a week.

Now let me ask you a question, which would you rather have for your retirement, £97 from the states Ponzi scheme or £210 from your own efforts?

Please note that I have not included Employers NI contributions which for someone on £18,000 is about £130 a month, if this was also included in your own savings (and why shouldn’t it be, your employer already pays it out) would produce a fund of £591,000 which would pay out £23,600 a year or £454 a week.

But wait, it’s better than that. Not only do you get £450 a week you also get to give £591 grand to your kids when you die, try doing that with the state pension.

But wait, I still haven't finished. Because this £454 a week is dividend income you don't even have to pay any Income Tax on it. It comes with a notional tax credit which is deemed to satisfy any income tax liability for basic rate taxpayers.

Are you angry yet? It is about time that ordinary people realised just how much the state is fucking them over.

Friday Fail-Police Edition

Just got in from work to find a Notice of Intended Prosecution for speeding.

Before you all shout "Not again, Ranty!", I should point out a few anomalies.

1. At the time of the offence, (06:56 AM) I was creasing the sheets.

2. The conveyance "named" in the NIP was parked in my driveway.

3. The offence took place over 335 miles away in Bradford. (I am 50-odd miles north of Aberdeen).

4. Having followed the link in the NIP, and having examined the photographic evidence, I see that the conveyance involved is dark blue or black.

5. My conveyance is very light blue. Grey, almost.

6. The conveyance involved is a three door hatch.

7. My conveyance is a four door saloon.

I have tried to contact the West Yorkshire rozzers but they knock off early on Fridays. Either someone else has the same number plates or their camera is on the fritz.

Oh, and I won't be filling in this form either. Nowhere on the form is there a space for me to explain that they have the wrong guy. It simply assumes guilt.

I'll give them a call on Monday.

Have a great weekend all.

Introducing Gaius

I'd like to introduce our first regular guest blogger.

Gaius and I have been trading emails over the last few days and he has suggested that I share the load somewhat. He said it might be good to open the floor up and have a few more contributors, and I thought it was a great idea. Lately I have been feeling a bit like the Beeb: repeats, repeats, repeats. Sometimes, hearing the same thing said differently starts to resonate, and besides, I am lucky to have some of the brightest and sharpest minds as readers and commenters. It is only right to offer them the space to jot down their thoughts and get some feedback from us all.

If you have an article you want to write, please drop me a line. There are no rules or regulations. As long as the central theme is freedom it is almost guaranteed an airing. (I say "almost" in case your freedom demand involves goats, whipped cream, a midget and a camcorder).

Here then, is the first post from Gaius.

The first time I said NO.

Its difficult saying no, after all we are brought up not to be rude by our parents and its simply not the done thing to be deliberately bolshie. It becomes easier if its not face to face. We also know in the back of our mind that we are dealing with a powerful organisation that can seriously fuck up our lives.

But we have to start somewhere so simply pick your battle with care. If its the first time best not to start with the tax inspector or plod. The first time I said no was about ten or twelve years ago at my local hospital. I gave my name and address to the receptionist and then she asked for my racial group. She was middle aged and I didn't want to be rude so I simply said in a polite voice "no thanks".

Now let me tell you what happened. I wasn't hit by a bolt of lightening for daring to confront the state. The ground didn't open up and swallow me and I didn't get set upon by a gang of thugs in uniform. the receptionist looked up, looked me directly in the eye and said "I quite agree, I don't think they should ask it in the first place".

I deprived the state of some information, I provided reinforcement to the receptionist that her view was correct and I grew in confidence.

I now say no regularly.

I have three children and a couple of years ago ago pulled my children out of school to go on holiday (they all go to state schools, their education wasn't going to suffer). I went to the schools and told them when my kids would be off. They all produced forms for me to fill in which I refused. One thick as pigshit jobsworth whined "It won't be authorised". I replied "You don't seem to understand, I'm not asking for your permission, I'm telling you what's going to happen. I have authorised it".

If you think the state is too big, is too regulating and taxes too much, start to fight back.

Say no. Say no regularly. Say no with confidence. So no with pride.

And it does have an effect. Look how many refused the census.

Here is the problem.

(It is a long video. Watch it, or don't. Learn from it, or don't).

Here is the solution.

(Same rules apply).

We have been fooled for hundreds of years.

Unfool yourself.

March 12, 2012

This blog will be on hiatus for a short while.

Recent developments/events/comments have had me thinking harder than usual. In response to my "Where To From Here" post, many of you have written in with suggestions.

It is these suggestions that are uppermost on my feeble mind at the moment and some decisions need to be taken.

One thing is certain: after almost 1,000 posts and your corresponding 15,000 comments, we have learnt a great deal from each other. I am wondering how much more of the story there is to tell? How many more times can I say the same thing and retain the same impact? How many more times do you need to hear it? How many times is enough?

We know now that the system is broken working perfectly. In the main, we do as we are told by the inept and the corrupt. And in the main, life trundles on. I have no real sense of ego, and I do not see what I am doing as "ground-breaking". Thousands, possibly millions of people have bucked the system in the past. They were either ignored, or they were.....dealt with. I have no fear of the system, and it is this declaration that may be most worrisome to them. I don't particularly care how it makes them feel. But what I have come to grips with just recently is the sheer scale of the deception and I have also come to realise, belatedly, that I am a gnat attacking a rhinoceros. A swift flick of the rhino's ear and I cease to disturb him, but if there were one million gnats buzzing around around him they would drive him insane, eventually. We just haven't reached that tipping point yet.

In the past I have often written that we should only pick fights we are confident that we can win. I remain confident that the wheels are coming off, they loosen more with each passing day and I shall remain eternally grateful that I am not one of the psychopathic elites. Their undoing is in sight and even though I am not a vengeful man, I hope their ending is painful and sustained.

There is much to cogitate so I will be busy with that for a while.

Please do not imagine, even for a second, that I am giving up. I am not. I am merely re-strategising.

Your thoughts, as always, are most welcome.

Nothing To Hide, Eh?

Too bad if you did. It won't stop them. Nothing will.

That slippery slope just became a cliff.

Naturally, it is all fear driven.......

They say they have to watch 62 million so that they can catch a couple of dozen bad guys. Sledgehammer and nut, anyone?

First The Law, Now Money.

This week, due to prevailing circumstances, we have been looking at the judiciary. We have discovered that it is fundamentally flawed. Catastrophically flawed, some would say, (I am one of those), and it needs immediate repair.

You may be forgiven for thinking that all is normal, but it isn't.

That other 'prime mover', money, is also fundamentally, catastrophically, flawed. In days of yore and stuff, money was backed by gold, and this system worked very well for a very long time. Nowadays, money is magicked out of thin air. Many, many people think that I am making this stuff up.

I'm not.

I have tried to explain the concept before but I don't think I could ever explain it in three minutes and convince people.

Watch this 3 minute video from the good people over at Positive Money and if you like it, (or even if you have doubts), try to find 20 minutes to listen to this from what is surely the most wide-awake of politicians.

As I keep saying: the judiciary today bears no resemblance to what should be in place, money is in similar dire straits, and it needs to be fixed.

It cannot, and will not, be fixed until enough of us realise that it is broken.

Please share these links with people you think may be nudged awake after viewing them.

Have a good weekend.

Oops! I forgot a tip of the beret to my old pal Trooper Thompson for the find. Thanks TT.

Where To, From Here?

Folks, I find myself in need of guidance.

It's an odd request, coming from someone who bangs on all the time about YOU needing to take action. I make no apologies for that, I am just a man, after all, and none of us are infallible. None of us knows everything.

I'll build up to the request only after stating some given facts.

We know, don't we, that the system is broken? We know that the monarch has signed (or had signed on her behalf) many thousands of pieces of legislation that run contrary to our (largely) unwritten constitution. We know also that one David Cameron has violated his own oath of office. As you will see, he is a member of the Privy Council (more formally known as the Cabinet) and his oath, along with others, is as follows:

"You do swear by Almighty God to be a true and faithful Servant unto the Queen's Majesty, as one of Her Majesty's Privy Council. You will not know or understand of any manner of thing to be attempted, done, or spoken against Her Majesty's Person, Honour, Crown, or Dignity Royal, but you will lett and withstand the same to the uttermost of your Power, and either cause it to be revealed to Her Majesty Herself, or to such of Her Privy Council as shall advertise Her Majesty of the same. You will, in all things to be moved, treated, and debated in Council, faithfully and truly declare your Mind and Opinion, according to your Heart and Conscience; and will keep secret all Matters committed and revealed unto you, or that shall be treated of secretly in Council. And if any of the said Treaties or Counsels shall touch any of the Counsellors, you will not reveal it unto him, but will keep the same until such time as, by the Consent of Her Majesty, or of the Council, Publication shall be made thereof. You will to your uttermost bear Faith and Allegiance unto the Queen's Majesty; and will assist and defend all Jurisdictions, Pre-eminences, and Authorities, granted to Her Majesty, and annexed to the Crown by Acts of Parliament, or otherwise, against all Foreign Princes, Persons, Prelates, States, or Potentates. And generally in all things you will do as a faithful and true Servant ought to do to Her Majesty. So help you God."

There we have it. It's right there in the second-to-last line. In effect "Do not give other states or individuals any power over the British people". So why does he, and his cronies, continue to bend over and give away our sovereignty to the EU? Everything they do in this regard is done in plain sight.I do not need a tin-foil hat, just the ability to read documents held in the public domain. There is nothing conspiratorial about this.

I'm a foundation kind of guy. If the supporting structure is good, then we have something we can rely on. Above ground, it is mostly decoration. It's a small thing, and it can be changed, added to, updated or torn down, as long as the replacement does the same job or better. If the foundation is faulty, the whole building will, at some point, come crashing down. I think we may be almost at that point now, and I am at a bit of a loss.

As we all saw this week, my experience at the court was not a successful one. As we near the dates to try out the various theories at our disposal, only one thing (for me) is certain: they will not listen.

Logic dictates that if the monarch, and her Privy Councillors, are at fault, then so is the judiciary. Follow it through:

1. The monarch has broken her contract with the people
2. The prime minister is colluding with her, or against her
3. If the monarch has violated her oath, she cannot be said to be the Fount of Justice
4. The judiciary are equally powerless

The net result?

Chaos. They lose a gigantic revenue stream. The people (knowing that they cannot be "punished") reject all decisions made by this faux court system. In my case there was no victim. No-one suffered a loss as a result of my alleged speeding on that road. No-one was harmed. Yet they will move heaven and earth to get some money from me and some points on my license. (I care about neither of those things. They will not affect my life in a meaningful way). BUT, even if you have killed, robbed, raped or ripped someone off, they still have no authority to punish you. That most basic tenet-the monarchs authority, devolved to them, no longer exists-so the judges and the sheriffs and the magistrates are rendered impotent.

It affects many thousands of people. The police have no authority. The armed forces have no authority. All the barristers, lawyers, paralegals, court recorders, and associated men or women in the legal industry are out of work. Today. Every man or woman gaoled since Madge took office is free to walk out. Everyone who was ever fined requires repayment.

There are some very powerful reasons to maintain the status quo. However corrupted it has become.

There is enough data here and elsewhere to satisfy my claims. Go look. Dig out the information from other sources. Come back and tell me I am wrong.

Generations of MPs meddled. They interfered with a system that did have authority. Yes, they pumped out Act after Act, and until 1972, it seemed reasonable to do so. Now? We are under the yoke of an unelected EU. We (they) have to tug a forelock whenever the von Rumpoy's or the Barroso's speak. Remember that over 80% of those 4,062 new "crimes" and Statutory Instruments enacted in 2011 originated in Brussels.

The Mother of all Parliaments is dead. And with it, any legality or force it may have once commanded. They are no more than sock-puppets, dancing to the tune of the unaccountable.

The queen, once much loved and much respected, has made a grave error. She trusted "her parliament" to do the right thing. They did not. The poison was administered from within, and as a result of the Parliament Act 1911, (before her time, I freely admit), Assent is now granted automatically. That was the mistake. All things lead backwards to that event. That is what we need to undo to make this right.

The question, (one I have asked so many times), is, what do we do?

Do I continue to fight against the broken justice system alone, or do I discard my little skirmish and focus instead on the war?

I am ready to ramp up my offensive, but I need your help. I'd like us to mount a campaign to spread the word that all is not rosy in the garden, and that to continue to ignore it does us all a disservice. I'd like us to bombard MPs with information, and a demand to correct the errors made. Swamp the civil servants with FOI's that make them weep with despair, as we insist on the right, timely answer to our questions.

The alternative is to turn up the TV, lay in a six-pack, do everything I am told to do, and forget everything I have learned in the last four or five years. You will need to do the same.

As always, I am wide open to suggestions. I am lucky in that I have some of the brightest minds commenting here, and I would welcome your thoughts. I would also welcome your deeds. I know that many of you are not yet in a position to be "in their face", but your intelligence can still be used to get us where we need to be.

The floor, she is yours.

First Taste Of Scottish Justice

Just back from the JPs court. What a shambles.

They called my case number and my name, I just stood up and walked to the microphone.

The Procurator Fiscals Depute asks "Are you still at this address?" (She reads out the address) I didn't move a muscle or say a word. (I didn't really have time).

She immediately turned to the JP sat on the throne behind her and all I heard her say was "...this is the one that...".

JP says to me: "Are you pleading guilty or not guilty?"

Me: "I am not pleading anything".

JP: "You have to plead one way or the other".

Me: "How can I plead when I have seen no evidence? All I have from the PF is words on a bit of paper."

JP: "You have to plead".

Me: "I can't plead either way until I have seen the evidence against me. Where is the photographic evidence?

My jaw nearly dropped when I heard him mutter "Irrelevant" or "Not relevant", then slightly louder, "Do you think you are guilty or not guilty?"

Me: "Based on the lack of evidence here today I would say I am not guilty".

JP: "Very good. Come back here on the x July for an Intermediate Diet at 10 am. Trial is set for xx July. Next case!"

Me: "Can I ask a question?"

JP: "No. We're done".

So I left.

Is that what passes for justice? The whole event took less than a minute.

I sat through around 40 other cases and I have to say that the JP was remarkably fair. Some people really did strain belief that they had "turned their lives around" and he admonished a few, but fined the majority. The average fine was £200 and some of them pay it off at £10 a fortnight. One guy who pleaded guilty to travelling at 82mph in a 60mph zone got fined £60 and 3 penalty points. I counted up to about £6,000 before I got bored with it. I don't imagine any of them rushing to pay their fines.

I dressed well, but no-one else appearing before him made any effort whatsoever. Raggy jeans, hoodies, and sweat pants were the order of the day. Drugs, theft, driving without insurance, benefit cheats, drunken behaviour and a couple of other misdemeanour's were heard. One guy appeared from custody, thinking he was getting out today, but he had committed some offence whilst out on bail. The JP listened to the guys lawyer for a minute then said "Seven days. Take him out".

All quite bizarre if you haven't seen it before.

So now I have to get my thinking head on. I need to find out what this diet is all about. I'm partial to bacon butties. And chips. I like chips.

I also need to know what they know, so I will request this photographic evidence they are alleged to possess. If they did have it, why would they not produce it in court today? And if they didn't have it, why not? By their own rules that evidence should have been sent to the court at least seven days in advance of the hearing.

A real mystery.

Another Police Visit

Two more bobbies showed up this morning.

The lady cop said "Are you Captain Ranty?", I did not reply, so she ploughed on. "This is a citation to attend the JP's court in Aberdeen next week. You have to attend". I said, "I don't have to do anything". The male cop said "Yes you do. You have to attend". I said, again, "Actually, I don't. I have a choice." He just made a face. Then they left. Job done.

The citation says that I "failed to appear on the date set in February and [I] did not reply appropriately to the said citation".

Is this how they work? I can state without fear of contradiction that I have always responded (often within 24 hours) to any letters from the police, the PF or the courts. Are they saying that I did not respond at all, or is the use of the word "appropriately" their weasel word? I find it strange that they received all of my other Notices but not this one.

The Procurator Fiscal, on the other hand, is in dishonour. I gave him 20 days to respond to my Notice and he did not. My belief is that they are in the wrong. They did not reply appropriately to my Notice.

So I guess I will be heading to court. If I fail to appear next week they may (their word) issue a warrant for my arrest.

I'll attend in an effort to clear this mess up. As far as I am concerned they have stepped outside the process. As you will see from the last post on the subject, I was offered three choices. Plead guilty, plead not guilty, or send in a letter. I chose to send them a letter. I have just re-read the original citation and nowhere does it state that "If you choose to write a letter you must still appear on the date given". As an aside, in the "evidence" against me, it says that the road was damp and it was cloudy. Having checked with the Met office for 23 September 2011 it said that there were occasional outbreaks of rain in the north-west and in the north-east it was bright and sunny and the temperature was (on average) 19.2 degrees Celsius. I am in the north-east. I want to ask the JP if the police really do have the power to alter the weather for any given day.

Besides all of that, I will be asking for my £15,000, as agreed to by the PF. That should be a laugh.

They have left me no time in which to write to them to ask why they bent their own process, so a visit to the court is almost inevitable. My problem is that even by turning up I am admitting they have jurisdiction in the matter and I am bending to their threat of force.

I have no idea how it will play out on the day but I will let you know afterwards. I am calm and collected right now but I am sure my apprehension will rise as I walk in the door.

Twat Alert

Dear everyone who links to this blog,

That most childish of toads, Dickie Doubleday, is tearing around posting comments at your blogs. He uses my name and my email address in an attempt at authenticity.

It goes something like this:

"Thanks for your contributions to my blog in the past, i have decided i do not want any more of your comments as they are not in the style and have the content i require in order to advance "lawful rebellion" in a new direction.

thanks again.

captain ranty"

Now, regular readers will be aware that I use capitalisation and (reasonably decent) sentence construction, and I know what punctuation means.  Twatty here can barely write. He is incapable of rational thought, he is also incapable of rational debate. He thinks that the above is causing me problems. It is not.

As long as you are able to ignore him, that is.

He has threatened me with this crap over the last couple of weeks and he demands an apology. He has a very, very long wait ahead of him. I'd sooner slash my wrists than apologise to this senseless, gormless, infantile oxygen thief.

He needs help. He is a virulent, vile, venomous unthinking anti-smoker and his hatred has consumed him totally.

Have pity on the dozy cunt. (I had to dig deep, but even so, the well was dry. I am done with the window licker).

Friday Funnies

Not much blogging time available this week.

Got some time to give you this weeks news in pictures.

I think they should have chosen a different spokesperson...

My diet goes from strength to strength.

Bob's trip to Thailand was a disappointment.

Life did not work out as planned for the young wizard.

The Anorexic Society were pleased with their new meeting place.

Since I have already upset the Christians, one more picture can't hurt.

Last one is for geeks and cat-lovers.

Have a great weekend all.
